I'll Do Whatever You Say, Please!! (7)
While the flustered Chrome Fist staggered backward, Iron Colossus let out a short sigh and took a step forward. The end was near, at any rate. As he slowly prepared to leap forward and loosened his hands with a roll of his shoulders, Chrome Fist let out a monstrous roar.
“Don’t move!!”
He shouted while gripping Botal Rabbit’s throat. After hours of sexual assault and violence, Yeon-ha remained completely limp, utterly exhausted.
“I’ll kill this bitch!!”
“Even if you do, that won’t save you.”
Ordinary heroes had manuals for dealing with villains who took hostages. The problem was that Iron Colossus was not ordinary. He had no experience with hostage situations. Therefore, he simply said what he wanted to say.
“You will definitely die, Chrome Fist. Whether Botal Rabbit lives or not. But if there is one thing I can promise you without fail, it is this. From now on, if Botal Rabbit receives even the smallest wound, your death will be very. Very slow.”
The only thing he could do was threaten. The single difference from any other threat was that he fully intended to carry it out, possessed the will to do so, and had the ability to make it happen.
Realizing this, Chrome Fist ground his teeth, stared at Botal Rabbit for a moment, then let out a short laugh.
“Crazy bastard… Disaster support team, you said? Fuck… You should’ve been a villain.”
“Maybe so.”
Surprisingly, he felt no particular aversion to murder, threats, or violence. Iron Colossus nodded calmly and clenched his fist. The heavy metallic click of his gauntlet made Chrome Fist draw in a deep breath and stare straight at him.
“If I’m going down, I’m taking you with me.”
“…?”
“Botal Rabbit. That is an order.”
At the cold voice, the limp woman’s body twitched. A small crackling sound accompanied sparks flying from her lower abdomen—the activation of the one-time command, the bomb collar.
“Kill Iron Colossus.”
He released her and stepped back. It wasn’t as if he had no plan. The situation was desperate, but a path to survival still remained. Iron Colossus would be unable to defeat Botal Rabbit, so it was inevitable that the victorious Botal Rabbit would charge at Chrome Fist in a rage. He would then use Thunderbird’s command authority to make the two fight each other and escape in the meantime.
Even for an S-class, complete obedience was impossible. Resistance was natural. It would simply take time. A once-given order did not last forever. Even if that duration was only five minutes, Iron Colossus would not survive. And five minutes was more than enough for Chrome Fist to flee.
Even if he lost everything he had prepared until now, as long as he survived, another opportunity would come. Chrome Fist smiled cruelly as he looked down at the twitching Botal Rabbit.
What the hell is happening?
Botal Rabbit lifted her head with a dazed expression. Her memories felt fragmented, drifting like broken pieces. After the violent sex with her owner—no, with Tran Van Bao—followed by the near-brutal rape from Chrome Fist, there was no way her condition could be normal.
She staggered, struggling to regain her balance.
Kill Iron Colossus.
The sentence had lodged itself in her mind and wriggled like a parasite.
No? Why would I?
Even in her hazy consciousness, even within the chaotic mind that could not form proper judgments, Botal Rabbit shook her head.
Why? Iron Colossus?
If anyone else had said those words, she would have twisted their jaw off. Yet her body was already slowly assuming a combat stance.
What is this?
With panicked eyes she followed the rising fist and the tightening sensation in her quadriceps, then barely managed to look straight ahead. Her vision was blurry, her hearing filled with a constant ringing. But one sense remained painfully clear.
Smell.
A rabbit’s nose was sharp enough to detect the scent of every wild animal on a mountainside from wind blowing along its slopes. Which meant that even in her less-than-optimal state, even as reason faded beneath waves of exhaustion, even amid the confusion of hearing, sight, and every other sense, Botal Rabbit could smell Iron Colossus. She knew exactly where he was.
“Iron Colo…ssus…?”
“Mm.”
Even through the beeping in her ears, his voice came through clearly. Her heart thundered. She wanted to run into his arms right then, complain, grumble, whine, and then go home. She wanted to be held by him. Truly, with her entire heart.
But… a combat stance?
“Wait, wait just a second!!”
Botal Rabbit panicked and fought to regain control of herself. The instant she locked onto Iron Colossus’s position, she felt her body violently throwing itself into battle mode.
Kill Iron Colossus.
The sentence buzzed inside her skull. A dull ache throbbed in her lower abdomen, as though punishing her for resisting. She could feel the magic flowing from the tiny ring clamped on her clitoris, traveling up her spine.
A curse…! Something this powerful can be used on me?!
Could such a convenient artifact even exist? A tiny magical tool of this size containing this much power?
Whether she denied reality or not, her body was already on the starting line. She stared ahead in horror, then ground her teeth fiercely.
“Stop!! This… this… stop right now!!”
The words were not directed at anyone else. The cry that burned in her chest was a warning to herself.
Stop. Please stop. I’m begging you.
Her teeth ground together so hard they squealed. The resistance was so intense it felt like the blood vessels in her eyes would burst. Yet despite her desperate struggle, her body had already begun to run.
The sound of footwork rang out sharply.
Even though it was not the first time receiving Botal Rabbit’s attack, Iron Colossus felt reflexive fear. It was pure instinct—the feeling of an ordinary person watching an eight-ton truck charge straight at them. No, the feeling of facing a warship bearing down at full speed.
