Salion, following Silvia's instructions, hurried off once more to gather even more wood and bamboo.
Silvia then set to work building the door.
With the bamboo Salion had brought, they constructed the roof, and to ensure it stayed watertight, they draped it with large leaves as well.
The floor and walls were likewise waterproofed using leaves, vines, and stems.

Liria let out a delighted cry the moment the house stood finished.
Dividing the work and building the house together had been incredibly fun.
Seeing how happy Liria looked, Renos and her older brothers paused their game and came over to watch.
“This would be fun too.”
“Can’t we play together?”
“It’s a four-player game.”
“We can play together.”
Liria remembered that when the game first started, it had been listed as allowing four players per device.
Since the Deserted Island Forest connected devices, however, they could play with any number of people.
They had already chosen the most essential survival jobs, but plenty of others remained.
Jobs that were not evenly distributed would appear as NPCs after one week unless connected.
Liria immediately connected the game console, and the three others customized their characters.
Once the three characters were created, a loading screen suddenly appeared, and the island’s size had nearly doubled.
The fifth job was agriculture expert, and Renos took that role.
The sixth was technician, and Leos took that role.
The seventh was cook, and Reus took that role.
“Are you all satisfied with your jobs?”
The group answered with satisfied expressions.
The survival expert was the leader-type character who could give orders, making her the most important one.
Even without a fixed job, one could still perform other roles to some extent.
Salion was extremely pleased with his hunter assignment.
Silvia had seen tall buildings on Earth and found the architect job irresistibly attractive.
Elia was delighted that she could act as a medical professional and heal Liria’s character.
The later-arriving companions were also content with their jobs.
They simply regretted not being able to help build the house.
Liria then decided to explore the entire island.
Each person who explored would clear the fog from the area on the upper-right mini-map.
They had explored very little so far, so they split up to search.
Although the mini-map was clearing, they realized the island was quite large.
A lake and a massive tree had been discovered that they had missed earlier.
Animals also appeared, and the map was gradually being completed.
They picked up every fruit they found while exploring and gathered back at the house.
“Human bodies really are inconvenient.”
“If I could fly, exploration would be over in an instant.”
“Then the game would lose its fun, wouldn’t it?”
“That’s true. Since we’re human, we have to explore slowly, which makes it enjoyable.”
“That’s enough for today. See you again next time. Hehe.”
“Let’s do that.”
Liria ended the game and decided to eat the ice cream she had brought from Earth.
“Can I eat some too?”
“Of course. Salion oppa.”
“Thanks.”
Salion answered with an awkward expression.
The group who had eaten the ice cream were captivated by its cool, sweet flavor.
They had tried shaved ice with syrup before, but this was the first time experiencing ice cream with that unique Earth taste.
The flavors were so varied that choosing one sounded delightful, and they had heard it was inexpensive.
“Earth really is the best.”
“We really are good at raising our little sister to be the host.”
“Thanks to the brothers inviting us, today was really fun. We even ate ice cream. Thanks, Liria.”
“It’s nothing. Hehe.”
Liria smiled, and Salion’s expression softened into one of delight.
He looked like a big brother seeing his much younger sister.
Unconsciously, Silvia felt a surge of jealousy toward Salion.
“Don’t eat that.”
“Why?”
Salion had simply thought of Liria as a cute younger sister, yet seeing the two of them made him jealous.
Silvia realized her mistake and apologized to Salion.
“Sorry.”
“It’s fine.”
“Since I’m sorry, I’ll grant you one favor.”
Silvia had been rude to Salion in the past and decided to honor one request within her power.
Salion had done nothing wrong, yet he had still gotten jealous.
One favor from him should be easy to grant.
“It’s really fine.”
Salion had no particular request from Silvia.
He knew she could be a bit tsundere, but he still considered her a good person.
If he had to choose one, though, there was something he wanted.
Salion hesitated for a moment before speaking.
“Then I want to go to Earth once.”
“Earth? Why ask me?”
“Because you’re Liria’s guardian on Earth?”
Silvia could not hide her surprise at Salion’s demand.
It should have been Liria he asked, not her.
Of course, if Liria permitted it, there would be no problem.
That was Liria’s decision to make.
“Ask Liria instead.”
“I want to go to Earth too.”
“Okay. Let’s go together tomorrow.”
“Ooh, great!”
Salion clenched his fist tightly.
He had wanted to visit Earth for a long time, and the desire had grown even stronger after today.
How advanced must science be on Earth to have games like this?
His curiosity about Earth only intensified.
Salion was glad Liria had allowed it.
“By the way, you went to Earth, right? Did your mana increase?”

Only then could Salion finally relax.
Liria had not forgotten him.
“I’ll be free all day tomorrow.”
“Okay. Got it.”
Salion’s heart raced with excitement at the thought of going to Earth.
The mana increase was wonderful, but stepping into a new world made his chest flutter.
He was also terribly curious about the cafe Liria ran on Earth.
Most of all, the other hatchlings had no chance, yet he had seized one.
“Thanks, brothers.”
“For what?”
“Nothing.”
Salion thanked the brothers who had invited him.
Thanks to them, he had reconciled with Silvia and could enjoy the game.
And he had gained the opportunity to visit Earth with Liria.
“Shall we do the Deserted Island Forest together every Sunday?”
“That’s a good idea.”
“I can do it with Liria, so we must.”
“Can I come every week?”
“Since you’re part of the team, you must.”
Following Liria’s suggestion, they decided to gather every Sunday for the Deserted Island Forest.
