I always thought that severed connections were a common thing in life. When you live your life over again from the start, it’s only natural for some relationships to simply fade away.
But having one of those broken bonds reconnect? That’s not something you get to experience every day.
Yet somehow… it happened to me.
“Jung-woo, do you remember Chae-yeon?”
Just one sentence from my mom. That single question made everything restart from the very beginning.
“Yeah… I remember her.”
The answer slipped out so naturally that it tore down the ten long years of silence between us and handed me another chance. I faced that new opportunity with a heart that was just a little bit nervous.

And she was still strong.
