Shit Jammin (2)
"Hoo... fucking bitch."
I arrived at the PC bang from the address she'd given. Honestly, I'd come ready to storm in and raise hell, but was I getting cold feet? Was it really smart to go in like this? I kept agonizing over it in my head.
My rage had been boiling at first... but with the Apollo candy from the stationery store in my mouth, it was starting to cool off. And yeah, maybe I shouldn't calm down, but shit was already done—I'd come this far.
If a guy's got any pride, and he's shown up to fight, he at least has to see the bitch's face. I finished the Apollo and headed straight upstairs.
The women's shouts hit me as I opened the PC bang door.
"Ah, fuck, dodge, dodge, DODGE!"
"There's people in front of you!"
"Rice-eater age."
Battlegrounds, MapleStory, high-end watch games—amid all the different games, I scanned only for League players. That fucking bitch's nick was definitely "DadExists."
I lit a fire in my eyes, determined to spot that nick on a League monitor.
"Hey, hey, isn't that a guy?"
"Huh? Why's a guy here... for real?"
"Whoa, look at his build... here to game?"
Haa... the bullshit started again. I nearly lost it hearing the whispers about me, but I ignored them and carefully eyed the monitors.
"Um... excuse me, what brings you here? If you're here to game, I can help?"
"No... not that."
"What game are you looking for? I'm good, I can carry you?"
"...I'm not here to game."
Ah... fuck, what a mess. I wanted to push past, but people were crowding around, blocking me. Breaking through wouldn't be hard, but I needed to check each monitor for that League nick.
These people were a huge obstacle. So... was there really no other way? It was embarrassing as hell, but there was one surefire method.
"Haa... fuck."
"Pardon?"
"Did that guy just curse?"
"Hey! Hyeso, you fucking bitch! Where are you? Your daddy's here—the one you called, get your ass out now?!"
I bellowed loud enough to shake the PC bang. The women who'd gathered around gawked at me in shock.
Where was that fucking bitch? Had she really chickened out and run? Just then—
Bzzz— My phone buzzed with a League chat.
I typed that and headed outside. I'd block the door so the bitch couldn't run.
**
"Fucking bitch is taking forever."
Apollo in my mouth, baguette in hand, I waited. She'd told me to go behind the PC bang—no crowds, and if it was a big bitch, I'd smash her head with the bread first.
But looking at myself on my phone... the vibe was straight-up violent. Couldn't afford smokes, so Apollo it was, weapon a baguette. Like some old-school game vet look—kinda reassuring.
Honestly, though... I was a bit scared. What if a hulking auntie—or even a buff older sis—shows up and slams me? Piledriver to the pavement? Game over.
I chomped Apollos in tension and fear for a while. Then—creeeak— the door opened slowly.
I raised the baguette from the bag, ready, and saw Hyeso.
"Fuck? A school uniform?"

The one who came out was thankfully a girl. Yellow hair—like, dyed bright—fuming... or just embarrassed?
"I... I came out... Oppa... JustABum?"
"Yeah, fuck, you're DadExists?"
Nicks confirmed, I relaxed a bit. Not the hulking brute I'd imagined, and in uniform? Way younger than me.
Not cosplay or some shit... so now...
"Hey."
"Yes?"
"Get down."
I swung the baguette, ordering the schoolgirl to drop.
"Pardon? Oh, okay?"
"Head down!"
"Yes, yes!"
Relaxing could wait—I'd come to kill this bitch. Gotta settle grudges. She bowed her head in confusion at my command.
"Hoo... one padrip... nah, did I reverse it? Fuck it, whatever."
Padrip had snapped my reason, but mine was reverse-padrip—what do you even call that? Just tell her to game clean.
"One..."
"Game!"
"Two!"
"Cleanly!"
I made her do ten sit-ups, then said she could stand.
"Haa... haa..."
"Yeah, what's your name?"
"Ka... Kang Suhyun..."
With her name, I checked her student ID slowly. 19? Shit, a fucking jammin.
"Yeah... you're Shit Jammin from now on."
"Pardon?"
Nearly six years younger... to me, just a jammin. Today, I'd fix that rotten gaming style.
**
I held Suhyun for ten minutes of apologies. That should be enough reflection. I sat her down.
"So? Shit Jammin, why're you coming out of a PC bang instead of school?"
"Pardon? Well... um..."
Asked why she was gaming here, she dodged my eyes, speechless. At that age, skipping school made sense. Caught mid-ditch at the PC bang.
"Sigh, fuck, eat some bread."
"Ah, thank you."
Education done, I split the baguette I'd bought to smack her and gave her half.
"Don't chat like a dick anymore... game properly."
"Yes..."
Sharing bread in the alley, time to go? I was starving. Skipped proper breakfast—stomach glued to my back. Half baguette wouldn't cut it. Maybe grab rice?
"...You eaten?"
"Pardon?"
"Gonna get gukbap. Wanna come? Ajussi'll buy."
"Ah... yes."
Not my usual spot, but a cheap famous one nearby. Eat simple and split... and this jammin probably hadn't eaten either, so I told her to follow.
In old stories, post-chairshot PC bang brawls end in gukbap peace—or jail pork soup. She was still a kid, so as the adult, I'd forgive. We moved.
At the gukbap joint, we sat.
"Auntie, two special here!"
"Pardon? Oh my, a guy's come for gukbap. Got it."
People stared curiously. I was used to it now... but awkward with this jammin across. We'd been at each other's throats minutes ago—now peacefully eating soup.
Needed a topic.
"Hey... Shit Jammin."
"I-I'm not a jammin!"
"What?"
"I'm... not a kid, jammin is..."
"To me, you're not just jammin—you're Shit Jammin."
Awkward chat, but she protested not being jammin. Age gap or not, high school senior pulling kid shit? Qualified as shit jammin.
Gukbap arrived, breaking the ice.
"Um... thanks for the meal."
"Yeah, eat up."
She said it properly. Special? Fuck yeah, she'd eat hearty. Felt good feeding the kid, so we ate normal and planned to part.
Came to kill a padripper, ended up losing out—at least get a thanks.
"Come to think... you're a guy, right oppa?"
"Wha... fuck, oppa? Call me ajussi."
"Pardon? You don't look like an ajussi?"
"I like the title..."
Jeong-ah said the same—oppa didn't fit. From a uniformed kid? Physiological revulsion. Six-year gap, oppa felt off.
"Then... ajussi, you're a real guy?"
"What, want auntie?"
"No... just curious."
"What... I look weird?"
"No, not weird—just first time seeing a guy like you, ajussi."
Made sense. Jeong-ah said it too. I slurped gukbap quietly.
**
Meal done, time to send her home. But footsteps behind... clearly following. I turned.
"Hey, Shit Jammin, why're you following?"
"Pardon? Can't I?"
Why the hell was this kid tailing me?
