“Is this the right one?”
“Haa…. Y-yeah….”
I pulled a cloth pouch from the drawer and took out the pill inside. It was a brown pill about the size of a pinky joint, with a mud-like texture. Placing it on my palm, I headed toward the bed.

There, Cecilia still lay on the bed in a precarious state of near-undress. The only parts covered were around her crotch and her chest, which she clutched a pillow against. I asked in a careful yet firm voice. Did she want “anything more.” It was an indirect yet direct question. And an important one, too. This wasn’t something to dodge out of embarrassment. Depending on the answer, what I needed to do would change.

There was a brief silence. With my thumb halfway in her mouth, licking it with her tongue, she nodded small after a moment.
“……Yeah.”
“Okay….”
And the answer that came back was affirmative. I nodded and gently stroked her head with my other hand.

“Bite and suck as much as you want. As much as you desire.”
If that could calm her down, then as much as she wanted. She’d taken the medicine, so the heat would probably subside soon. Given how severe her condition had been, if she could calm down with just a finger, it was a cheap price.
