Today's Stream: Chat with Viewers
Yesterday's broadcast was enjoyable thanks to Mina's performance, and the viewers seemed satisfied.
But today is my turn to take the spotlight.
Although it's an internet broadcast with Mina, if we're just playing games, Mina should be the main character. However, since it's my broadcast, I have to make sure I shine.
So today, I'm not planning to play any games.
“Mina, what are we doing in today's broadcast?”
“How about chatting with the viewers? The main reason people come to our stream is to see you.”
“Yeah, that sounds good.”
I agreed with Mina and immediately turned on the broadcast.
Among streamers, many use chatting with viewers as the main content.
I plan to do games and various things, but chatting with viewers seems to be the main focus.
Broadcast title: Real Man TV — Today's Chat with Viewers?
When the broadcast started, viewers flooded in almost instantly.
Now I could truly see myself as a solid corporate-level streamer.
I'm really grateful that so many viewers come to watch me.
“Hello everyone. Shinye unnie, hi.”
“Hello.”
“I only started internet broadcasting recently, but WeTube has already reached 100,000 subscribers, and I'm worried about when to start the fan meeting.”
“I was thinking of starting when WeTube reaches around 1 million. What do you think?”
“At first, I thought 1 million was impossible. But achieving 10,000 so quickly has given me confidence.”
“Today I checked, and it's over 150,000.”
“Already? That's super fast.”
“ShinyeTV: 100,000 subscribers and it's done in no time?”
“If we recruit for the fan meeting, for the first one we plan to select about 100 people. 50 from WeTube and 50 from the live broadcast on WeTV.”
“Currently 4 spots are taken, so 96 remain. Hehe.”
“There are still plenty left.”
“Since it's 50 from WeTube, the remaining spots on WeTV are 46.”
“ShinyeTV: Should we hold the fan meeting in Seoul? Let's do it at the building I own. That way we can save on the rental fee.”
“Shinye-nim is the building owner? I didn't know.”
“I found out today too. I knew you were rich.”
“Borrowing the building makes me feel a bit guilty.”
Because Shinye has helped me so much, asking her for the building feels wrong.
No matter how close we've become, I have nothing I can give Shinye in return.
Financially, I've been receiving from Shinye and only taking.
The merger only benefited me, and Shinye was just helping my stream.
Normally the host benefits, but this is the opposite.
Originally Shinye streams as a hobby, so even if subscriber numbers grow, there's no change in income.
Instead, I think of it as a loss.
“ShinyeTV: It's fine. It's fine. I'm the host. In return, you have to come over to my house often.”
“Of course. Mina's house is super close and I plan to visit often.”
“This Friday I'm going to her house. Can we broadcast there?”
“ShinyeTV: Oh, good idea. I don't need to broadcast anyway, so doing it together with you two will be even more fun.”
“ShinyeTV: Broadcasting is a hobby. Jiyoung's broadcast is taking over that hobby.”
Thinking about another merger at Shinye-nim's house made me happy.
Shinye-nim's house has literally everything, so I didn't have to worry about content.
Clearly when I first came to my stream, you said you wanted to hear my songs, so that day will be a song broadcast.
“Then on Friday I'll do a song broadcast. Shinye-nim said you wanted to hear my songs, right?”
“ShinyeTV: Really?”
“I will post the broadcast schedule on my stream community.”
The schedule is set, and now I have to start the actual broadcast.
Among the viewers, there are probably many who sing well.
Someone who plays music was shown last time, so I should make that the topic.
“Is there anyone among the viewers who is good at music or singing?”
“Karaoke scores are honestly not reliable. I think you can sing well only if you've heard people around you say you sing well.”
The scoring system at karaoke is too simple.
From what I know, it's based on volume and rhythm.
Even just yelling can get points, so I don't believe karaoke scores.
“ShinyeTV: But I can't sing or play piano well, so why did I buy those?”
“ShinyeTV: I see. I bought it for Jiyoung, not me.”
“I will use it enthusiastically. Hehe.”
When I go to Shinye-nim's house, I'll sing, play piano, and often play games.
If I had known this, when I went last time, I should have sung.
Back then I was playful and immediately slept in bed.
“ShinyeTV: The real smile is always cute no matter when I see it.”
In the end, among the viewers there was no one who was good at singing or playing music.
“I thought a few would come out.”
“HuangHo: Woah, it's really late today.”
“Hello. Second place.”
“HuangHo: Sob. Somehow my nickname became second place.”
“It's a joke. Hehe.”
I said with a laugh.
Second place did well enough, I hope you gain confidence.
Who can tell the top 2 in class “why can't you study”?
Even the top 1 wouldn't say that.
Next exam, you can be second.
“Is it that you're 3rd?”
[Anonymous Viewer] sponsored 10,000 won.
“Congratulations. Already 3 people are Masters.”
[Anonymous Viewer] sponsored 100,000 won.
“Wow, thank you for the 100,000 won sponsor. Our viewers seem to only be good at games and not interested in the music side.”
