A Prodigy Emerges and the First Onahole
The people forcibly summoned out of the dungeon alongside the items I'd obtained from inside looked utterly bewildered. Some wore puzzled expressions, while others stood in awkward combat stances, as if yanked mid-fight. As time passed and they pieced together the situation, they began chattering about what they'd witnessed inside.
“Full dungeon clear? Did instance dungeons even have something like that?”
“Ah, shit, we were right at the boss room. What the hell is going on?”
“Our party was in the middle of fighting the boss. The warrior showed up instead of the shaman, and I thought we'd finally take it down for once—what is this?”
“Whoa, first time seeing a dungeon entrance collapse like that.”
“Who the hell cleared it anyway?”
Listening to the murmurs, I slipped through the crowd before getting dragged into the hassle.
I dropped off my bracelet at the dungeon management office ahead of the mob and scanned the area for Jeong-hwa.
Hope she's okay...
Thankfully, my worries were unfounded—Jeong-hwa was unscathed, glancing around alertly without a single injury.
As I approached, she spotted me and came running.
“G-Good... you're safe...”
“You too, Jeong-hwa. I was worried when I couldn't spot you.”
“Hehe~”
Seeing her smile in relief, like a screw had come loose somewhere, I asked what happened.
“Uh... Suddenly, after passing through the door, Yeoul-ssi was gone, and it was just me. Then the boss appeared out of nowhere...”
“Huh? You ran into the boss?”
“Yeah. A one-eyed, one-armed goblin warrior popped out. I had no choice but to take it down and head out, but then the dungeon collapsed all of a sudden. I was so worried.”
With that, Jeong-hwa showed me the Chipped Longsword. Forged from mana-infused metal, it was definitely one of the boss drops from the Goblin’s Tomb.
“No way—you soloed the boss? How?”
“Uh... I recalled the moves you showed me on the way to the boss room, fought using those, and it was easier than I thought?”
As proof, she pulled out a 10th-grade pure mana stone. Unlike the impure ones from trash mobs, this was the real deal—only droppable from bosses. No room for doubt. She'd really soloed it. And not a scratch on her.
A genius?
It happened sometimes. Innate prodigies. While others stacked training upon training to inch up their skill grades, the so-called geniuses skyrocketed after a single real battle.
Jeong-hwa claimed she'd just memorized and mimicked my movements from watching in the dungeon. Really basic stuff. Throws, dodges, fundamental sword strikes. Super basic, simple moves—but how much practice does it take to internalize those basics with perfect form? To master them from just a few glances and win against a dungeon boss of equal grade? Even that foul-tempered Jeon So-young would snap that it was bullshit.
I hadn't seen Jeong-hwa fight myself, but a total newbie soloing a dungeon boss? Unbelievable.
A sudden greed stirred.
I'll take her all the way.
Higher-grade dungeons made party play all but mandatory. And everyone knew how crucial the vanguard was in a party. If Jeong-hwa just boosted her physical stats a bit more and learned skills suited to her style, she had top-tier vanguard potential— the kind anyone would beg to recruit.
For now, I was scrambling to hide my Unique Authority, but I was a hunter aiming for the Tower too. To get there, I'd need to join an established party or form my own. Raise Jeong-hwa right, keep her by my side, and half my party was set.
First come, first served—I had no intention of letting her go. Luckily, she already trusted me somewhat. Sweet-talk her right, and I could lock her in as a fixed member. Thanks to Jeon So-young, my silver tongue was well-honed.
“Jeong-hwa, that's impressive. Really your first dungeon?”
“Huh? Yeah, first time.”
“Then it's even more amazing. Who solos a boss on their debut? You've got real hunter talent.”
“Hehe, you think so?”
Praise makes even whales dance, they say. It was genuinely impressive, so my sincere compliments had her beaming proudly. Naive? Simple? She lit up from one compliment.
Mood lifted—time to build toward the deeper pitch.
“To celebrate making it out alive, how about drinks? Tomorrow work? Got stuff to talk about.”
“Drinks? Sure!”
“Lemme have your phone. There—my number. Text when you're free tomorrow. I'll head out now. First dungeon's gotta be exhausting—go home and crash.”
“Okay. See you tomorrow.”
“You too. Oh, don't forget to return that bracelet.”
She'd clearly forgotten, hurrying toward the bustling dungeon office and vanishing into the crowd. I pulled up the system window I'd shoved aside.
I'd planned drinks to bond, but this sudden system message forced me to postpone.
[Additional Goal: Use the created onahole at least once.]
Because the moment I'd been waiting for had finally arrived.
After parting with Jeong-hwa and getting home, I immediately checked my status window.
“Status Window.”
Skills: Status Window (F), Inventory (F), Vitality Enhancement (F)
Unique Authority:Onahole Master (EX)
Techniques: Swordsmanship (3rd Grade), Marksmanship (3rd Grade), Hand-to-Hand Combat (3rd Grade), Survival (1st Grade)
My overall physical stats jumped by 10 in just half a day's combat. Well-deserved for that difficulty. Plus, I gained Inventory and Vitality Enhancement skills. Not sure if the latter helps in battle, but who cares? Enhanced vitality! More is always better. And since it's a tutorial reward from my Unique Authority, it'll tie into using it somehow. The additional goal makes it obvious.
“Inventory.”
A skill granted to mortals by the gods of the Tower through their Unique Authority. Opens a personal subspace. Store and retrieve items. Cannot store living beings. Capacity: 1x1x1 m³.
A translucent window only I could see popped up. Beyond the rippling, alien space, I could instantly see what was inside. I reached in and pulled out a sharp-looking dagger and the light green goblin onahole.
“Status Window.”
◈ Wind (F): Agility +1
◈ Slightly Sharp (F): Cutting Power (Minimal) ↑
◈ Material: Goblin Hero Female
Activating Status Window on objects brought up their basic info—straightforward, no extra fluff like my personal one.
The dagger the goblin hero used had both prefix and suffix enchants—a magic item boosting physical stats, no less. Those fetched good prices. Cutting power was a straight upgrade to weapon performance, and 150 durability was solid for a dagger. Not something from a 10th-grade dungeon—more like 7th-grade loot.
“Should I use it? Nah.”
Better than my current weapon, so I considered it briefly, then shook my head. My swordsmanship didn't suit this short reach. The design favored slashing and stabbing, not throwing either. If not for me, sell for cash? Nah—better as a gift for Jeong-hwa. Stat boost would patch her physical gaps. Higher cutting power meant slicing foes with less strength too.
Dagger sorted. One thing left: the goblin onahole from my Unique Authority.
Somehow E-grade, a step above the dagger. About 15cm long? On the small side. Internal depth maybe 13.5cm max. Wide enough side-to-side to evoke a plump figure. Roughly 1.5kg? Heavier than expected for the size. No oily new-onahole smell—instead, a faint grassy scent. Light green hue, skin-like texture, even warm to the touch. Still, faint pulsing like a heartbeat. Not alive since it went in inventory, but lifelike quality. Surface scarred like the source material, no blood though. Low 23/100 durability? The goblin female was half-dead with wounds already—makes sense.
Finally, time to inspect the onahole's most vital part: the pussy.
