Realizing Horror Games Make My Tits Shake Way More Than Usual (2)
"Hurry up already, Semin!"
"You're crawling like a turtle—when are you gonna finish? lololol"
"Fr, lol. At this rate, you won't clear it even after playing all day?"
"Eek... I'm dying of frustration watching, but the view keeps me going ^^ damn"
"How much juice you squeezed out today anyway?"
"Feels like three times already lololol"
It had already been about three hours since I started the game. I'd just reached the third save point, so that meant I only had a quarter left to go, right?
...My take on playing this godawful game for three hours straight? Simple. This game is trash!
The game itself was straightforward. Dodge the monster chasing the protagonist and escape this creepy abandoned building. That's it.
...But the presentation? Not simple at all. First off, the player only has a flashlight to rely on. No other interactions, no way to fight the monster.
Yeah, that's exactly why I hate horror games. What's fun about running from a monster you can't beat? Even now, mid-game, I couldn't wrap my head around it.
And this crazy protagonist—does he even have a brain? Who the hell enters an abandoned building with just a flashlight and no phone? The battery's limited too, so you have to conserve it.
Second, the paths were absolute dogshit. I'm not great at puzzle or maze games, sure. But this difficulty? Even normal people would struggle...
And it claims a playtime of just 30 minutes? Plus, I'm in full VR gear, making it way harder than mouse controls.
Proof? I'm still lost right now.
"...Ugh, isn't this the place I was at earlier?"
Please go right from there, no more left turns ^^ damn
"...Didn't I go right earlier too?"
You've gone left five times already, Semin.
No way, I swear I went right before... Are these people just messing with me again?
"No, really, sis? Look, if I go right here, there's that big machine... Huh, it's not?"
Turning right revealed a path I'd never seen. I scratched my head awkwardly and started making excuses.
"W-Well, it's not that I'm bad at directions—it's just you guys have all seen the game already. It's seriously hard to navigate!"
"Anyway! I'll clear it fast from now on. It's not that scary anymore, and I'm beat..."
Do you get used to horror games after a while? It wasn't as terrifying as the start now.
I'd sweated buckets early on, so all I wanted was to finish quick, shower, and crash.
That monster hasn't shown up lately...? Maybe I'm lucky—I haven't been caught once.
People say if you navigate right, it's 30 minutes tops... Who knows.
Anyway, I kept walking, chatting smoothly with viewers.
Rumble!
Then, thudding footsteps echoed from behind again.
"Kyaaah! Hup, it's that monster again!"
...Damn, I just couldn't get used to that monster's footsteps. Clutching my pounding heart, I boldly pushed forward.
From experience so far, just sprint ahead to shake it...
...You could shake it, right?
What's with this fork—three paths?!
"G-Guys, which way? Quick!"
"...Screw it, men go straight!"
Men don't lug around milk jugs like you, Semin.
Yeah, I know that. Body's a girl's, but my mind's still a guy's—so straight ahead!
Squeezing my eyes shut, I bolted forward. The footsteps faded behind me.
Soon, a pillar of white light appeared ahead.
...No doubt. That's the exit!
One-in-three shot, and it hit. Lucky.
"Hah, hah... F-Finally cleared...!"
Three and a half hours after starting this horror game, the ending at last.
I calmed my thrilled heart and approached the light pillar.
As I neared the exit, the pillar vanished with a pop.
...What the hell?
No more footsteps, at least. Is this the ending? Kinda underwhelming—no credits, no title screen.
No BGM either, so maybe...
"Guys, is this the e—"
GRRAAAAAHHH!
"Kyaaaaaaaah!"
Right when I thought I'd won, a grotesque monster mouth filled the screen, ripping the player apart limb by limb.
I was so shocked my legs gave out, and I flopped face-first onto the floor.
After that brutal, heart-stopping scene, credits finally rolled.
...This is the ending? Bullshit!
I lay there panting.
Just absurd fr.
Moments later, I pushed up from the floor and sat there dazed like a zombie.
Then it hit—like a smack to the back of the head. The agony of the past three and a half hours flooded back, injustice and sorrow welled up, and tears started streaming.
"Eung, hng... Hic, hng..."
ObangAl! ObangFuckingAl!
Squeeze juice? Do 3 minutes straight, Semin.
Squeeze some milk while you're at it.
Donation pings poured in nonstop.
...Fuck, horror games are cash cows, but never again.
"Hng, total trash game..."
A bit calmer, I yanked off the VR headset and glared at the stream screen.
My tear-streaked face stared back. Insane—did I really juice this hard?
I hate horror games, but this bad? Nah...
...Did my body turning girl turn my mind girly too?
Nah, no way.
"Ending stream, guys. Need a break..."
......
...
Stream off, I checked myself out.
Knee's red from the fall, maybe. And sweat? Squeezing my shirt dripped water droplets.
...One thing's clear: Next time, better to blind-eye that fetish headband and react than touch another horror game. A million times better.
