The Debt-Ridden Busty Fairy Loves People
The enemies totaled four. One was already a mangled corpse when I burst in. The other three had lost their right hands and were now nothing more than toys stripped of any real fighting ability.
I gave the short spear a light flick. The poor bastard standing in the path of its edge was sliced apart by a jet of water and died without a sound. That left just two.
“Huk!”
“The operation’s fucked! Run for it!”
They finally seemed to understand the situation and turned their backs on me. I hurled Selena mercilessly at one of them. The water blades she fired were nice, but throwing her like a javelin had its own special flavor.
“Kaaak!”
Well done, Professor.
Lucky shot. One of them had his heart skewered and died instantly. The last survivor noticed the spear had vanished from my hand and spun around immediately.
“You’re going to counterattack while I’m unarmed?”
Not bad judgment for a guy who had just been screaming about running away. The assassin didn’t answer. Having lost his dominant hand to our surprise attack, he clearly believed that if he didn’t take me down now, he’d never escape.
Too bad for him. In the blink he took to glare at me, I was already gripping Selena again.
“Huk!”
So this is what the Replication attached to me actually means. Still, the split vision is making me dizzy.
It was the skill that let me stretch and manipulate Selena after she had transformed into a short spear. It really did seem tailor-made for javelin throws at critical moments, so I flung her straight at the final assassin charging me head-on.
“~~~~~!!!”
I couldn’t see his face, but the silent scream still pierced my eardrums like a needle. Since he’d been rushing straight at me, he couldn’t dodge to the side. From my perspective, the spear looked like it was being sucked into the crown of his head. I narrowed my eyes, expecting a red flower to bloom from his skull.
“Aaaaaaaaagh!!!”
Guess he avoided a fatal wound.
The bastard betrayed my expectations by sacrificing his remaining left hand to survive. It had been a direct hit trajectory, yet he endured. His counter and decision-making were on another level compared to the ones who had died earlier.
“That judgment just now, and the order to run away before that. Are you the leader by any chance?”
“Kk!”
The nameless assassin’s mask twitched. The suspicious movement around his mouth made me react instantly.
“Guh!?”
I drew the daggers holstered at my side—Ujo and Jwajo—reversed my grip, and drove them deep into both his shoulders. Even though his face was hidden behind the mask, his shock was obvious, far beyond mere pain.
“M-my tongue… my bodyyy!”
“If you were trying to kill yourself, sorry. But if you really are the boss, the situation changes. Better to hand you over to the Academy alive.”
“Aaaagh!!”
Classic villain chatter. My daggers Ujo and Jwajo were coated with neurotoxin and paralytic poison, so he wouldn’t be able to move a muscle now. I didn’t know exactly how many minutes the toxin would last, but I planned to keep them planted in him until I could hand him over to the people downstairs.
“I-is it over?”
“Obviously. You can relax now.”
“Haa… I’m alive~!”
If I’d been even a few minutes later, something truly horrific would have happened. I let out a genuine sigh of relief that the matter had been resolved so easily, then led the two of them outside as quickly as possible.
The barrier blocking the fourth floor from the roof vanished cleanly the moment the assassins were subdued. Eagles and his colleagues, who had been waiting, rushed out, helped us escape, and watched the merchant guild’s flames slowly die down from a safe distance. They let out short sighs of relief.
Now that everything was over, the heat still refused to fade even though I had sprayed so much water around. Selena and I stared at each other, both of us soaked from head to toe.
“How’s your body? Anything feel off?”
“No. I did spray quite a lot of water, but I don’t seem to have any burns.”
“A little?”
“I will kill you if you make that joke again.”
Despite her words, her face was bright red. She kept avoiding my eyes, clearly never wanting to do anything like that again.
Who would’ve thought her own student would not only use “that” to put out a fire but then make her hunt assassins with it. Even I’m stunned I actually did it, so I can’t imagine how mortified the one on the receiving end must feel.
I watched the captured assassin being transferred to the security forces. It made me realize all over again just how chaotic the last day and a half had been.

…Yeah. Why the hell did I become a teacher again?
For success?
