Liria tilted her head with a bright smile and asked, “Shall we play together? Sister Silvia.”
“Sure?”
“Let’s have fun together. Hehe.”
The game Liria had prepared was originally one that could be played online as well. It also supported offline mode, and offline mode allowed up to four players per device. The version Liria purchased was the offline-only version, with online requiring an additional purchase.
“I can join too?”

“Then Mom will play too.”

When Liria set the number of players to four, the TV screen split into four sections, with Korean text displayed. Liria was amazed that she could enjoy the game with four people using just one game console. While the online mode allowed only one player per console, the offline mode allowing four was appealing. “Korean?”
“Liria’s country is from Earth. Eventually, when you go to Earth, you’ll need to learn Korean and English.”

The game Liria chose was one where the protagonist lived on an uninhabited island in the other world. I don’t know why it was an uninhabited island from the other world instead of Earth’s, but later, there would be opportunities to interact with people from the other world, allowing trade and recruitment. Moreover, it was appealing that farming could be done.
In offline mode, as a story mode, if multiple people play, each could have their own island proportional to the number of players, or they could share one island that grows according to the number of players. Each mode could be competitive with each other, but cooperation was also possible. Since Liria wanted one island, she chose the latter.
When Liria chose the latter, a message appeared asking each of the four to input their nicknames.
“Nickname?”
Elia looked puzzled at the unfamiliar word.
“Nickname? Think of it as the name of the character you’re playing.”
“Ah, I see. Then I should write my name in Earth’s script.”
“Yes, auntie.”
“But how do I write my name?”
“I’ll write it for you.”
Silvia wrote the nickname for Elia in her place, and Salion, who was bewildered beside her, helped out. After all four created their nicknames, character creation began.
“Character creation?”
Character creation was new to Silvia too, but she understood she could create her character as she wished. From hairstyle to eyes, nose, mouth, and even height, customization was possible, and everyone created their character to look as similar to themselves as possible. Elia and Salion also created their characters the same way, and Liria watched the two following along with satisfaction.
“Everyone is doing well. Hehe.”
Liria opened her bag and checked the contents, discovering various survival tools. It seemed too perfect that tools matched so well for the uninhabited island in the other world, but upon checking the profile, there was a job called “Survival Expert.”
“Job selection?”
For Liria, since she created the character first, she couldn’t choose the job and it was immediately set to Survival Expert. But for Silvia, a message came saying to choose a job.

“I want to be a medic. Do you two have jobs you want?”

Silvia immediately chose Architect, and then Elia chose Medic. Elia and Silvia immediately checked their profiles.

Silvia pushed Salion to decide the job, but Salion also liked the Hunter job. Silvia thought Hunter was one of the important jobs for survival because food was necessary for survival. Salion could choose the job and check the profile.
All characters had different base stats but the sum was 35, the same.
“We should divide roles for each of us.”
“Then I’ll be the hunter, so I’ll go hunt.”
“Then Mom, will you gather fruits or vegetables?”
“I heard that for humans who can’t use magic, securing water is important, so I’ll prepare drinking water.”
“I’ll get the wood then.”
Liria started chopping with a hatchet, and rested immediately when stamina ran out. Liria repeated chopping and resting, and soon obtained a large amount of wood. Salion wanted to catch flying birds, but his human body was too slow and he couldn’t even use magic, so it was frustrating.
“Humans without mana can’t fly, are weak in strength, and run slowly.”

Salion muttered to himself and walked through the forest for hunting. Salion discovered a stone on the ground, turned towards the bird, and a throwing motion appeared. Salion found the act of hunting while roaming the island itself was fun. Actually, it was much more fun than the Selenia adventurer activities. Real-world hunting ended in an instant, so no fun, but this was fun because the character was weak and grew stronger. Although he hadn’t caught any yet, it was fun that he could gradually develop. In fact, he could check the character’s stats, and the Strength stat was 9.
Salion thought his character’s strength was still low so he couldn’t throw the stone far, so he gave up on bird hunting and headed to the beach for fishing or something. It was a simple hunt that could be done in 1 second in reality, but he was curious what his character would be like now. When the character entered the beach, an unusual gauge above the character started to decrease.
“What is this?”
Salion chased fish as a swimming character in the sea, but with a human body, he couldn’t chase the fish. The gauge started green, then yellow, orange, red, gradually changing. Salion thought it strange that the gauge was decreasing, so he immediately came out of the sea. It was because he had a bad feeling that if the gauge ran out completely, it would be bad.
“Humans are really weak. How do you hunt with such a body?”
“I’ll make a harpoon for you.”
Liria made a harpoon using a camping knife, wood, and vines, and handed it to Salion.
“Thank you. Liria.”
“No problem. Hehe.”
To make Liria happy, Salion resolved to successfully hunt this time.
