Chapter 15
Chapter 15
A Sense of Kinship
I greeted everyone—but honestly, I wasn’t that happy about it.
Sure, more viewers is good…
but the ones who just came in were obviously here to stir trouble.
And they were already doing exactly that.
“Mangming is a god Mangming is a god Mangming is a god”
“Came over from next door ^^”
“Let’s just ban them all”
“At least be grateful your tiny stream got viewers lol”
More importantly—
I was curious how they even found my stream.
I had only been streaming for a day.
And I hadn’t advertised it anywhere.
“By the way, how did you all even find my stream? I never promoted it.”
Chat answered immediately:
“People were spamming it in Mangming’s stream lol”
“They kept saying ‘Isn’t that Dama from Ifrit Gallery??’”
“…Ah.”
So that’s what happened.
Someone watching my stream saw Mangming in their game—
then went to her stream and started spamming about me.
That explains everything.
“Alright then, if you just came in—please leave.”
I said it firmly.
No reason to keep trolls around.
“Why should we?”
“Not leaving lol”
“Troll mode ON”
Of course.
They wouldn’t go quietly.
Meanwhile—
my original viewers and the new ones started fighting in chat.
To fix it—
I changed a setting.
“Chat is now restricted to followers of at least 12 hours.”
Only people who had followed me for 12+ hours could chat.
Instantly—
the chaos died down.
Viewer count dropped—
but not completely.
[ Viewers: 34 ]
“…Interesting.”
Some actually stayed.
Maybe they were genuinely interested.
Well—
if they wanted to chat, they could come back later.
“Alright, let’s pick.”
“This time… I’ll go with Daus.”
A champion wielding a double axe—
charging into battle.
Not really my type though.
Too muscular.
“You’ve never played that before”
“Isn’t that risky?”
“True, I haven’t played it—but it looks doable.”
I wasn’t worried.
You can understand a character just by reading their skills.
“Isn’t that trolling your team?”
“What if you feed?”
“Trolling is what those viewers did earlier.”
I checked my teammates.
Trying to figure out—
who Mangming was.
But no idea.
So I asked:
“So what’s Mangming’s in-game name?”
“Probably mid lane”
“She plays mid on smurf”
That made sense.
Then—
the game started.
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Top
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Hi hi
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Heard you’re streaming
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Let’s play well together
“…What?”
That was unexpected.
When I watched Mangming before—
she didn’t seem this polite.
“Guess people act differently depending on the situation.”
I replied:
[Ally][LondonIsDangerous][Daus]: Yes
[Ally][LondonIsDangerous][Daus]: Please carry me
[Ally][LondonIsDangerous][Daus]: I’m new
Just in case—
I made it clear.
If this really was her smurf—
I didn’t want her trolling.
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Of course
Good.
That was settled.
Meanwhile—
on the other side—
Mangming had been losing repeatedly.
[ Defeat ]
“Ugh… I’m done with this account today.”
Too many losses.
No motivation left.
“Let’s switch to smurf.”
Chat protested:
“Why smurf??”
“Stay on main”
But she ignored them.
She needed to recover her pride.
So she logged into her smurf—
and queued.
Then—
suddenly—
her chat exploded.
“Check out Dama’s stream!!!!”
“Dama fighting!!!!”
“…What is this?”
Spam everywhere.
“Ignore it. Just watch the game.”
Her viewers reacted:
“Probably just trolls”
“Don’t give them attention”
Then—
someone said:
“That Dama guy is your top laner right now lol”
“…What?”
So that’s how it connected.
Same game.
Same match.
“Interesting.”
She decided to greet him.
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Top
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Hi hi
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Heard you’re streaming
[Ally][CloudIsClear][Corki]: Let’s play well together
And just like that—
the game began.