Once the Bellamore sisters safely get pregnant, graduate, and return to the kingdom, I could call my career a success. At least one to three years remained until then, so I was still just an ordinary teacher for now. But… would I really be able to survive safely until every last one of them graduated?
“Everyooone~!”
“!”
While I was trying to shake off the sticky heat clinging to my body and reflecting on my own situation, a fairy came bounding toward us, chest bouncing wildly. Her smile was brighter than anyone else in the world as she waved both hands at us. It was genuinely heartwarming. At the same time, just looking at her made my lust surge in the strangest way.
“Was her name Tom?”
“Yes. She’s quite famous around here in multiple senses of the word.”
I looked again. It was immediately obvious why Tom was famous.
“Haa, h-hello! Attendance number 12, my name is Tom!”
She stopped in front of me and stood at attention like a soldier. Looking down, her enormous chest completely blocked my view of her feet. She looked exactly like an onahole fairy, which made my lust flare for a second—until those pure, innocent eyes made every dirty thought vanish.
“Nice to meet you, Tom. I’m Ludo von Eisenwald, the homeroom teacher who has officially taken charge of the Spinsters Class starting today.”
“Nice to meet you! I’m Tom, the blacksmith at Bronze Finch Forge!”
“Tom. You remember me, right?”
“Yes, Lady Selena! It’s been a while~!”
They seemed acquainted. Tom laughed cheerfully with zero awkwardness. When Selena bent at the waist to offer a handshake, Tom grabbed it with both hands and hopped in place.
“You said you hadn’t finished reading the attendance sheet yet, correct? Tom here is the daughter of the famous artisan family I just mentioned. She was sold to Lady Aisha and is currently living as a slave.”
“A slave?”
“Yes.”
“Wait, a student turned another student into a slave?”
“Hehe, exactly~!”
Why did she look so happy about it? Or was “slave” in this world not the terrible position I imagined, but actually some incredibly high status?
“Even if you expect a normal reaction from her, you’ll only make things difficult for yourself, Professor.”
While I stood there confused, Tom’s guardian suddenly appeared.
“Attendance number 7. My name is Aisha Nasriya. Professor Ludo, thank you so much for earlier. I will never forget this debt, even in death.”
When I reflexively tried to decline, she bowed her head again.
“There’s no need for you to refuse. Unlike gifts, gratitude and courtesy are free. I lose nothing by offering them.”
Just as I had heard, she made no effort to hide her money-obsessed nature. Her tone was so businesslike it felt like she was talking to another man.
“How’s your physical condition?”
“Thanks to this outfit, I don’t have any burns and my lungs are fine. It’s all because you came to rescue us so quickly.”
Tom was the same, she added, throwing me another conversational hook.
“What did you mean by slave?”
“Tom is a dwarf-brownie hybrid. The brownie blood is especially strong in her.”
“Meaning she follows people well?”
She shook her head.
“Tom is the textbook example of an idiot who cannot refuse requests.”
After hearing that on top of her Uranggaksi-like personality, I roughly understood why she had ended up a slave.
“Just asking… how bad is it?”
“She takes on strangers’ debts, acts as their guarantor, ends up transporting drugs without realizing it, works without pay—the list goes on. If I hadn’t bought up every single one of her creditors and made her my slave, who knows what state she’d be in right now…”
…It was serious.
“She’s a total pushover.”
“I’m not that stupid! Brownies aren’t a pushover race!”
“Tom. Your throat must be dry. Go buy us some drinks. With your own money, of course.”
“Understood!”
“See?”
“Huk!”
She pressed her knee into Tom’s chest. The two water tanks that didn’t match her tiny fairy stature were crushed flat. It was an act between women, yet it carried a strong sexual meaning.
“I think I understand the feeling.”
“Thank you for understanding. Having strangers hold a grudge against me would only hurt business. I’d rather not be treated like a villain if I can help it.”
A fairy with that body and that personality. No way men would leave her alone. Even I could think of countless terrible things on the spot. The fact that her chastity had remained intact until now was a miracle in itself.
Another problem child.
There are no normal students in our class. If you were hoping otherwise, perhaps you should give up now?
