Taken (4): The Birth of the Saintess
After I finished trolling Gukgeori-jangdan, I waited for the Handful Party’s final post. It wasn’t just me—every hunter in the gallery was waiting with bloodshot eyes for that exact update. The post finally dropped right when the tension was at its peak.
(Video of the main Handful Party arriving. MP4)
(Video of Gukgeori-jangdan charging at someone and activating a self-destruct skill. MP4)
(Video of the massive explosion followed by thick clouds of smoke. MP4)
Every single person in the gallery was clasping their hands together, praying for the porter’s survival. Only I waited with perfect calm.
“There’s no way that happened.”
No matter how unhinged Mallok was, there was zero chance he would let his owner—the porter—die. I might not have known much about that necklace, but I was certain of that one thing. Ego weapons simply worked that way.
The post was briefly interrupted by the explosion’s aftershock. It was the exact moment everyone was about to be swallowed by Gukgeori-jangdan’s self-destruct skill. Porter-nim personally handled the necklace and deployed a barrier, saving everyone. One other executive fled midway.
(JPG of the D-class Porter touching the necklace from behind, shoulders trembling with sobs)
Porter-nim has been successfully rescued. We will escort her to safety and then disband.
“Phew.”
Even though I had been completely confident, I couldn’t help feeling a tiny bit nervous. This was one of my own people, after all. A Pa-ttak’s life had been on the line.
With the porter’s survival now confirmed, the gallery exploded once again—this time in pure joy.
“Porter rescue operation. Ju-ddak-kun. Success.”
Every part of the strategy had landed perfectly. Everything had gone exactly according to plan. I never expected Gukgeori-jangdan to actually attempt mutual destruction with the porter at the end. Truthfully, I had assumed Mallok would save her. But the porter had handled the necklace herself. And on top of that, she had even saved the entire Handful Party? Well done. Truly well done. Go ahead and save the whole world while you’re at it, Kim Porter. That single part was the only thing outside my predictions. It seemed she really did possess the qualifications to wield the necklace. Still, everything else had unfolded exactly as I foresaw. Perfect!
For real, were they just causing chaos in reality?
But why don’t we see any poems anymore?
Come to think of it, the name Cheonggaeguri-dan really is unique. It’s clear there are other executives above him. This really is the human world. If they truly are villains—actual evil-doers—they will commit more crimes. Probably on a much larger scale, since they even declared they would return. Still, that hunter user was right. If they come back, we just have to crush them all!
Gukgeori-jangdan had vanished from the administrator chat. When I checked the user, it simply read [User information does not exist]. He was definitely dead. The end of an ordinary man…
Somehow I had ended up normalizing both the gallery and reality just a little.
At the beginning he said commanding would only need to be done once or twice after reading the posts, and he really only commanded once or twice lmao
Actually, armpits are a major fetish. They’re an unfortunate region overshadowed by breasts and buttocks. I saved the image immediately. This photo would be more than enough for tonight…
“Okay. With this I can stretch both legs out and sleep soundly.”
But why wasn’t the D-class Porter showing up? She still needed to post a single authentication message that she had survived today to complete the porter’s routine.
[Ju-ddak]: Guys, are you having an offline meeting with the Pa-ttaks?
[Ju-ddak]: Did you meet the porter?
[Elsa]: We didn’t meet. (Couldn’t see her ㅇㅇ)
[HunterYaKaeYo]: We didn’t meet her ㅠㅠ
[Ju-ddak]: What? You actually didn’t meet her?
[Elsa]: The situation ended before we arrived. (I got stuck in traffic in the middle ㅇㅇ)
[HunterYaKaeYo]: Same here ㅜㅜ
[Elsa]: It ended before I got there, thank goodness. (Phew)
[HunterYaKaeYo]: It really is a relief…
[Ju-ddak]: But why isn’t she showing up?
[Elsa]: I don’t know. (Ugh… right…)
Why wasn’t she appearing? Had something else happened? If that were the case, the Handful Party hunters should have posted something by now. Should I ask the party leader directly?
Just then, one gallery post caught my eye.
If she’s a Kill Porter, shouldn’t the Handful Party hunters have all been cursed and died too?
“What.”
Now that I thought about it, how did this work? The porter was just a concept troll… right? Surely…? What if she couldn’t post because she felt guilty? What if the Party Breaker wasn’t a concept but the real thing? A real Party Breaker? But how…? Was that even possible?
Just like that hunter user’s comment said, the gallery’s bait was starting to feel strangely ominous.
It was the exact moment Ju-ddak and the others were worrying about the life and death of the Handful Party hunters.
“Porter-nim… please calm down now… let’s go together…”
“Ju-ddak-nim instructed us to prioritize your safety above all else.”
“Party leader! Porter-nim is crying because she feels too relieved that she survived….”
Contrary to the gallery users’ worries, the Handful Party hunters were alive and well, desperately trying to soothe Lee Hyein. She showed no sign of stopping her tears. Just when the hunters were at a complete loss, the words that finally left her mouth were:
“…Pardon?”
“Do you all realize you have received Ju-ddak-nim’s divine grace?!”
“Yes, yes… well… since he was the one who made the strategy… now please stand up…”
“?!”
