aaa123. The stream known as Threay, belonging to someone with the somewhat masculine name Im Gyeong-guk, had been buzzing even after the broadcast ended. A fresh gust of wind blowing into the usually quiet Inbang board. Though some had hoped for a humid, sticky breeze instead, those folks had quietly retracted their claws after the Proof stream or hopped on the bandwagon, acting like nothing happened.
In the midst of all sorts, the Click viewer board was dominated over half by this topic, and it started popping up in other communities too.
The King of Fist community site. Beyond just the game, it covers pro streamers too, so it's always hosting pro skill dick-measuring contests. Threay was usually used as fodder for those, but thanks to today's stream? She was dominating here almost as much as the Click board.
Titles: "Is Threay the online top right now?"
Titles: "Threay's record vs Korean pros?"
Titles: "Has Threay beaten Japanese pros?"
...and so on. High-rec posts were mostly Threay-related.
Posts veering into non-King of Fist Inbang stuff—like her looks or Seung-yoon unrelated to KOF—got buried fast, yet still took up a huge chunk of the board. And since her face was revealed on stream, posts praising skill that usually got dislikes were holding up today; fights in comments sure, but upvotes outnumbered downs.
"Ahh~ This beer's going down so smooth."
Seung-yoon, who'd set up the Threay stage today, was chugging beers at home while proxy ego-surfing. He usually searched his own name, but today—with his friend's star turn—he hunted for her name and ID.
Scanning Inbang and King of Fist communities, soaking in high-rec/high-comment posts was pure fun. Especially the looks praise—he agreed hard but felt jealous too.
Never dissatisfied with his own average looks before (height aside, he thought he was decent). But seeing someone so stunningly beyond gender lines up close? Envy was inevitable.
Damn... Never felt this jealous collabing with HoJunHam...
Streaming with tons of girls made him envious sometimes, but not like this.
"If it was me I'd slurp every last drop of that broth. What a waste."
Her small-time citizen vibes frustrated him more. He'd have planned A-to-Z stream monetization around that face. Perfect timing too—dodging army service. Golden opportunity.
Sure, rebuilding from zero without his base, but Seung-yoon figured it doable. If only that miracle hit me... Today's thoughts especially.
Still, after seeing today's earnings, she might be leaning that way.
Full-win missions + beating Muma: nearly 13 million won in one go. Click could explode on momentum, but Seung-yoon's earnings had been steady since that AOS corp event months back. This was huge.
Even he hadn't predicted it. Beyond KOF skill, her looks carried big. He knew her intimately (bathhouse bros), yet men were so visual— he'd felt it lately.
If he was hooked, normies had no chance. Especially today's face and white pants back view... Height might soften it irl? Nah, crowds of guys ogling her outside said tall was a plus.
"Hmm..."
Lying in bed, pondering her future. Pulling her into Inbang wasn't aimless. As she said, no talk skills or gimmicks? Viewers bail fast—even with that face.
Just exposure/dance/fox play would rake cash, but not her style. Needed another angle—and today showed it.
Male-dominated comms' recurring "If XX was a girl they'd be mega-popular and rich." Top soccer/baseball stars or pros. Sports iffy, but pro gamers? Realistic, with women competing vs men worldwide.
But do they rival top nations? Nah, always "if" hypotheticals.
Knew she was good at KOF, rank not pro-level but better records vs all Korean pros? Learned today scanning.
Pro gamer over Inbang? But she'd have debuted pro already. No test tryout means no interest.
Plus, hating drags, she rushed army post-high school.
True... Hobby to job = torture if not free lunch.
Knew his "easy life" obsession well—axed pro idea.
Let's see... Gyeong-guk's faves...
Inbang: monetize hobbies. Red-to-Black Ocean hellscape with weirdos risking sanity, but hobby-job fusion.
Game hobby? Stream games. Art? Draw on stream. Music? Play on stream. Pros need mastery; Inbang just hobby viable.
Easy-life guy's hobbies...
Sports. Huge baseball fan. Got signed tee as kid from now-retired player's team. Stress relief at Pangpang batting cages swinging/throwing. "Shoulda trained young" athleticism compliments.
Games. Top domestic King of Fist name. AOS average. FPS aim good but low rank infrequent. Else webnovels/toons.
Not hobby but miracle mukbang prospect—endless eating, cute food tears...(urk) too much.
All in... "This bitch is prime Inbang talent stacked."
Men-love elements galore. Top male topics + insane looks + glutton trait. Looks/mukbang pull was huge jackpot vibe.
"Ha... So jealous. Envy..."
Back to square one: why not me? That lucky night.
