Melting the Angel
While I kept stroking the slightly soft angel Baekseol-i, she melted like a rice cake and drifted off to sleep. I moved the sleeping Baekseol-i to the side and looked at Ariel. After a brief hesitation, she slowly approached.

"Must I receive it lying down?"

At Ariel's call, I turned my head to see her looking down at me, now wearing the clothes I had given her.

After asking, she glanced away. Her expressionless face looked embarrassed.
"Come sit here. I'll do your hair."
When I patted the bed, she sat down without a word.
"You look so much prettier when dressed up. Throw those long robes away."
"These clothes show too much leg."

When I brushed her hair with my fingers, she quietly offered her head. I gathered a handful of Ariel's hair and started braiding. It didn't take long to finish, though I felt a little disappointed that her short hair left little to braid.
