On Stage with the Idol (1)
Looking up the idols I'd liked back in the day after so long brought a surprising amount of fun.
Honestly, doesn't everyone have memories of reading fanfics like "Fanfic, right?" and letting their imagination run wild at least once? I'm talking about those fantasies where you become the protagonist of the fanfic, hooking up with celebrities and actually having sex with real idols.
I hooked up my old external hard drive that I'd stashed away for ages, and there they were—vivid remnants of my past obsessions packed inside.
"Whoa, these are seriously ancient."
Good thing I'd kept the drive instead of tossing it. Who knows when it might've crapped out? I transferred everything to my computer and backed it up to the cloud just in case.
These days, I don't bother much with regular porn or old-school erotic stories anymore, but man, back then I devoured those idol fanfics like crazy.
"This one's the legend—the one everyone called legendary."
There were some yuri ones too, but mostly it was stuff where the protagonist hooks up with celebrities, starts dating them, and has sex. A ton of that. Then there were the edgier ones—heavier hypnosis mind-control bangs or straight-up non-con rapes. Nowadays you'd get flamed for writing that crap, but back then? No big deal. Everyone was into it.
"Ahh~ I must've jerked off so hard reading this one~"
I got lost in nostalgia for a bit, flipping through those old stories, then turned my eyes to the female idols on the screen.
They hadn't aged a day, whether then or now. Only I'd gotten older; they were frozen in time, still as pretty and lovable as ever.
"The only change is their position in the industry, I guess?"
She'd been a rookie when I first became a fan, and now looking back, she felt like a true icon. The ultimate idol. A world-class celebrity! What would it feel like to have sex with someone like that?
"They've probably already been with tons of guys by now anyway."
But so what? It's not like one more bang with me would make a huge difference. Plus, I could just regress and wipe it all away. Nothing lost. My external drive—and cloud storage—would just have one more photo added to the collection.
And on top of that, the concert hall wasn't far from my place? This had to be fate.
The concert started tomorrow for two straight days over the weekend, enough to get her fans all hyped up. I'd checked her old fan gallery, and it was plastered wall-to-wall with concert chatter.
"Proficiency hit 15%, bumping time-stop to 35 minutes each. This has to be doable, right?"
Chain two for an hour, slip into the concert hall, do my thing, then regress with the last use. Memories erased. Perfect plan.
One issue: I had zero clue about the venue layout.
Eh, how different could one concert hall be from another? With an hour, I could accomplish plenty.
***
That turned out to be the dumbest thought imaginable, and it didn't take long to realize it.
The timer floating in front of me showed only 30 minutes left, and I still hadn't found her—or even the damn entrance. I was just wandering the frozen concert hall interior like a lost idiot.
"Fuck, where the hell is the entrance?"
The show should've been in full swing by now, but with my ability active, everything was dead silent. I'd activated it 40 minutes ago, and here I was, no entrance in sight.
This was way too tight. Even if I found it now, problems were bound to pop up.
"Still, I need some gains before I bail..."
I'd burned through nearly a full day's uses. After this hour ended, I'd only have 35 minutes left total. No way I could chain another for sex and still regress safely. Retreat was the only option.
But I couldn't leave empty-handed, so I kept rummaging through this damn maze.
"Ah, here we go!"
I flung open a door, and there they were—staff members frozen mid-stand, waiting like it was the most natural thing.
"Fuuuck... World-class acts really are on another level."
Made sense. This venue was infamous for its massive seating, and tickets sold out in under five minutes. Peak idol status.
But seriously, how was the entrance this hidden? There had to be staff corridors, artist paths to the stage—something!
Why the hell couldn't I spot a single one?
"Goddamn it, this is infuriating."
I wandered and wandered some more until the timer hit 10 minutes remaining. I was about ready to give up and trudge outside when I spotted it—an oasis in the desert.
"No way, why the fuck is this here?"
A shabby door I'd breezed past earlier. This joke of a thing was the stage entrance? Sighing deeply, I figured I'd at least catch a glimpse of her face before leaving. I pushed it open and stepped onto the stage.
Then, standing right beside them, I looked out at the audience seats.
"Ugh..."
