Preparation (4)
I took my phone out of my pocket and put it back in, over and over again.
Each time, the phone vanished into nowhere and reappeared just as easily.
It felt exactly the same as pulling out an item.
As if I were reaching into some vast, empty void and coming back with something in hand.
Could I store things in the Pocket all along?
Or has my ability evolved somehow?
I absently rubbed my neck and looked down at the things laid out below me. Then I picked them all up and tried feeding them into the Pocket.
Objects of every size, volume, and weight slipped inside without resistance. Even the shopping basket counted as a valid "pocket," apparently.
I made it more convenient — pick something up, set it down, and it transferred straight into the Pocket.
Anything that went in could be pulled out anywhere. So even things I'd put in through the shopping basket could be drawn out of my pants pocket.
The only condition was that some kind of pocket had to exist as a medium — hardly a difficult requirement.
I pulled out a hair dryer that could never have fit in an ordinary pants pocket, then stuffed it back in. The pocket didn't bulge at all. It felt as light as if nothing were in there.
I hurried upstairs to the house.
I had no idea how much it could hold, but it seemed like I could cram in just about anything and still have room to spare.
Once I got home, I started packing everything I could find.
An axe, a hammer, a bat, a screwdriver, a flashlight, wooden planks, a USB-C cable.
Everything gathering dust in the storage room.
A toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, cleanser, a rinse cup.
Everything in the bathroom.
Pots, a kitchen knife, a cutting board, a beaker, sesame oil, orange juice, canned goods.
Everything in the kitchen.
I shoved in whatever my hands could grab.
Part of it was wanting to test the limits.
And part of it was just… well.
A pocket with everything in it.
That was cool, wasn't it? Made me look like a competent manager, didn't it?
The kind of manager who, the moment Park Seoh-ah needed something — anything — could hand it over on the spot.
Maybe I should clean out a whole supermarket first.
Was managing my true calling all along?
I was stuffing things into the Pocket with genuine enthusiasm when a single doubt surfaced in my mind.
If I just throw everything in, nothing's going to break or get mixed together, right?
I can pick out whatever I want when I pull something free, right?
How do I even know what's in there?
Thinking about it, I should have been checking these things as I went. I'd gotten so excited I'd overlooked something critical.
Don't tell me the stuff is already messed up.
I carefully decided to retrieve the phone I'd put inside.
"…"
But… I couldn't get the phone out.
It wasn't that I couldn't use the Pocket. It was more like…
How to put it. Like standing in a completely trashed room and trying to find a red colored pencil. I couldn't see it. I had no idea where to start. I wasn't even sure it was in there.
My fingertips wandered aimlessly.
By the time cold sweat was soaking into my back, a sharp sensation prickled at my fingertips, and I reflexively closed my hand around something.
I pulled an object free from the Pocket.
…Huh. This was…
A pack of wet wipes I'd put in after coming home.
I immediately plunged my hand back in, thrashing around desperately for the phone. And again, something registered. This is the phone, my instincts whispered. Before it could slip away, I seized it and yanked it out.
A hard, rectangular object that filled my palm perfectly.
What I was holding was a portable battery pack.
It took until the seventh try before I finally managed to pull out my smartphone — perfectly intact, not a scratch on it. Only then could I relax a little.
There was no risk of damage. If anything, things seemed to be stored in perfect condition.
The stick of butter I'd pulled out on the fourth try had been in the Pocket for quite a while, yet it was still as cold as if it had just come out of the fridge. A short while after I took it out, the chill was already fading.
There was good news, and there was bad news.
For one, there was no way to check or know what I'd put in. And pulling out something specific was harder than expected.
I'd compared it to a messy room, but looking at it now, the feeling was a little different. Since the items themselves were safely preserved, a better comparison might be a library where books were shelved completely at random, with no catalog system at all. To find what you wanted, you had to dig through the entire space — just hoping it was in there somewhere.
Is there no way to organize things the way I want?
I thought it over for a moment, then decided to keep packing things into the Pocket anyway.
