The Vicious Saintess's Streamer Life (2)
At that exact moment, Park Seongjun—the sole viewer of the Saintess's broadcast—sat with his mouth hanging wide open, utterly stunned by what he'd just witnessed.
"No way... is that even possible?"
Even a genuine, dyed-in-the-wool chaos gremlin like him was left speechless. The Saintess's artistic spacing and split-second decision-making were on a level no mere streamer could possibly reach. Despite his burning jealousy and inferiority complex toward every Virtual Arena player—born from the fact that he couldn't even afford a capsule—he couldn't help but be genuinely impressed.
"But with skills like that, why the hell is she playing on a smurf with this weird concept?"
After years of dedicated trolling, he'd developed a pretty sharp eye for evaluating player skill. That only made his confusion worse. Why play like this? If she had a main account, what tier was it on? None of it made any sense to him.
In the end, desperate to hear a proper answer from the Saintess, he temporarily halted his usual trolling and asked with uncharacteristic politeness.

Park Seongjun had always harbored a massive grudge against Virtual Arena. He spent his days stirring up trouble everywhere he went, to the point where his nickname Assfan had become infamous. Of course, nonstop trolling naturally led to frequent bans, so hopping between different streams was standard procedure. In the process, he'd unintentionally absorbed a massive amount of VA knowledge just by watching various streamers.
The information he'd gathered over the past few years—especially his encyclopedic knowledge of Celestial-tier players—was unrivaled. He knew the personalities and playstyles of pretty much every prominent Celestial player and the streamers they interacted with. To someone like him, the streamer known as the Saintess was an incomprehensible anomaly.
Her gameplay was clearly Celestial level. The fact that someone that skilled was stuck in Emerald 4 made it obvious she was on a smurf. Yet his massive database of Celestial players contained no one who matched her style. More than that, her entire perspective on the game seemed fundamentally different from the vast majority of top-tier players.
That was why, after much internal conflict, he swallowed his pride and asked. Was she really on a smurf? Or was she some kind of monstrous new powerhouse?
Unfortunately, his question had come during an intense teamfight. The Saintess was too busy dueling enemies to respond. And since his patience was never particularly good, he was just about to slip back into his usual trolling mode when—
Saintess (Priest) [+300G] kill > FreshCutlass1 (Blademaster)
"Whoa... how the hell did she do that?"
He was too busy marveling at the Saintess's latest highlight to do anything else. At this point, he was seriously starting to wonder if he was watching the very first broadcast of someone who would become a legend.
The dismissive, mocking attitude he'd held toward the Saintess just moments ago had completely vanished. Now completely serious, he waited for her reply. It didn't take long.
Once again, the Saintess declared that she wasn't on a smurf—she was a genuine rising powerhouse.
Everything the Saintess said felt completely sincere, without a trace of falsehood. Still, he figured it wouldn't hurt to cross-verify. Without hesitation, he dropped her stream link in the VA Gallery.

After the coordinates were dropped, the Saintess's stream was instantly flooded with gallery users pouring in.
[What the hell is this?? How is she doing that??]
[First explain the hacking accusations lololol]
[She's dodging every single attack;;]
[OP Priest]
[It's weird that she still has energy left after dodging all the skills and basic attacks... fr...]
Saintess: I can see all the enemy patterns.
Saintess: If you calmly pay attention to their skills and time your movement properly, it's doable.
[That's easy to say...]
[ ??? : If you dodge all their skills and land all of yours, you win ]
The moment the Saintess started answering chat messages, the viewers swarmed in like fish chasing bait thrown onto the water's surface. As all sorts of questions flooded in at once, Seongjun felt a rare pang of regret for thoughtlessly dropping her coordinates.
[Your main must be super high tier. Is it okay to stream with this kind of concept on a smurf?]
[This might sound weird but... Saintess, are you a girl?]
[Do you only play mid priest? Never any other classes?]
[Aren't you turning your mic on?]
[Don't you want to make money? Why did you disable donations lololol]
Saintess: I'll start answering questions one by one after I reach my goal for today—Diamond tier.
Saintess: It won't take long, so please enjoy the stream while staying within the bounds of good taste.
Park Seongjun saw this exact moment and became half-convinced. This person called the Saintess was no rookie streamer. From her seasoned gameplay to the way she calmly handled the flood of chat messages, she was clearly a professional.

