The next day, I sat in front of the computer, shaking my body in front of the camera and trying out all kinds of expressions. It wasn’t like I’d suddenly gone insane or anything. This was just… Iseo—well, the president—sending me a VTuber avatar to test. “Hmm… it works pretty well.”

I looked over the chat log with Iseo again, then turned the stream on. I set up the waiting screen that came with the avatar and waited a bit. People started gathering.

I hummed a little tune while scrolling through the rapidly rising chat. “Hehe~” Once enough people had shown up, I turned on the mic.

“Ahem, hello everyone.”

“What do you mean hamburgers.”

“I don’t have money…”

“So I’m crashing at a friend’s place.”

These people were actually taking me for a real beggar. I was just joking, but they took it seriously. I couldn’t exactly turn down the sentiment though…

“I’ll take donations later.”

“I should introduce the avatar first.”

A few people had already noticed the art style looked like Kits’. Since that was part of the introduction anyway, I decided to mention it later and opened the PPT file Iseo sent.

“Alright, let’s begin. Clap.”

“…Hmph.” The reaction wasn’t exactly satisfying, but I’d let it slide this ‍‍‌‌⁠​​⁠‌​​‍​​‍​‌​⁠‍‌‍⁠⁠‌⁠‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍⁠​‌​‌​‌‍‌‌‌⁠‍​​‌‍⁠‌‌⁠⁠once. I broadcast the PPT screen and showed the table of contents with my character’s illustration.

“Okay, here’s the table of contents.”

“First I’ll explain the name, height, age, and concept.”

“Next… ah, right. I’ll go over likes and dislikes.”

The reaction was better than at the start, so I flipped to the next page right away. The next slide listed the name, height, and age in order.

“Of course? I’ve watched enough streams to know everything I need to know.”

As expected, the chat exploded the moment they saw the name and age. The usual “how is that a person’s name” jokes, plus stuff like “has she finally lost it.” I quietly laughed at the chaos, then continued like nothing was wrong.

“…This is the internet. If you smell something, I recommend checking if it’s your own smell.”

Why did I even ask her to write that? Still, Iseo must’ve thought it was a bad idea and removed it. …I curse my past self for real.

“Anyway, what I dislike is loud noises and unfunny trolls.”

“If you’re gonna troll on my stream, at least make it funny.”

“Otherwise it’s an instant permanent ban.”

Right on cue, a perfect example flew in.

Anyway, I zoomed in on the avatar—shoes first, then legs, an overly flashy dress, and black twin-tails.

Anyway, I showed every single expression on the avatar before moving to the next page. Of course, I skipped the heart-eyes one. No point showing something I’d never use. Next up was the main content.

“If there’s a game you really want me to play, send it through donations.”

I turned donations on right after saying that.

While I was clicking my tongue at the first donation, more started pouring in.
