In the Continent United Gallery, the armband usually refers to the Head Mod and Sub-Mods. They're the admins granted authority to manage the gallery. It might sound like they have to diligently keep things in check, but nope—not at all. You can slack off on managing it just fine. Everyone's got their own circumstances, after all.
If that's the case, you can appoint a deputy manager—a Sub-Mod—and share the authority. So, what's good about being a Sub-Mod? Honestly, no clue.
