Ring-ring's Warning
The next morning.
I brushed off the soaked mattress as something I'd spilled while drinking water. My friend, still nursing his hangover, didn't suspect a thing and let it slide.
The cool morning air melted away beneath the sunlight, and by the time the sun hung high in the sky, we packed up the tent.
"Are you leaving now?"
"That's how it turned out."
Da-hye glanced around, then slipped me a scrap of paper. Her contact information was packed into tiny, meticulous handwriting. She'd said she'd give it to me at the time, but I hadn't expected much—people change their minds once they come to their senses. Looks like my cock had tasted pretty damn good.
"I... I'll be waiting for your call."
"Sure."
Sticking around any longer would only give Min-ah the wrong idea, so I pulled away quickly. Min-ah and my friend climbed into the car, and I gave my master one last nod of farewell.
The man who had turned my entire life inside out. The one who had made me who I am. I had no idea how long this relationship would last... but I'd see him again soon, old man. This time, I'd be taking a shot at Ring-ring.
"We'll be going, then, sir."
"Get home safely."
I started toward the car after exchanging farewells when Ring-ring suddenly approached and held out a box of fruit. A fruit box, out of nowhere? But it was just a pretext, apparently. She leaned in and whispered so only I could hear.
"Seo-hoo. I think it would be best if you were careful around Miss Min-ah."
"Pardon? What do you mean..."
When I looked at her, demanding an explanation, she opened the fruit box and held up each apple one by one as she continued, slowly and carefully.
Ring-ring. An elite among elites, come over from Hong Kong. I had never once seen her issue a warning lightly. That was why I always took her words seriously. And I would this time as well. But why was she suddenly giving me this advice? Had she realized something during their private conversation last night? I had no way of knowing.
It wasn't as if I had time to spare—I was already stretching these few remaining moments out as leisurely as possible, trying to minimize suspicion. Which meant I had to figure it out myself. What was it? The reason I needed to be careful of Min-ah.
And then a memory surfaced.
She can recognize other people's actions and intentions, but she only ever thinks of herself.
The conversation I'd had with my friend last night came back to me. It might have something to do with that.
"I've been told Min-ah has a mental illness."
"A mental illness..."
"Could you look into it for me?"
She fell silent for a moment, considering. Then she snapped the fruit box shut.
"......You'll have to handle that yourself."
I'd expected as much. She was already overwhelmed just taking care of my master. To her, I was nothing more than an accessory that tagged along because of the master's interest in me. And yet she'd still warned me—which meant the threat was serious enough to reach beyond me and endanger the master himself.
My thoughts... were getting complicated.
"I'll be going, then."
I took the driver's seat. My friend was still suffering through his hangover, so the drive home fell to me. When I opened the car door, Min-ah was beaming at me from the passenger seat.
"Oh! Uncle, what's that?"
"Ah, fruit I bought here yesterday. These two boxes are ours."
"Wow! It looks so good!!"
Watching her bounce in her seat like a little kid, I couldn't help but smile. But when I caught Ring-ring in the rearview mirror, her words came back to me, and my mind grew tangled once more.
Be careful of Min-ah...
Looks like I'd need to look into this myself.
After the trip ended and we got back, we each retreated to our rooms and fell into a deep sleep. My friend still hadn't recovered from his hangover, and Min-ah and I were exhausted from the intense sex we'd had all night. Still, having expended the least energy of the three of us, my friend was the first to wake. He prepared a meal and came to rouse us.
"Get out here already! Wake up and try the stew I made!"
Maybe it was from working my hips all day for the first time in a while. I was pretty worn out. Even after sleeping, I was still a bit sore. But the smell of kimchi tickling my nose was enough. I scooped up a big spoonful of stew and brought it slowly to my mouth.
Mmm... his cooking had gotten a lot better than it used to be.
"So what are you planning to do now?"
I hesitated at my friend's question. I didn't really have any big plans. Come to think of it, I'd only meant to stay at this house until he arrived. Well... I'd already conquered Min-ah thoroughly enough that calling her out wouldn't be difficult. What should I do?
When I sat there lost in thought, unable to answer easily, he winked at me.
"Then how about coming to work at my company? I'll put in a good word for you!"
"Don't even start."
Why the hell would I go work at his company? I already had filthy amounts of money. I had absolutely no reason to go work under someone else for nothing. Then... hmm. Should I pay a visit down there first?
"I was thinking of heading down south for a bit, depending on my schedule."
"South? Ah, taking the chance to tour the whole country?"
At my friend's guess, Min-ah's eyes lit up. She seemed to think it was the perfect chance to be alone with me. She glanced back and forth between the two of us, then tentatively tested the waters.
"Wow... I'm so jealous. I want to come too!"
Then she snuck a look at my friend. Not a chance.
"No. Min-ah, you've got studying to do!"
"Aww... can't I take just one more month off..."
Heh. Sitting there with a spoon in her mouth, drooping like a scolded puppy. God, she was adorable. From my perspective, I didn't particularly care whether she came along or not. But all things considered, it'd be better to go alone.