Damn it.
“I heard Tom’s father asked Principal Sekhmet to send his daughter to your class in order to resolve this matter. To let her experience firsthand how harsh the human world is and, while he’s at it, find a husband who can set her life straight. Saying it out loud, it sounds like he simply dumped her on the Academy.”
“Tom is 100 years old! I’m older than everyone here, so stop treating me like a child!!”
“See? She may be old, but the way she speaks shows she’s still immature.”
“Hiiing~!”
If her mental age was low, her actual age didn’t mean much. When Selena and I silently nodded in agreement, Aisha pulled out a pipe from her bosom and blew out a puff of smoke.
“Still, she comes from a master artisan family with dwarf blood, so her forging skills are genuine. She’s been paying off her accumulated debts with the weapons she makes, so we get along well enough.”
“What? For someone who called her a slave, you sound pretty decent.”
“That’s not true! Lady Aisha always teases and bullies me! Plus she nags me every day saying the workload is piling up, so it’s too hard!”
“If you hadn’t left the workshop and gotten fooled by people trying to use you, you would have had more than enough time to rest.”
“But they said my parents had an incurable disease! That they could only be saved if I made them magical weapons!”
“Ha, I’m going to lose my mind.”
It was fortunate that it ended at mere teasing. She herself seemed completely unaware of how bad it was. She had no idea how harsh the world could be.
“Lady Aisha, you were thrown into the Academy because your siblings hated you…”
“That’s correct too. My siblings were jealous of my talent and tried to kill me, so I hid myself in the Academy. How talented must I be that even while being chased I could buy a classmate as a slave? I’m almost embarrassed by my own abilities.”
“Eeeeek~!”
Declaring “I’m different from you,” Aisha kicked Tom’s chest again. Looking wronged, Tom ran over and hid behind my legs. Her two massive, jiggling water tanks were so huge they swallowed my entire lower body in one go.
No way! She completely covered both my thighs just by pressing against them without using her hands!?
The soft sensation I felt for an instant made me clench every muscle in my groin. If I didn’t fight back my lust, I’d be in trouble.
“She really is an idiot who doesn’t even know how dangerous her own body is. Still, Professor Ludo, you don’t seem like a bad person, which is a relief. I’ll come to class occasionally to get some fresh air, so at least pretend to know me when I do.”
“You’re not going to attend every day?”
“I’m a merchant. If the owner leaves the store empty, who’s going to work?”
Right. I hadn’t expected her to anyway. For now, I was satisfied just hearing she would attend sometimes.
“Tom. Come to class when you have time.”
“You don’t even have to tell me! The classroom with everyone in it will be way more fun than staying with a wicked employer like her!”
“I don’t think I’ve treated her that harshly…”
Aisha cleared her throat and looked at me again. Most of her face was covered, so it was hard to read her expression, but at least there was no hostility in it. If anything, her gaze seemed mixed with concern.
“By any chance… did you hear anything earlier?”
“What?”
“When you came to save us. I ended up blurting out nonsense without thinking.”
Was she talking about that?
“The part where you said you’d give me the merchant group if I saved your life?”
“So you did hear…”
…But why does that matter?
I had thought it was just nonsense blurted out in panic, but she looked strangely depressed about it.
“Lady Aisha. Don’t tell me you’re regretting it?”
“Shh. Be quiet.”
“Have you ever seen such a cheapskate? He saved our lives and you’re acting like this!?”
“Hey. I told you to be quiet.”
Not understanding what they were talking about, I watched Aisha kick Tom again to shut her up.
“Enough. More importantly, you said it was a coincidence that you came to save us. That makes it sound like your business was with the merchant group, not with me?”
“It’s already this late!”
The sun was beginning to set. Saving the two of them had been instantaneous, but handing over the assassin, writing reports, and everything else had taken far more time than expected.
“It seems to be about money after all. That’s my specialty. Follow me. There’s a restaurant I know nearby. Let’s talk there.”
“What about the merchant group?”
“I’ll think about that later. My head hurts right now, so I want something sweet first.”
I silently followed her, understanding exactly how she felt.
