I'm Not a Hero, I'm the Ju-ddak!
I became the manager of the Hunter Gallery! (1)
Do you know about the hero who ended up as the Ju-ddak? Well… it was the same old cliché. I got hit by a 2.5-ton truck while jaywalking, got transferred to this place called the Selendar Continent, and surprise—I was apparently destined to be the hero. After spending four years in that other world, the pathetic, friendless loser named Lee Sangwoo who used to sniffle in the corner had long since disappeared. Now I was known as the hero Ermein.
After defeating the Demon King…
“Korea… Did I really come back?”
When I came to and looked around, I was in the same old one-room apartment I used to live in. I rushed to the bathroom and checked the mirror. The space was barely bigger than three square feet, but it was enough to see myself. Sleek red hair and eyes that sparkled like the Milky Way. The firm muscles and smooth skin were still there. Thankfully, my appearance was exactly the same as when I was the hero.
Yeah. Up to this point, it was a totally standard cliché.

Suddenly a holographic screen appeared in my vision.
“Ah.”
But what the hell was this? This wasn’t any cliché I knew. Thousands of posts flooded my vision, stealing my attention whether I liked it or not.
The UI felt strangely familiar.
“It’s obviously a gallery and status window.”
I frowned at the wave of déjà vu. The dizziness hit me hard, so I closed my eyes. After the classic hero story came the Ju-ddak story! Anyway, I needed information. Information about this world. What the hell were hunters doing in South Korea?
I manipulated the hologram in front of me. It felt similar to handling the Holy Sword back in my hero days, but a little more subtle. Among the countless regenerating posts, I found the most upvoted information thread.
Ten years ago. ‘Ten years from the posting date… that’s exactly four years after I was transferred to the Selendar Continent.’ So I’d been gone from Earth for ten years?
I focused on the post again.
Hunter bros were scratching their crotches like usual and browsing the “New Inside” section when suddenly the ground shook and a massive purple shape appeared in the sky. (Picture of a frog blankly drooling while staring at the sky.jpg)
It introduced itself as the Demon King and started casting a curse in an incredibly cool voice.
“A rift shall cover your world. All your weapons and technology shall become mere scraps of paper! When I regain my strength, I shall return!”
Then, in an instant, multiple Gates began appearing in the sky! And so South Korea experienced the ‘Four Days of Ruin.’
I remembered how even Hunter bros were so scared of goblins that they didn’t leave their houses for over four days. (Picture of a frog happily eating popcorn.jpg)
But on the fifth day! People started awakening! Yep, the birth of hunters. (Picture of a frog with its eyes popped out.jpg)
Then suddenly a ‘status window’ appeared before our eyes. Other people started seeing them too. These were the heroes who would fight against the Gates—the ‘Awakened.’ Soon to be called ‘hunters.’
Almost all messengers went down, and in their place appeared the legendary community! That was the sanctuary for hunters—the Hunter Gallery!
Thank you. (Picture of a mouse bowing repeatedly.jpg)
The monsters from the Selendar Continent where I had been the hero had poured out onto Earth. Some people exposed to mana awakened. Those called the Awakened were now working as hunters. And for some reason, there was a community only they could use.
The cause of all this was the Demon King. The reason he pulled this crap was probably revenge against me. The fact that the transfer took ten years was definitely his doing too.
“I was planning to just enjoy the air conditioner and eat all the pasta I wanted for my healing life!”
While seducing girls with my handsome face, of course. But my healing life had been completely ruined.
‘Ugh, how ugly. So ugly. Demon King, you really suck.’
Goddess, your after-sales service is seriously lacking.

I’d read quite a few posts and my points had gone up.
“Hmm. Points…?”
I clicked on the information window on one side of the hologram.
As expected, the status window popped up. Having been a hero, this wasn’t surprising, but it still made my chest ache. If I’d had something like this back then, I wouldn’t have had to struggle so much. Fuck. Still, even a dog that’s been in school for three years can recite poetry, so it seemed my abilities had awakened.
“But the ability is gallery management…”
I quickly searched through the posts for information on the ability. All that came up were things like fire-shooting abilities or body enhancement. No matter how many hundreds of pages I searched, there was nothing about “gallery management.” Even the previous Ju-ddaks only had the title—they didn’t seem to have any actual gallery-related abilities. Which meant…
I was a specially chosen being.
‘Specially chosen…’
It sounded suspiciously similar to being a hero. Extremely so. Looks like I’m doing this shit again! I’m doing this shit again!! Fuck.
With complicated feelings, I looked around the gallery.
Kya! Lol my eyes are dying!!!
“Hehe…”
I saved it immediately. You could even save the pictures. No! That wasn’t what I meant!
It was tough but a B-rank hunter carried me so I could ride the bus ^^ Please take good care of the bus in the future too, Ju-ddak-nim ^^
“Oh shit.”
Being the Ju-ddak… maybe it wasn’t so bad? I fell into thought for a moment. My healing life might not be that far away after all. If I could freely stare at every woman in the world from the comfort of my room—especially the tits and asses of hunters—wouldn’t that be healing? Men really are simpler creatures than you’d think.
“Hehe. Saving this too.”

In the end, I decided to do my best as the Ju-ddak. Once I made up my mind, I set some guidelines for my future actions.
1. First, gather points, build up strength, and manage the gallery.
2. Prepare for the Demon King’s revival.
About that much? And never forget to save the lewd pictures.
My vision instantly snapped to the newest posts.
‘I need points. I got points just from reading, so managing should give me even more.’
A Gate appeared in Myeongdong. What kind of monster would come out of an A-rank?
Granny. Looks good, right?
Ah, fuck! Macas!
“Ah.”
I was prepared, but I still couldn’t get used to the cursed images. Having to keep looking at those black holes in the future… Other users had no reason to feel bad about such horrible pictures. You need to disappear.
When I pointed at the user who posted the demon grandma picture, a block function appeared.
Will you block this user?
Block Duration: 10,000,000 days.
Reason: Just get the hell out.

Just as I expected, managing the gallery increased my points. Then could I use the points I earned to regain the hero’s power?
Lifting the curse requires 999,999 points. It is possible, but it will take far too long to regain the hero’s power at the moment.
Then what about this?
“I saved the world. Gallery management is nothing.”
I lightly rolled my neck and shoulders, steadying my breathing.
