Sailor Uniform Lee Yebin and the All-Nighter Stream
The day had finally arrived.
The day of my all-nighter stream with Lee Yebin.
Calling it an all-nighter was a bit of a stretch — it was really a twenty-four-hour stream, and neither of us was expected to stay completely awake the entire time.
If I'd been doing it alone, I would've gone full no-sleep for the whole twenty-four hours. But…
"I am absolutely not doing a no-sleep twenty-four hours! Absolutely not!!"
Lee Yebin refused.
What a fragile creature. How was she even weaker than me, a guy bordering on underweight? Was that even right?
"I told you to work out more."
"Aaaaah! I don't care, I don't care, I don't care! No-sleep is absolutely impossible for me! If you're gonna make me go no-sleep, I'm not streaming!"
Yebin dug her heels in and refused a no-sleep stream, so the compromise we eventually reached was this: at least one of us had to be awake at all times, and each person got a maximum of three hours of sleep.
And during this stream, incredibly fortunately, our house would be empty.
The reason was simple. Mom and Dad were on a trip, and Yeon-i was doing a week of intensive classes at her academy.
Maybe that was why Yeon-i, who knew the full situation, had said…
"Oppa, if you so much as touch Unnie Yebin, I will kill you…!"
…and appointed herself Yebin's personal bodyguard.
Why would I touch her? She might come at me looking to physically beat me up, but there was absolutely zero chance of me doing that to her.
When I relayed that exact thought, Yeon-i asked me a question in a very serious voice.
"Hey Oppa, is Unnie Yebin really that ugly?"
Was she really that ugly?
"Yes."
Genuinely ugly. To me, she was a pig. A pig. I hadn't saved her name in KoTalk as "Piggy" for no reason.
"Oppa, your standards are way too high. If Unnie Yebin isn't pretty, then who is?"
"Our beloved Yeon-i is prettier, right?"
"Wow. Siscon."
"If I'm a siscon, then you're a brocon."
"Not that much, okay? I do like you, though."
Even while grumbling, Yeon-i admitted what she had to admit.
"Anyway, even as a girl looking at another girl, Unnie Yebin is seriously insane. Great body, pretty face, and honestly her personality is amazing too. The way she looks after someone like you? You couldn't find anyone kinder."
"When has she ever looked after me…?"
"Back in school!"
Back in school? Her? Looking after me?
"If anything, I was the one looking after her. She never looked after me."
"Oppa, you—"
"Say one more word and no allowance."
"Wow, media suppression! Dodo is suppressing free speech! Kyaaaak!"
Anyway, I had a memory of that kind of stupid conversation.
But the stupid conversation and everything else didn't matter. What mattered was that Lee Yebin was coming to our house now.
"……Hi."
"Hi."
"I'm gonna leave my stuff in Yeon-i's room. I already got her permission."
"Sure."
"And…… you. You're not allowed to make fun of me, okay?"
At that single line from Lee Yebin, I answered in a truly serious voice.
"System online. Preparations complete."
"What preparations did you even make."
"Beep-boop. Preparations to tease Piggy Lee Yebin: one hundred and twenty percent complete."
"Just die."
—Whack!
"Aaaagh!"
Yebin immediately kicked me in the leg, then scurried off to Yeon-i's room and slammed the door shut behind her.
Look at that. The kind of thing Yeon-i only did occasionally back in middle school, and she was doing it now.
How was that a twenty-three-year-old. What a brat.
After glancing once toward Yebin's direction, I started adjusting the cam so my face wouldn't show at all.
I checked it over and over until I was satisfied that my face was properly hidden.
—Knock knock knock.
My door — which I hadn't even noticed had closed — was being knocked on.
"Come in."
At my words, the door slowly opened, and…
"D…d…does it… look okay…? Does it… suit me…?"
Lee Yebin asked in a trembling voice.

I looked her over once and answered with absolute conviction.
"……What a waste of clothes. Or should I say, what a waste of money?"
Pearls before swine. That was the conclusion I'd reached.
"I'm seriously going to kill you, Gyeongdo."
"Ah-ah, no murder allowed. Murder is prohibited! Today's game is a mystery game, so we can't have that!"
"Oh, how about a real-life mystery game? Gyeongdo locked-room murder! Ending where they never catch the culprit."
"Hey. Hey. Stop. Stop!!"
Despite my desperate protests, that pig walked toward me with a smile, and then…
—WHAAACK!!
She smacked me upside the head.
Seriously, that one hit probably took ten years off my lifespan. I was sure of it.
…Even while taking that hit, though, a pretty fun idea occurred to me, so I told Yebin about it on the spot. She nodded as if it was a pretty good idea.
"You're not bad. That's a solid idea?"
