Chapter 170: Virgins Are a Major Matter
Two days passed, and the war(?) with Go Min-ji finally died down. I sent RK-77 and Go Min-ji to Go Ha-yan.
She was the daughter of Go Ha-young, one of the Goryeo Group's vice presidents, and a major player in the advertising world—specifically handling finance, luxury goods, high-end products, and services. No wonder she was such a big shot in advertising.
"I made it."
"Believe your little brother."
Go Ha-yan's voice was as cold as ever. She probably couldn't completely forget that shocking incident from the past. Still, things had improved a lot. The first time we met, she'd flipped me off right to my face. At least now that I'd quit the drugs and started living a proper(?) life, her perception of me—and our relationship—had gotten much better. Hell, it was Go Ha-yan who'd gifted me that AV worth hundreds of billions. What had she said? Something like, "Don't crawl around like a disgrace, you embarrassment"? Her words were harsh, but handing over a gift like that took a level of generosity I, a total scrub, could barely imagine.
"I've got some real knowledge in chemistry, you know. You know what I've done."
"The really good, critical drugs? You have to make them yourself. Where do you think that knowledge came from? It's all chemistry."
Go Ha-yan fell silent for a moment, as if conceding my point, then shot back sharply.
"…."
Guess half-assed excuses don't fly with her.
"It's not just a concept…. Yeah. Whatever. Believe what you want."
Go Ha-yan gave Go Min-ji (RK-77) a pretty high evaluation. Not surprising, really. It wasn't quite on RK-99's level, but as a derivative, it was still cheat-tier material. Her eyes lighting up made perfect sense.
"I think so too."
"Yes. I was originally planning to process it fully and make jewelry myself, but I figured it'd be better to focus on gem production and supply your company."
"Yes."
"We'll… talk about that later."
Go Ha-yan was straightforward. No pointless digging—just straight into business talk. Guess even at her young age, she's a real businesswoman. She was a year younger than Go Min-ji, but felt way more mature.
"Yes."
"Ah."
It was a perfectly reasonable question. The name was weird to begin with, and Go Min-ji and Go Ha-yan had this slight frenemy vibe.
"I gifted a necklace to Big Sis Go Min-ji, and that's when 'Go Min-ji' was created. I named it that because it was made for her."
"…."
"A-anyway, that's why it got that name."
"…."
She went on at length about sales strategies and pricing—enough to make my ears hurt. Then talk turned to my LUMINA and Nokono-go Girls.
"Ah. Advertising?"
"All of them?"
"Yes. Send them over, and I'll make sure they all wear them."
And just like that, I landed a massive advertising deal.
"Sis, that proposal I made before is still on the table."
"I said I'd treat you to a meal."
She let out a somewhat incredulous tone.
"We've even signed contracts now—how about that meal this time?"
"It's different from meeting as a group."
Go Ha-yan never gave a firm yes. She kept it vague until the call ended. But hey, progress. She used to shut it down cold before. And her tone and vibe had softened a lot. At least she didn't seem to hate the idea anymore.
If the whole direct line is structured around incest to carry on the bloodline… then the other aunts and sisters besides the Go Min mother-daughter duo will end up with me too.
I'd thought about it before, but back then her wariness was much stronger. I hadn't believed it either. A massive chaebol family where everyone was close and tight-knit? Sounded bullshit! But after hooking up with those two Go women, my thinking shifted a bit. Both of them had been soaking wet even before sex with me. They'd been waiting a long time. For a relationship with me. Would the other aunts and sisters really be any different? Go Min-ji had asked how I could roll around with people who weren't even blood-related. If Go Min-young was a virgin, she'd probably think the same way. And maybe the other aunts and their daughters too….
Let's crank up the aggression a notch.

"Rainbow Miracle focuses mainly on actors and singers. We bulked up personnel through the second auditions in November 2nd, and we currently have 317 active celebrities. Excluding them, announcers, streamers, influencers, etc., go to Goryeo Enter—(abridged)."
"Nokono-go Division focuses on idols. LUMINA and Nokono-go Girls are the flagship groups, and including everyone absorbed from the second auditions, we have 154 in total. With good results this time, at the entertainment awards—(abridged)."
Goryeo Enter, which had started with a measly hundred billion in cash, had ballooned into a mega-agency with 16 trillion in cash, two subsidiaries, and over a thousand celebrities. All in just three months. Approval for Mu-yeol Finance's review was coming soon too, and then real investments would kick off. Add in the prison corp and Namdong Industrial Complex development, and the scale would be insane. Exaggerate a bit, and it was practically its own group.
"We're planning a joint concert for LUMINA and Nokono-go Girls in the first half of next year. If it does well, a nationwide tour might be feasible."
Na Tae-hee, CEO of Nokono-go Division and Goryeo Enter VP, said that. A full concert, no less.
"Concert? Isn't their lineup a bit thin for that? They're still one-hit wonders."
"Yes. That's why it's joint. If it's still lacking, we're considering a full Nokono-go Division concert."
"Emilia, what do you think? Right timing for a concert?"
Emilia glanced at Na Tae-hee before answering.
"…No big issues. Thin lineup? Just cover or remake other singers' songs. Both LUMINA and Nokono-go Girls are hit girl groups, so demand's there."
"Hmm. Alright?"
"And even ignoring short-term revenue, a concert boosts recognition alone."
Well, if the experts say so. I wasn't exactly an insider.
"Go ahead then. If we're doing it, do it big."
"Yes, President."
Budget wasn't an issue. Plenty of cash on hand, and once the Go Ha-yan contract finalized, ad fees would roll in big time. Gotta negotiate that smart—squeeze every last won reasonably possible.
"You heard about the ad deal?"
"Yes."
"When the negotiation team comes, squeeze them dry. Like, 'is this even okay?' levels."
"…Understood."