If I couldn't get a list of what was inside, it would be easier to just assume everything was in there. If everything was available, I wouldn't need to remember a list at all. And retrieving something only took a little rummaging — it wasn't exactly a crisis.
The more I did it, the more I'd get used to it. Something like skill would probably improve.
Skill? That sounds weird.
Anyway, I had a feeling my knack for pulling things out would get better.
I put the phone back in and tried retrieving it again. This time I got it on the fourth try.
And so the items in my Pocket kept piling up. At this rate, I could probably survive if I were suddenly stranded on a deserted island. The Pocket was that stuffed.
"Cookie, what are you doing?"
Park Seoh-ah came out, rubbing her eyes, dressed in something comfortable.
"Where did you go without your Master, hmm?"
I had slept sandwiched between Park Seoh-ah and my little sister like the filling in a sandwich. I'd been sleeping that way for days now, but it was hardly an environment conducive to rest. Constant touching, whispering, clinging. Even when I forced my eyes shut, my excited brain and body stayed wide awake. Nobody could sleep with a cock standing at full attention, aching to come.
So I'd stayed up through the night, confirmed they were both asleep, and carefully slipped out. I'd been about to catch a little rest in my own room when Doosik hyung happened to call, and I'd gone down to the parking garage.
"Just… I left a few things in the van Master's going to ride in."
"Did you? Our Cookie is so impressive. Taking care of things on your own."
Park Seoh-ah sat down at the dining table. I quickly poured a glass of water from the dispenser and brought it to her. She said "Thanks" and drank.
Then she looked at me and asked,
"Is Cookie thirsty too? Or… is Master just so pretty you can't take your eyes off her?"
"…Yes. Master's too pretty…"
"Hehe. Really? How pretty?"
"…As pretty as the sky. So pretty the sky… can't even hold it all."
Park Seoh-ah was pretty, that much was true — but that wasn't why I'd been staring. I just wanted to show her the van with the Cloud Doll in it as soon as possible. Asking her to go down right this second would probably seem weird, though.
"Cookie."
Park Seoh-ah rested her chin in her hand. The way she coyly puffed out her cheeks and tilted her head made my heart slam in my chest.
"Is Master prettier, or is Chaeeun prettier?"
I met Park Seoh-ah's eyes and answered as if entranced.
"Master is prettier…"
"Prettier than Chaeeun? Hmm?"
"…Yes."
Both of them were outstandingly beautiful. Just yesterday, my little sister had seemed a little more captivating — but right now, looking into Park Seoh-ah's eyes, she seemed cuter and prettier. At this level, it came down to personal taste. Comparing them was basically meaningless.
"Cookie, come here. I'll let you get a good look at the face that's prettier than Chaeeun's."
Park Seoh-ah smiled and beckoned. Was it just me, or was she emphasizing the part about being prettier than my sister?
I dropped onto all fours and crawled to her feet. She cupped both of my cheeks and forced our eyes to meet at point-blank range.
Thump-thump♥
Having my gaze locked in place like this. It was something my little sister usually did to me a lot. Getting it from Park Seoh-ah felt new — and dangerous for my heart.
"There's something Master wanted to try…"
Park Seoh-ah took a sip of water, didn't swallow, and locked eyes with me again. She pressed her lips to mine like a kiss and fed me the water straight from her mouth.
Water flowed from Park Seoh-ah's lips into mine.
Gulp— gulp—
"Pwah. Haa. Was it good?"
About half of it seemed to have leaked out past my lips. My mouth hung open, twitching. The smooth sensation of her tongue still lingered, refusing to fade.
"Mm♥ Cookie's face is so cute♥ You've gone completely dumb♥ Your head's all stupid now♥"
Park Seoh-ah gently stroked the back of my head and kissed me again. Her tongue slipped into my mouth and ransacked it thoroughly — sweeping across the roof, grazing my teeth, and finally sucking on my tongue with a sticky pull.
My vision swam. My mind went pure white. I couldn't think of anything at all.