"Yes, big brother."
"Don't you 'big brother' me."
Yebin cursed me out regardless, but maybe because she was getting on my nerves, I fired back with a counterattack of my own.
"Hey, but is it okay that I lowered it this much?"
"What is."
"Even with it this low, your face might still show, you know."
—WHAAAAACK!!
This time Yebin attacked without any warning, and I seriously almost blacked out from that one hit.
She really should've worked out. Yeah.
God, Gyeongdo, you absolute pervert. How can you say things like that to a girl?
Regardless, the stream started, and the broadcast went live on both my channel and Gyeongdo's at the same time.
I sighed. Honestly speaking, I hadn't wanted to turn on a cam at all — not even a half-cam, let alone my face. I'd always wanted to be a faceless streamer.
And yet here we were. Half-cam on. Wearing this embarrassing sailor uniform, no less.
It was all Gyeongdo's fault. Someday I'd get my revenge. Gyeongdo.
"Biha biha, Doha doha, hello everyone~ It's Vini!"
The chat flooded with bihas and dohas, and looking at way more viewers than usual, I was already starting to feel dizzy.
Even so, I had a job to do, so I started running the stream.
"Everyone, today's the day, right? The day Dodo and I collab. And not just any collab — a full twenty-four-hour no-sleep stream!"
"Wait, you used PTO for this? I'll make sure it's a fun stream, thank you so much…!"
I bowed my head. Honestly, these people were so incredibly kind. Using their precious paid time off just to watch us stream together.
Moments like this always made me want to repay them with an even better broadcast.
"So then… uh… first… I'll reveal the half-cam…?"
For the record, thanks to Gyeongdo setting things up extremely carefully, nothing above my neck was visible at all. He'd fine-tuned it so precisely that even if I slipped up a little, my face still wouldn't show.
Unless I deliberately tried to show it, it was completely hidden.
"Hoo… okay, starting now? One, two, three…!"
I switched over to the second screen I'd set up beforehand, and once it switched, there I was in the bottom-right corner of the black screen.
My half-cam, wearing a sailor uniform.
That was everyone's reaction, and I sighed at how predictable it all was.
This was exactly why I hadn't wanted to turn on the half-cam.
I knew it myself.
My body was literally the kind of figure guys went crazy for. Big where it should be big, slim where it should be slim.
Even Gyeongdo, who teased me by calling me a pig, had probably had at least one happy alone-time session thinking about my body. I was sure of it.
And my face? It felt weird saying this, but even back in school when I was close with Gyeongdo and people said we were basically a couple, I still got confessed to about twice a month.
I never dated any of them, of course — they were all worse than Gyeongdo.
I'd never told Gyeongdo this, but I'd even been street-cast and approached with business cards a few times.
I'd turned them all down, though.
So if someone like me turned on a cam and streamed? I'd literally only be streaming for guys looking at me with sexual eyes.
I hated that. I wanted to stream for the fun of it, on the strength of my skills.
So I'd never wanted to turn on a cam, and yet…
Nothing but reactions like these. Depressing. Truly depressing.
The unnie reactions were kind of nice, at least. Those had a bit of a WWE energy to them.
Anyway, in the middle of all this, some people started catching on to something.
They started wondering about Dodo — about Gyeongdo's whereabouts.
And then.
Some people spotted Gyeongdo lying down behind me with his face out of frame.
"Drain joke — you're banned."
I gave the guy who made the drain joke a one-minute ban, then explained.
"That Dodo over there is a corpse. And starting now! I'm going to solve the Dodo Murder Case and find the culprit!"
"The culprit is! Super pretty! Great body! Adorable! Great at games! Full of aegyo! But she's so kind that! I don't think she's the culprit!! Even if she is, we'd just let her off!!"
The moment I said that.
"OBJECTION!!!"
Delivering the promised bit, Dodo sat up with his face still out of frame and immediately came over to sit next to me.
"Objection! The one who killed me! Was Vini!!!"
Since some sharp-eyed viewers had already figured it out, I transitioned into the stream naturally.
"Some of you already noticed, but the reason I put on this whole act. Today's stream with Blockhead Vini is! Banjeon Jaepan!"
"Wooooow~ But what's Blockhead Vini."
"Blockhead. You."
"I'm not a blockhead!?"
"You totally are, you blockhead."
"I am not!!"
The moment the viewers saw our exchange, they reacted exactly as expected.
""It's not a couple fight!!!""
Even more annoying was that he copied me.
"Don't copy me!"
"You don't copy me, you blockhead!"
"Aaaaagh! I'm not a blockheeeead!!!"
—Whack!
"Aaaagh! No violence! No violeeence!!!"
We were not soulmates.
Absolutely not.
