As Wu Simiao spoke, Zhan Lian and Luo Feifan finally understood the depth of Chen Chaofa’s background. General Chen was a legendary military figure before the apocalypse. The public might not know him, but anyone in the military did.
And of course, Zhan Lian and Luo Feifan were familiar with Wu Simiao’s father.
Before the apocalypse, he was a wealthy contractor who collaborated with the state to build multiple war reserve depots.
Why did Wu Simiao’s father come to Yaoyang Base after the apocalypse?
Yaoyang Base never ventured out to scavenge supplies, yet it managed to survive nearly a year. Where did the supplies come from?