"...As expected, someone dropped my coordinates."
Although she hadn't expected it to happen on her very first broadcast, rapid growth wasn't necessarily a bad thing. She'd deal with the noisy crowd later. For now, she refocused on the game, and the flow of the match became clear.
The enemy had already taken both the Cerberus and Wyvern objectives, and her team's bottom duo had just died again, putting them at a slight disadvantage. It was time for the eight-kill priest to show her dominance in the third objective fight over the Dragon.
"I just need to watch out for their ADC."
The moment the priest boldly stepped in front of the enemy team hunting the Dragon, they greeted her with every skill they had. Of course, I calmly dodged the Demon Hunter's arrows, the Outlaw's bullets, and the Blademaster's sword energy, all while closing the distance.
The sight of the priest walking out of the skill effects completely unscathed left the enemy team visibly shocked. With all their skills on cooldown, they had no means left to resist.
What followed was a complete massacre by the priest. Having mostly adapted to Virtual Arena by now, she easily took down the poorly scaled Blademaster and the well-fed enemy bottom duo. The viewers who had been spamming questions and trolling nonstop were now completely mesmerized by the dazzling display of skill.
Saintess (Priest) [+150G] kill > FreshCutlass1 (Blademaster)
[Kill Streak Broken!]
Saintess (Priest) [+450G] kill > SpicyFist (Outlaw)
Saintess (Priest) [+350G] kill > SimpleAndSturdy (Paladin)
[Wow... how many times has that blademaster died in a row to only be worth 150 gold lolololol]
[I'm actually speechless... is this real? lololol]
[The enemy ADC and mid skills aren't landing at all. Is this guy actually hacking?]
[But she's actually insanely good... fr...]
[The way she twists her whole body to dodge skills and then smacks them with a bible is hilarious lolololol]
"They're so simple."
Just like in her previous world, it seemed far more effective to shut them up with pure skill rather than answering their trivial questions one by one. Now that the chat had calmed down a bit, she took the timing created by the enemy's missing players to secure the Dragon and began solidly closing out the game.
Thanks to the priest's overwhelming carry, her team's bottom duo—who had been at each other's throats earlier—suddenly became obedient, quietly following her instructions without any more nonsense.
ADC, please take the incoming bot wave. Support, please rotate top and help our top laner pressure the enemy with a dive.
*Dive: When multiple allies attack an enemy who is protected under their turret.
If the enemy dives top, I'll come help the ADC if needed, so please use your ultimate to support the top side immediately.
After the Dragon teamfight, the top dive plan was executed immediately. The enemy top laner paid the price for bringing the squishy ADC into the holy top lane. Even the Blademaster who came to help awkwardly was taken out, completely collapsing the enemy's top and mid.
HeyJOYouLost (WraithKnight) [+200G] kill > AlphaMail (DemonHunter)
HeyJOYouLost (WraithKnight) [+150G] kill > FreshCutlass1 (Blademaster)
To make matters worse, the enemy bottom duo that had been targeting our ADC was stopped by the priest who suddenly appeared. At this point, the enemy's surrender was all but guaranteed.

[Wait, a priest with 14 kills?? I've never seen anything like that in my life...]
[Wow... a perfect no-death game as mid priest and MVP? Will I ever see that again in my lifetime?]
[I joined midway so I didn't know, but our top laner got super fed too lololol]
[Isn't this already pro level?? Honestly she seems way better than most Celestial players??]
[Stop hyping up the smurf troll]
[This isn't a Saintess, this is the Demon King lololol]
Saintess: That is blasphemy.
[Gasp]
[Her concept is rock solid lolololol]
[But in E4 isn't this just free farming for a smurf anyway?]
[She'll probably breeze through Celestial. If she plays mid priest in Celestial too, I'll admit she's the real deal lol]
The viewers' reactions after the game were incredibly heated. Considering it was an impromptu stream, the growth was remarkably fast. It was a bit strange that they were showing this much interest and enthusiasm even though she hadn't revealed her face or voice yet. Still, the praise felt nice after so long.
"Everyone's reactions are kind of cute."
Though they couldn't see it, she smiled faintly and immediately queued for the next game.
Your assigned role is Top!
"Top?"
And so, for the first time, she was assigned a different position.