"It's not going to be some grand trip. There's just someone I need to meet."
"Who? Is it a woman?"
A chill.
Huh?! What was that? I just felt a chill...
My friend was sitting across from me talking, so it obviously wasn't him. I pretended to go get a side dish and snuck a glance at Min-ah's face.
It had gone completely stiff. I didn't know she could even make a face like that. But the moment our eyes met, she wiped it away completely.
I'd better pretend I didn't see that.
Looks like I'd need to probe a little and observe her more carefully. Ring-ring's advice kept nagging at me for some reason.
"Well, it is a woman, but...."
I snuck another look. The look in her eyes... wasn't ordinary. Hmm. What level was this? Ordinary jealousy? Or the kind of madness an Obsessive Girl would have? I couldn't be sure since I hadn't gotten a proper look, but one thing was certain. Min-ah was jealous right now.
Then again. She was a woman too—it'd be weirder if she didn't feel jealousy. I'd confirmed one fact, so I quickly moved to defuse the situation.
"You know my cologne, right? It's handmade. The person who makes it—that's who I'm going to see. I visit periodically like this."
"Ahh. That stuff smells great. Get me a decent one too!"
"It's all custom-made. You have to place an order in advance and pick it up three months later. Still want one?"
"Huh... they're pretty particular."
My friend shook his head. There were items that didn't require reservations, but it was better not to create any leads that could get my tail caught. It was best to thoroughly conceal anyone connected to me. Especially now, while I was still in the process of hunting Min-ah.
And so the meal ended. My friend paused while clearing the dishes, opened the fridge, and asked me:
"We on for drinks again tonight?"
"Hell no!!"
I'd start growing a beer gut at this rate. I fled the scene and started walking aimlessly. Min-ah wanted to follow me too, but she was too conscious of her dad watching, so I ended up going out alone.
I walked at a leisurely pace and sent a message to someone. I'd finally gotten some time alone—I might as well make the most of it.
Hmm. Ye-rim was a no-go... Then maybe I should go see Jeong-ah for the first time in a while. I was heading toward the parking lot when a message suddenly came in.
Ah... I'd expected she might bring it up now that her memories had returned. But today, of all days. I thought about it for a moment, then replied.
I walked at an unhurried pace, trying to recall memories from the distant past. Ye-rim's mother... I couldn't remember exactly, but I recalled she was a beauty every bit as stunning as Ye-rim herself. Well, given that a face that pretty had to come from somewhere, it was only natural.
Still, she looked like she'd been through a lot.
It's a familiar story. A pretty girl was bound to grow up fast and wild, and she'd probably married some schoolyard brawler young. The guy was incompetent, and somehow or other ended up with gambling debts. Even if she'd grown up fast, she was old-fashioned like me—she wouldn't have been able to bring herself to sell her body. So of course the debt just kept growing.
If I hadn't stepped in, it would've been over for them.
The family falling apart would've been a given. Daughter and mother alike, worn down by the world, would've met an ugly end. So of course she'd want to see me. The man who'd saved them from hell—she'd be desperate to meet him.
Though she'd probably faint if she ever saw my true nature.
There's no devil quite like me.
Anyway, before I knew it, a familiar front gate came into view. I sent a message, and the door lock chimed as the door swung open. A woman appeared on the other side. I'd expected Ye-rim to come greet me. Instead, a woman more mature than Ye-rim, and yet still demure, stood there to welcome me. Her face was full of joy and delight.
"It's... been a long time, Mr. Seo-hoo."
"It has been a long time. I'm surprised you remember my name."
She remembered me, but I didn't remember her—I let a hint of apology show. She smiled faintly as she spoke.
"I wrote it down on paper every day so I wouldn't forget. Truly... thank you."
Then she smiled brightly. And she cried. What did those tears mean? Looking at her now, I could tell she'd put considerable care into how she dressed. Had she wanted to show me that the woman I'd helped was living well? I couldn't know. Helping someone else—that incident back then had been the first and last time I'd ever done it.
"Mom, come on! What are you doing? Uncle, come in already!"
When the woman just stood there crying, unable to speak, Ye-rim—who'd been standing behind her—ushered her inside and waved me in. Tears were welling at the edges of her eyes too. Ye-rim couldn't quite keep her emotions in check either.
"Then, if you'll excuse me."
Led by Ye-rim's hand, I stepped inside at an unhurried pace. The woman's beautiful figure walking ahead toward the living room caught my eye. A cinched waist, and beneath it a thick, plump ass that jutted out generously. Her breasts had been small, from what I'd seen earlier. But she'd given birth, so of course her ass was big. A figure remarkably similar to Ye-rim's. A face like a carbon copy.
Which meant...
Is her hole just as tight?
I felt a little guilty having thoughts like this during such an emotional reunion, but damn... this was seriously getting me hard. I wanted to climb on top of her and shake her as hard as I wanted.
Let's create an opportunity.
If I played this right, I might be able to impregnate both Ye-rim and her mother. Gulp.
