A Virgin, Donations, and Clothes
If possible, I didn't want to get up.
You know those days. The days where you don't want to do anything at all.
Of all days, it had to be today.
Even though I told everyone before ending the stream yesterday that I'd be back today.
Right now, to hell with streaming—I just didn't want to leave the bed in this Protagonist's One-room Apartment, which didn't even have proper heating.
Because I felt like I would literally die.
It seemed this body—so cute it was almost an apology—didn't possess any sort of ice immunity to withstand the freezing cold.
And so, I couldn't escape the scorching electric blanket.
I couldn't pull myself away from the electric blanket, which was so hot it felt like it was cooking my back to a nice medium-rare.
If I go out, I'll die...
I'll definitely freeze to death...
That absolute certainty refused to leave my mind.
Like someone who turns on the AC in the summer, turning their house into winter, and finds themselves unable to step outside.
I was fighting off the sub-zero midwinter cold with nothing but a sizzling electric blanket.
This is the pinnacle of technology, packed with human wisdom...
It was the sole reason I had managed to survive in this dilapidated place for years.
Anyway, where's my phone?
Making my previous declaration of wanting to do absolutely nothing look foolish, I began rummaging around in my half-asleep state, searching for my phone hidden like treasure somewhere in the bed.
Since it was practically my only friend and I always kept it by my side when sleeping, it didn't take long to find.
"Holy crap."
The only problem was...
I didn't know what was wrong with it, but it was less like a warm pocket heat pack and more like a boiling hot potato.
Even more so because it was an old smartphone model that conducted heat way too easily.
I set the piece-of-junk phone, which was painful to even touch, down somewhere off the electric blanket.
I'd looked for it because I had something to check, but it was pointless if I couldn't even hold it.
So, I decided to let it cool down first.
As I waited, I ran my fingers through my hair, which felt warm and toasty from sleeping on the heated mat.
It was still silky and vibrant, a color I found incredibly charming.
Silver? Or white? Honestly, I couldn't tell. I was never good with colors.
But even I could tell that this color was something you couldn't replicate with dye.
Just as it's hard for artificial things to mimic the natural.
Just like how Mr. Robot, a pinnacle of technology, struggles to replicate simple human actions like walking up stairs or making a cup of coffee.
My hair color felt natural to me now, but...
I figured it would be hard for anyone else to get this exact shade, and even if they did, pulling it off would be another story.
Of course, I knew absolutely nothing about hair dye, so I couldn't say for sure.
But even if they managed to copy the hair color, I knew this almost non-human appearance was a privilege unique to me.
Who else could pull off such a mysterious hair color?
Maybe one or two people in the entire world... or perhaps none at all.
Silver hair, red eyes, beautiful, big-breasted, and unfairly petite.
An appearance so close to perfection...
An appearance that made me feel a sense of superiority, as if I were a step above mere humans—there was no way anyone else in the world looked like this.
Though in reality, this body was so incredibly weak and easy that peeling a Band-Aid off my nipple made me feel a slight climax instead of pain...
Even with those secrets that no man could ever know, I was still strangely beautiful.
So, I couldn't help but doubt.
I couldn't help but ask "why" and question this entire situation.
Why did such a massive blessing come to someone who couldn't even keep a simple promise to stream?
No.
There's no point in thinking about this right now.
I finally sat up in bed and looked out the window.
"Whoa..."
It snowed.
As if the whole world had been painted white...
Snow had finally piled up in our otherwise drab neighborhood.
It hadn't even snowed enough to accumulate last year.
This winter, just as it had suddenly turned freezing, the weather was completely unpredictable.
Still, I didn't hate it.
Because I like snow.
To be precise, I didn't like the snow itself.
I liked seeing the neighborhood transformed into a blank white canvas after it snowed.
Just as it's human nature to be drawn to beauty...
I found the heaven-like white neighborhood beautiful, so I stood there staring at the snow piled up in this cramped space, completely forgetting the cold.
It felt like the childhood innocence I'd buried deep in my heart was coming back to life.
And at the same time, it was tragic.
Because this pristine garden of snow...
...without a single footprint yet, would soon be soiled and meet its end.
Everything is bound to be defiled, broken, and eventually meet its end.
Even more so if it's something that exists for a single season rather than a whole year.
In a way, it was only natural that I had developed a fanatical obsession with things that were undefiled.
Since I felt regret over the passing of a mere season.
And the thought that if it was going to be defiled anyway, I'd rather defile it with my own hands...
Perhaps that, too, was the result of an unconscious obsession with purity since childhood.
...Man, that was a long-winded way of explaining why I'm a virgin-obsessed freak.
Well, it doesn't matter now.
Because I'm the virgin now.
Put nicely, a pure person. Put bluntly, a pathetic virgin who's never even held hands at this age.
That's me.
But hey, I kept my purity. That's why I love myself.
"Ugh, freezing."
I quickly shut the window.
The window I'd opened to air out my room—which somehow smelled faintly of sweet yuzu—was slammed shut the moment the indoor temperature plummeted toward freezing.
Unfortunately, the temperature wasn't going back up. The heating was broken.
And all I was wearing was the white underwear I'd put on yesterday...
