The Straw Hat Pirates and our party were throwing a huge banquet and celebration in Cocoyasi Village. Meanwhile, in the Fleet Admiral's office at Marine Headquarters...

"I heard all the major pirates from the East Blue have been captured."

Sengoku asked while looking through his documents. The Marine reporting to him answered with a highly motivated expression.

"Yes sir! In the weakest sea known as the East Blue, the pirates with bounties over ten million berries are as follows: Buggy the Clown at fifteen million, Saw-Tooth Arlong at twenty million, Don Krieg the Pirate Fleet Admiral at seventeen million, Gin the Ghost at twelve million, and Kuro the Black Cat who was thought to have been executed at sixteen million. These five are the pirates captured in the last two years. Notably, all of them were taken down by the same group of pirate hunters!"

"Hmm... That guy, huh?"

Sengoku recalled the phone call from two ‍‍‌‌⁠​​⁠‌​​‍​​‍​‌​⁠‍‌‍⁠⁠‌⁠‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍⁠​‌​‌​‌‍‌‌‌⁠‍​​‌‍⁠‌‌⁠⁠years ago with the rookie who had reported Arlong and the corrupt Marines. He glanced at Garp, who was sitting beside him eating senbei and picking his nose.

"He's doing well. Unlike your bloodline."

"Gwahaha! Jin is practically my grandson, so he's family!"

"Fleet Admiral, there's one more thing I must report!"

"What ‍‍‌‌⁠​​⁠‌​​‍​​‍​‌​⁠‍‌‍⁠⁠‌⁠‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍⁠​‌​‌​‌‍‌‌‌⁠‍​​‌‍⁠‌‌⁠⁠is it? Speak."

"There's a pirate crew that travels with that bounty hunter group and helps capture pirates. Upon investigation, it turns out they were the ones who actually captured Buggy and Krieg."

"Pirates and pirate hunters working together? No way...?!"

Sengoku glared at Garp.

"Gwahaha! As expected of my grandsons!"

"Garp! Even if that Jin kid has the excuse of being a government-approved pirate hunter, the pirate traveling with him is your grandson?! Why is your bloodline always—!"

"You can't exactly raise kids exactly how you want."

Sengoku slammed his desk in anger at Garp, who was still casually picking his nose, and shouted.

"Damn it, Garp!! If you have nothing better to do, get to the East Blue right now and take those captured pirates straight to Impel Down!"

After Garp left, Sengoku took a deep breath and turned to the Marine still sweating nervously in front of him.

"Has that pirate committed any crimes or caused any incidents?"

"Not really... There are a few minor things, though."

"What are they?"

"He attacked the Shells Town Marine branch, broke out Roronoa Zoro who was imprisoned there, and defeated Colonel Morgan, but..."

"I already know about that. It's infuriating that he attacked the Marines, but we don't really have a leg to stand on either... What else?"

"He destroyed the roof of the floating restaurant Baratie. But that was because he deflected a cannonball fired by the Marines and it happened to hit, and he reached an amicable agreement with the owner..."

After listening to the Marine, Sengoku let out a long sigh.

Sengoku stared out the window and muttered to himself before ordering the Marine to set Luffy's bounty and create wanted posters for distribution.

The next day, the Straw Hats—who had partied until late and were exhausted—woke up late. They came outside looking for me and my companions, but when they couldn't find us, they started glancing around in confusion.

"Those guys left for Loguetown early this morning. They said you guys were sleeping in, so they'd go ahead and check things out first."

When Nojiko came over and told them we'd already left, Luffy immediately wanted to hurry after us. But Sanji said they were out of food supplies, so they decided to restock before setting sail.

Meanwhile, we had arrived in Loguetown. It was our second time here, but for Kaya it was her first. She was excitedly looking around at everything, and we were shopping and sightseeing together.

Watching the chat window burn with excitement, I smiled like a winner. After watching the girls buy all sorts of clothes, I stepped outside for a quick smoke.

"You! It's the pirate hunter Fire Dragon Sword Jin!"

"Tashigi? Long time no see! But who came up with that cringey nickname?"

"It spread among the Marines... Anyway! How can a criminal like you be carrying such a magnificent sword?!"

"Why am I a criminal? I'm a government-approved pirate hunter. And if only the Marines are supposed to catch pirates, why do they put out bounties in the first place?"

"Uh... well... that's..."

"Tashigi, you only see swordsmanship as something used for money and look down on it, but everyone's just trying to make a living, right? You can't call that bad, and it's not like I'm committing crimes. Don't think of me too negatively, okay?"

With nothing left to say, Tashigi quietly nodded. She stared intently at my Zanpakuto for a moment, then bowed and left.

"Tashigi's pretty cute too... But recruiting from the Marines will be tough, huh?"

"We'll restock here and look for a place that sells Log Poses."

Since I knew the original story, I asked around for a shop selling the essential item for the Grand Line, bought a Log Pose, and was having a drink and some food with my companions at a nearby tavern.

The Straw Hats arrived a bit later. Zoro went off to buy new swords, Sanji had to go restock again because Luffy had eaten an insane amount of food in that short time, and Usopp said he'd guard the ship while repairing the minor damage on the Merry.

