Part 1: Victory in This Game
The moment certainty hit me, I slammed the character I was controlling straight into Sena's tower. After a slick victory ceremony, I turned to Sena and asked,
"Does this mean... I win, right?"
"No way, what the... what is this.."
She looked utterly baffled. Well, yeah. She probably hadn't even considered losing in the first place, so a cheap, anticlimactic forfeit like that must've been the last thing on her mind.
Their chat hammered Sena's body as they panicked over this completely unforeseen turn. With every message, her head drooped lower.
"Sis, you crying or something?"
I sidled up beside her, peeking at her face, my voice dripping with amusement.
She snapped out of it once she heard my voice.
"What're you talking about? I'm not crying."
"Good. Almost felt bad for a sec."
I narrowed my eyes teasingly, and the chat flipped out in a whole new way—not like when Sena lost.
Of course, Sena's reaction was intense too. It was her first time seeing that look on my face, so she flinched and trembled. What caught my eye was the faint blush creeping across her cheeks.
Hmm...?
Could she be into this kind of thing? I filed it away for later and made a show of pondering her punishment—or wish—in front of her and the viewers.
"What should it beee..."
I didn't forget to poll the audience either.
"What do you think would be good?"
"Sakuraンボ? Like a dance? Hmm... dance..."
I glanced at Sena to gauge her thoughts, and she clearly wasn't thrilled. The longer I pretended to mull it over, the more she twitched.
"That seems a bit much... hmm, let's go with something light."
"Do it right... or I'll dump you..."
"Huh? What was that, sis?"
"N-nothing."
Oh right, I hadn't mentioned my age.
"Me? 22."
"Ah, decided."
The moment those words left my mouth, Sena—who'd been glaring at the chat for crossing lines—looked up. Our eyes met, and I flashed her a bright grin.
With a full smile plastered on my face—
"Sena."
I called her name in the sweetest voice I could muster. Given my looks, the effect was explosive. Sena's brown eyes—darker than black—shook violently.
"Call me oppa."
"...W-what?! Suddenly what the hell...!"
"You said it'd be something doable during the stream."
"Even so, that's too much..."
"Then wanna dance?"
"Shiiiii...!"
She must've been super embarrassed. A boiling-teakettle hiss escaped her pursed lips.
"Fine, I'll make it clear. Until the stream ends, call me oppa."
"Ha..."
"Since I'm oppa, use polite speech with me, right?"
"N-no way... You don't use polite speech with me either!"
"That's that, this is this. What, got a problem?"
"No one got stomped...!"
"Yeah, you didn't get stomped. But I won, right?"
So I spread my arms wide toward her, urging her to say it. She laughed it off at first, staring at me, but soon started ruffling her own hair frantically. Then she bowed her head deep and...
"O..."
A mumble in a tiny voice.
"O?"
"O-op... pa..."
"What's up, Sena?"
"...Aaaaaaaah!!!!"
She was losing it. Sena shot up from her seat, freaking out.
"I'm going insane! My mind's breaking! Gonna eat lunch out aaaah!"
Unable to bear the boiling shame and embarrassment, Sena lost it completely. I dragged her back to her seat. She looked like charred ashes now.
"You have to... do this... until the stream ends...?"
"Use polite speech."
"What the hell kind of polite speech...!"
"Polite speech."
"-yo."
"Mm, gotta stick around longer, right? Sena?"
"Seems so... yo."
"Cool, wanna massage my shoulders while we wait? Came straight from workout, body's sore."
"Suuuu... haaa..."
"Huh? Sena, something to say to oppa?"
"After stream... yo."
"We'll figure that out later. C'mon."
I pulled her streaming chair back to the PC, sat down, and patted my shoulders. Sena sighed deeply, stood, positioned herself behind me, and started kneading. Hard.
Squeeze—
"Ow!! Strength!! Put some strength in!"
"S-sorry... yo."
Sena smirked—not sorry at all—and got to it properly this time. Honestly didn't expect much, but damn, her hands were skilled. My shoulders, knotted stiff from the day's abuse, melted under her grip.
"Ugh... what, why're you so good?"
"Massage Mom every day... yo."
The chat must've irked her.
"Ah, gotta call Lia unnie real quick, muting mic for a bit."
Sena made up some lame excuse about a call and flipped the mic off.
That seemed to satisfy her annoyance. A smug grin spread across her face, reflected on the streaming monitor. Not content, she even stuck her tongue out at the cam. Bleh.
Of course, she did plan to actually call that Soria woman, grabbing her phone right after.
"Hold it."
"No polite speech?"
"Do it right for real..."
"Yessir."
Suddenly I was a phone stand. The endless ringtone went tru-lu-lu then click, and that familiar voice spilled from the speaker.
"Yo, Sena."
"Unnie? How's it going? All cleaned up?"
"Yeah, just bag the trash and tie it off now."
"Then you can end stream right away?"
"Yeah, leave it on the balcony so the cats can't scratch, then kill it."
"Game installed?"
"Installed it this morning."
"Disco same channel as yesterday's collab."
"SenaPlayground channel?"
"Yeah, that one."
"Name's SenaPlayground?"
So on-brand for Sena, I chimed in casually.
"Ah, lil bro?"
"Ah, yeah. Hi. Sorry for late intro."
"No worries. I invited you and I'm late—embarrassing."
She thanked me warmly for agreeing to join.
"Nah, I'm having fun thanks to you."
Did our friendly chat with Soria bug her? Sena wedged in abruptly.
"Unnie, wrap up quick and start stream. We'll go till morning at this rate."
"Got it."
"Hanging up then."
Sena cut in between us and ended the call on her own. Then she snatched the phone from my hand.