I almost wanted to melt these uselessly plump, massive mounds of fat to use them as hand warmers.
After drinking up all the sweet, lewd-tasting milk inside these tits, of course.
...Ugh.
I need to buy a space heater soon, or go nag the landlord to fix the heating.
After confirming that my insanely hot phone had finally cooled down, I opened the internet browser to check what I couldn't earlier.
It was nothing major.
Just checking the money I made from yesterday's stream.
"..."
And I froze in shock.
I couldn't help but swear.
"One... ten... hundred... thousand..."
Wondering if I'd finally turned into a complete idiot who couldn't count, I recalled my elementary school days and slowly counted up from the ones place.
Yep.
I hadn't misread it.
Thank god I could at least count, even if I was a humanities student with a bottom-tier grade rank.
No, that's not the point.
...One million won?
Just from yesterday?
What the fuck?
"This makes no sense..."
What on earth happened?
In a world where plenty of people can't even make ten thousand won a day, I made one million won just by talking and playing games...?
This was actually shocking.
I mean, donations did pop off a bit after I went on a twelve-game losing streak yesterday... It felt weirdly high, but still.
I never expected it to be this much.
Wow.
I have money.
Money to pay this month's electricity bill and everything else.
This wasn't money I begged for, nor was it inherited. It was money I earned with my own two hands.
The first time I'd ever sold my time to others...
That's why it felt so emotional.
The fact that a single day of streaming brought in a whopping one million won dragged me even deeper into this pool of emotion.
My body, which had refused to budge just moments ago, moved as if by magic.
Who cares about the cold? Streaming literally prints money.
I immediately got out of bed and picked up the clothes I'd tossed aside.
"Ugh."
...Since I'd been wearing them for days, they already smelled bad, but now...
They smelled like rotten fruit left out in the middle of summer.
There was no way I was putting those back on. I pulled out one of my few hoodies, threw the smelly clothes into the laundry basket, and tossed the dolphin shorts in too.
Which meant my current state was...
Wearing a hoodie to cover my massive chest, with absolutely nothing covering my lower half.
Except for my newest, best-smelling panties... Wait, saying my panties smell good sounds weird as hell.
It's not like I'm some pervert.
I regretted not buying more clothes beforehand, but then again, how was I supposed to know I'd turn into a girl? I made excuses to myself once more.
Ultimately, all the misfortune I was facing now was just karma from my past self.
I just had to pay my debts starting now.
I turned on my computer like I always did.
The leather chair was freezing because of the broken heating. Sitting on that cold leather with nothing but a thin pair of panties...
Whoa.
For some reason, it felt strangely good.
Is my body really that weak? I'm feeling excitement and pleasure from things that would normally make others uncomfortable or cold.
...Is a girl's body always like this?
No, my sister wasn't like this, so I'm definitely the weird one...
"Haa..."
Letting out a strange sigh, I grabbed the mouse and opened the browser.
I'd turned it on out of habit, but today I actually had a purpose.
I was thinking of buying some clothes—a bad habit of wanting to spend money the moment I made it.
But... if I didn't get some warm clothes, I'd freeze to death in bed this winter...
I'm weak to the cold. And the heat, for that matter.
Besides, considering my future plans, buying clothes wasn't a foolish waste of money.
It's fun to dress up.
It's fun to dress up my own body.
It's the same logic as skipping meals in real life just to buy cosmetics for your game character.
Who knows? Maybe I'll suddenly become a popular streamer, go to streamer parties, do collabs... Well, those were just the surface excuses.
Even though I'd only bought a single set of underwear so far, when I put it on and looked in the mirror, it was honestly...
My face flushed red with embarrassment from wearing nothing but pure white underwear, my insanely soft, massive breasts that somehow possessed a motherly warmth, and the sliver of fabric covering my disproportionately wide hips despite my tiny waist... It was truly...
Truly... in that moment, a sense of satisfaction as vast as my giant chest filled my heart.
I swore right then and there that I would never skimp on buying clothes.
And now was the perfect time.
How long was I going to keep wearing just a hoodie? Come on, if you're this pretty, you should dress up and go out... Well, maybe not go out.
I typed "pretty women's clothes" directly into the search bar.
Immediately, countless outfits flooded my screen.
My first thought was that there were so many pretty clothes.
Even before I became like this, I always thought women's clothes looked much better than men's.
Or maybe the models were just pretty.
"..."
I silently scrolled down, browsing the clothes.
There were definitely a lot of things I liked.
Every time I scrolled, I saw at least three outfits that looked like they would fit this body perfectly.
But that was the problem.
I couldn't decide what to buy. Everything seemed like it would look good. When I pictured myself wearing them, almost none of them looked out of place.
But I couldn't just buy all of them...
Ah.
Maybe I should ask Earth.
...I guess you really do have to go out to buy clothes. Sigh.
I decided to just buy something basic to wear outside, picked out a white top and a decent pair of jeans, and finally closed the browser.
Just like he said, it was probably better to buy the clothes I really liked in person.
He's worked hard and lived in society longer than me, so he's probably right.
But I don't even know my measurements.
Well, I'll figure it out somehow. Haha.
I need to start streaming soon anyway, so I'll think about it later.