In other words, he had already heard the sound of Botal Rabbit kicking off the ground while his body was flying backward from the impact.
Her instantaneous top speed was faster than sound.
“Kr…gh…!!”
KWAAAAAANG!!!
The impact was so violent it could have been an exploding bomb. The wall he slammed into offered no resistance and was simply torn away. Botal Rabbit stood in place, staring blankly at the gaping hole left in the room.
“Stop, stop, stop it!!”
A single strike delivered with full power. For Botal Rabbit, who had never used her full strength even when subduing villains, the mental shock was overwhelming. It was not the kind of blow that superhuman reflexes could block. The sensation against her foot had been vivid—the feeling that at least two bones had shattered. When she realized that foot had struck Iron Colossus, her mind felt like it was shattering into pieces.
She wanted to run to him immediately and check on his condition. He needed to go to a hospital right now. There was no way he could be fine after taking her strike directly.
Kill Iron Colossus.
Yet she planted her feet with every ounce of strength she possessed. If she approached him now, the next strike would land.
“Stop it!! Please… I’m begging you. Okay…? I’ll do anything. I’ll do whatever you say, so please…”
“Heh heh, hahahahaha!!”
Hearing her tearful plea, Chrome Fist exploded with laughter so intense it seemed his mouth would tear apart.
S-class. An individual capable of mass slaughter. A walking nuclear weapon. To think that commanding such a being would feel this exhilarating. Even if it lasted only five minutes, it was enough. The ability to give orders to beings he normally could not even look in the eye gave him a satisfaction more intense than any sex.
“What are you doing? Finish it. Now.”
“No, nooo… Please. Don’t…”
“Kill Iron Colossus.”
The moment the words left his mouth, Botal Rabbit kicked off the ground and leaped. The magic screaming that she must obey dominated her body. Yet just as she tried to pass through the collapsed wall, she twisted mid-air, kicked off the wall, stepped on the ceiling, and landed back on the floor.
THUD!!
Her entire body screamed as if it were breaking from the violent resistance, but she had stopped. Barely.
“I don’t want to…!!”
Blood vessels burst with audible pops. A metallic taste filled her mouth. Blacksmith. An A-class villain. The most famous magic-tool artisan on the black market. The leader of the Shanghai Guild.
Recalling who had created this device, Botal Rabbit ground her teeth. She had thought it was merely a ring made by Chrome Fist to satisfy his exhibitionism. She had gone along with it in the spirit of enjoying the performance, but this was different. If Blacksmith was involved, she would never have done something so foolish.
“I said… I don’t… want to…!!”
She coughed up a mouthful of blood as she shouted. An S-class hero’s recovery power instantly healed her body, but at the same time the sticky curse extending from the magic tool began manipulating her again. While she fought with everything she had to regain control of the body that kept assuming an attack posture, her insides were repeatedly broken and reassembled. Even as she coughed up blood and trembled, Botal Rabbit desperately held her ground.
Watching her, Chrome Fist bit his lip.
If time passes, the bomb collar’s power will eventually weaken…!
The very fact that he had managed to give even one order to an S-class was already a miracle. If she broke free from that restraint, only horrific retribution awaited him. He clenched his teeth. If it had come to this, he might as well kill Botal Rabbit. She was clearly not in normal condition. At this rate, perhaps he could defeat her himself.
The moment that thought crossed his mind, a voice came from behind the collapsed wall. It was weak, shaking, injured. Yet at the same time, it was firmer than it had ever been.
“It’s okay.”
Iron Colossus stepped into the room, steadying himself against the broken wall.
“You seem to be holding up fine.”
“Iron Colo…ssus…!! Are you okay? You… you…”
Botal Rabbit could not continue. At a glance, his condition was clearly not fine. Between the torn clothes, the imprint of her footprint was deeply embedded, surrounded by dark bruises. A single kick had apparently destroyed most of his top. And on the exposed body—
“What the hell is that…”
Chrome Fist muttered, barely suppressing a groan. What kind of body was that? Through the torn fabric, the man was covered in scars. Lacerations, contusions, abrasions. Burns, festering wounds, old injuries. It looked like a child had doodled randomly across a sketchbook—mottled and chaotic.
Disaster… support team.
This was the body of a man who had cleaned up the most violent terror sites since his C-class days. He had been a member of Borderland Golems, the most active disaster support team. Disaster scenes were not limited to collapsing buildings. They included exploding chemical plants, submerged facilities running with live current, rescues between crumbling skyscrapers, and digging through collapsed tunnels to save civilians. Relying on nothing but muscle hardening, he had rushed into those scenes for nearly ten years. From C-class to A-class. A man who had devoted every second to saving lives on site.
That man was now speaking to his woman.
It’s okay.
“Looks like your training has been insufficient, Botal Rabbit. Seeing that you can endure this much.”
That was why he could say such words even after being sent flying by an S-class’s full-powered kick. Not because he was capable. No. It was simply what he had always said to civilians in disaster zones.
It’s okay.
You can endure it.
Just focus on the fact that you can survive.
A fool who had never dealt with villains and had never learned hostage manuals. But because his entire career as a hero had been the act of rescuing victims, he could deliver the words “It’s okay” more firmly than anyone else.
He was the A-class hero of the Borderland Golems.
Iron Colossus.