And Luffy... climbed up onto the execution platform.

"I'm the man who will become the Pirate King—Luffy!!!"

He was doing something completely insane. Because Nami was on our ship, none of the Straw Hats read the newspaper, so Luffy had no idea a bounty had been placed on his head.

"Justice! Colonel Smoker, sir! The pirate Straw Hat Luffy has climbed onto the Pirate King's execution platform and is causing a scene!"

"By himself? What a ridiculous guy. Does he have a bounty?"

"Yes sir! Here it is..."

"Oho~ Thirty million berries for his first bounty? Not bad. I'll catch this one myself. Marines, block all paths to the harbor and stand by."

"Yes sir! Justice!"

And so, White Hunter Colonel Smoker headed toward the plaza to hunt Luffy.

"What a ridiculous guy!"

"Seriously. I've never seen anyone climb ‍‍‌‌⁠​​⁠‌​​‍​​‍​‌​⁠‍‌‍⁠⁠‌⁠‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍⁠​‌​‌​‌‍‌‌‌⁠‍​​‌‍⁠‌‌⁠⁠onto the Pirate King's execution platform and shout like that before."

After hearing the people's chatter, I became certain that Luffy had arrived. I told my companions, who had finished shopping, to head back to the ship and prepare to set sail, then ran toward the plaza.

I spread my Observation Haki as wide as possible. I sensed someone quickly approaching Luffy. When I focused to find other presences, I felt the overwhelming aura of a powerful being.

"Looks like Dragon really did come. Then I guess I don't need to help Luffy, right?"

I ran faster than Smoker and shouted at Luffy to run because the Marines were coming.

"Ishishishi! That was fun!! I'm gonna become the Pirate King!!"

He shouted as he ran away. On my way back to the ship, I ran into Smoker.

"Yo~ Smokey Colonel!"

"Hm? It's you? I told you my name is Smoker, Jin..."

"Sorry, sorry. It's stuck in my head now... Just think of it as a nickname."

"Anyway, I don't have time to play with you. I'm going to catch a pirate."

"A pirate? Oh yeah! That guy ran off that way."

I pointed in the completely opposite direction from where Luffy had actually fled, then returned to the ship. The Straw Hats also safely made it back and set sail.

Our ship was gradually moving further away from Loguetown.

I chuckled at the messages and pulled out a barrel, gathering my companions.

"Let's do a departure ceremony!"

When I said that with a grin, Nami put her foot on the barrel.

"To draw a map of the entire world!"

Alvida followed.

"To go on adventures with Master!"

Kaya got caught up in the mood too.

"I-I want to travel to many places and become an excellent doctor!"

Finally, I put my foot on the barrel.

"To witness the birth of the future Pirate King, and for my harem!"

"Hahahaha, what kind of dream is that?"

Nami laughed brightly at my words.

"Let's go! To the Grand Line!!"

We set our course toward Reverse Mountain.

I had enjoyed my playthrough in the One Piece world for two years. Before entering the Grand Line, I decided to step out for a while and try another world, so I ended the session.

"I'm not interested in the guys... Nami and Alvida went up a bit. Nami getting closer in relationship level means she's gotten more attached to me. Kaya's level is still low, but I can raise it quickly."

I uploaded all the photos from the girls' fashion show and our travels to Instagram, then checked the list of available worlds.

The list of available playthroughs had been heavily updated again: Ghost in the Shell, Solo Leveling, About Time, EDD-202, Goblin Slayer, Three Kingdoms: Corrupt Official.

"Whoa... Is that the legendary title...?"

Seeing that legendary catalog number and looking at the other titles, I wanted them all.

"About Time is one of my favorite movies, the female lead is charming, and the protagonist's first love... And Goblin Slayer! I like almost all the female characters there... Especially the receptionist, his childhood friend, and the witch... Haa~ What should I choose?"

Having so many places I wanted to go made it hard to decide, so I asked the System.

"If I don't choose this time, will they disappear from the list?"

"Then can I just select them and enter later?"

"Fine... Hmm... The legendary title is nice, but it's not that different from reality, so I'll pick it next time it appears... Between About Time and Goblin Slayer..."

To narrow down my choices, I rewatched both works.

"I've decided! Register Goblin Slayer!"

I made my decision after seeing Goblin Slayer's childhood friend, also known as the Cow Girl.

When I opened my eyes, I saw my room in the MCU world and four drones floating there.

"I left these out when I ended last time? What should I do with them? I want to keep one and try using the rest, but with my companions around, it feels weird to use these..."

Just then, my phone rang.

"Hello~"

"Is this Jin? This is Natasha. Director Fury wants to see you for a moment. Do you have time?"

Since this was right after Iron Man 2, what was supposed to happen? Was Captain America about to wake up? After thinking for a second, I answered.

"I've got time. Where should I go?"

"I'll come pick you up."

"Alright! See you soon, Natasha."

"No, guys. To you it's only been a few weeks or months, but for me it's been two years... I'll check out the Grand Line later after visiting some other places."

"I'd appreciate it if you thought about it positively. I have a favor to ask. Can you go to New Mexico with Barton tomorrow?"

"With Hawkeye? New Mexico... Can't I go with Natasha instead?"

"Natasha has another mission."
