Beginning the Serialization of Sharing Wife
Hello? This is the author of I Am Sharing My Wife More Seriously Than I Thought, or Sharing Wife for short. On Novelpia, I have been serializing the Three Kingdoms sex novel Bukkake Three Kingdoms!! for about two years. I also write the all-ages Three Kingdoms summoning battle story Decisive Battle! Tarot Three Kingdoms, though I have not been able to continue its serialization much lately.
The work I am starting now is an NTR story set in the modern day. However, I intend to avoid burying it completely in the usual NTR clichés. People say “NTR is a mental illness,” but in my novel I want to explore the idea that if our world became like this, it might not turn out so bad after all.
I enjoy the various sex novels serialized on Novelpia, but I was once deeply immersed in the classic erotic tales that used to circulate anonymously on old web pages. Works like Oni Kuro-sensei’s Flower of Lust, in which an innocent noblewoman is bound and driven to ruin… The Doll Manufacturing Company, where even the finest women are reduced to the state of mere females in an instant… The Smiling Wife, in which a proud married woman helplessly becomes a man’s plaything… These stories subject well-raised women to hardships they would never encounter in real life, yet I suspect I am not the only one who felt an unbearable emotion while watching those pitiful, beautiful women trampled into the mud.
Here we also have the story of the hopelessly foolish husband. A man who fails to recognize the jewel he holds in his hands, who recklessly covets women beyond his station, and who, because of his own base desires, ends up losing everything. Stories like The Beautiful Sisters’ Record of Humiliation. These works are all meant to remain in the shadows, yet a slightly less garish novel rich with sociological contemplation, such as The Wife Got Married, was published openly as a novel and even adapted into a film, with the beautiful actress Son Ye-jin portraying Joo In-ah, a woman who purely desires to have two husbands.
If I had to categorize this work, it would be closer to dragging The Wife Got Married down into the shadows and pushing it into the 2020s. If there are readers who, after consuming countless novels, eventually return to the old classics… and if there are those who, like me, grew tired of waiting for more such works and began writing them themselves… I would be overjoyed if you could find in the characters of this story the same charm you once felt in those earlier works.
I will do my best to write something you will want to revisit again and again.
