In episode 62, she first appeared by boarding the elevator with Jeong-han as the doors were about to close with his help. After that, when Jeong-han, who was drunk, couldn't properly enter the door lock password, she told him to slowly press it and spoke to him. The next day, she visited his house carrying an Ion drink can, thinking that Jeong-han seemed drunk and to help with his hangover. While doing so, she teased him and expressed her closeness, exchanging phone numbers with him.
In episode 87, she confessed her true feelings to Jeong-han and became his lover. The reason she showed such interest in Jeong-han is because he looks exactly like her deceased ex-boyfriend Toyama Kenji at a level similar to a doppelganger. Because of some reason they broke up, Yukiko was missing Kenji when she met Jeong-han who looked exactly like him. At first it was just curiosity, but the more she talked to Jeong-han, the more her affection grew, and eventually she became his lover.
Despite being Japanese, her Korean language skills are excellent, and those who don't know she's Japanese think she's Korean. She is quite tall at 177cm, much taller than the average Japanese woman, and her muscles are well-toned. Since her hobby is yoga, she also has excellent flexibility. Her true identity is Hakuro (White Wolf / 白狼), the first disciple of Katsuyama Junichi. In 2026, she killed members of the Gangryonghoe organization in Korea. The reason was to make it look like Katsuyamagumi was involved in the deaths of Gangryonghoe members to disrupt the business between Katsuyamagumi and Gangryonghoe. During the war between Gangryonghoe and Katsuyamagumi, she attacked and tried to kill Haneda Shinichi who was trying to escape, but Jeong-han intervened at that time.
Seeing Jeong-han's appearance that resembled her deceased ex-boyfriend, Yukiko felt confusion, and because Gangryonghoe members were involved, she couldn't kill the escaping Shinichi in that gap. After revealing her face and meeting Jeong-han, she helped him in Vietnam by sniping Hongryeonbang organization members, and also sniped to allow Jeong-han to escape from the police. In episodes 135 and 136, she lured Hashimoto Ryuhei, the 5th division leader of Katsuyamagumi who wanted to kill her, Sasaki Sojiro, the 8th division leader, and their subordinates to the construction site.
Using various firearms and flash grenades, she killed them, and in the battle, when one of the water sprinklers tried to suppress her by size, she showed a brutal fighting style by stabbing his eyes and biting his neck to death. The main weapons she uses are the H&K VP9 pistol, CRKT Hisatsu knife, and Walther WA2000 sniper rifle. Especially the Hisatsu knife is coated with neurotoxin.
She is in a master-disciple relationship with Katsuyama Junichi, and until Kenji died, she maintained a somewhat family-like relationship with him. However, despite that, she didn't completely lose her feelings for Junichi, so she calls him by the affectionate nickname 'Katsu' and shows a complex, loving and resentful attitude. Junichi also, despite the strong opposition from the organization members, tried to persuade Yukiko to return to the organization by convincing her until he had no choice but to decide to kill her because he couldn't be persuaded.