"Haa. Hn. Mm♥ Kissing Master… does it feel like you're going crazy?"
"…"
"Du~mmy♥ Your brain melted♥ Broken by just a kiss♥"
My hips jerked on their own. My lips wouldn't close. My eyes had gone unfocused and wouldn't come back. It felt like I'd swallowed an aphrodisiac. My whole body burned so hot I was feeling orgasms just from sitting still.
It was my first kiss.
Just as Park Seoh-ah and my little sister hadn't given me sex, they hadn't given me kisses either. They'd forbidden it, saying it was still too soon. Apparently that had been the truth.
Twitch-twitch♥
Just from a kiss, my brain had completely shorted out. My threshold shattered, and peak pleasure swept through my entire body without mercy. If I moved even a little, I felt like I'd pass out.
Suddenly, Park Seoh-ah stepped on the front of my pants and ground her foot against me.
"Horny little cock♥ Don't hold it in — cum♥ Shoot out that white piss♥ Cum♥"
Gush-gush. Brrrrr.
Park Seoh-ah kept grinding against my cock while she kissed me. She forced my completely unfocused eyes to meet hers and asked,
"When is Cookie happy?"
"…"
No words came out. As if I'd lost language entirely.
"Cookie is happy when he submits to Master♥"
Slooorph. Chup♥
After a sticky kiss, Park Seoh-ah looked into my eyes and whispered,
"Cookie is happy when Master buys him and milks him dry♥"
Haaauuup. Chuuuup♥ Chup♥
Something seemed to be pouring into me with every kiss.
"Cookie is happy when he offers Master everything he has as tribute♥"
Haaauup. Chup, chuuuuk. Baehh♥
The area around my lips glistened with spit. Park Seoh-ah kept kissing me as she whispered — that I was happy at times like this. That I could only be happy this way. That this was my only happiness.
Her words echoed in my ears like a refrain.
"Repeat after Master♥ Say, 'Please accept my money.'"
Haaauup.
Park Seoh-ah's tongue made a complete mess of the inside of my mouth. At the end, she gently chewed on my upper lip with her teeth.
"Say it♥"
"Please… accept my money."
"One more time♥ Chup♥"
"Master, please accept my money."
"Mm♥ Our Cookie is begging so nicely, I guess I have no choice. From now on, you're allowed to offer Master your money."
"…"
"Your cock twitches every time it feels good♥"
Twitch-twitch-twitch-twitch-twitch-twitch-twitch-twitch♥
Park Seoh-ah stroked my face as she whispered,
"Good boy♥ You've really become Master's slave. So stupid♥ Chup♥"
Twitch♥
"Pathetic♥ Panting like a dog♥ Haaauup♥"
Twitch-twitch♥
"You have to keep the kiss a secret from Chaeeun. Got it? It's a secret just between Cookie and Master♥"
"Hahk…♡"
A forest of buildings spread across Seoul. Among the skyscrapers that formed an elegant skyline, one building stood out with a particularly striking aesthetic presence.
A structure that easily cleared sixty floors. An office tower whose entire exterior was wrapped in digital signage. The mysterious outer walls rippled with an almost crustacean-like iridescence, drawing the eyes of everyone who passed below.
R&E Entertainment — one of Korea's four major agencies.
A near-perfect hexagonal entertainment company that had scored massive successes with both idols and actors alike. Lately, the atmosphere inside the company had been nothing but smiles. People were practically betting on who would pull in the bigger incentive bonuses — because every single venture they launched was turning into a hit.
Their flagship actress, Jo Ayoon, had broken into Hollywood and been received warmly, even appearing on a famous American talk show. The boy group Neonix had pulled off a successful overseas expansion and was currently riding a wave of enormous popularity and frenzy among Chinese fans. What had originally been a one-month tour had been extended by another three.
And it wasn't just the overseas side that was thriving.
Management Team 2's office.
Management Team 2 — the team said to possess a "thousand-year manager" — was bustling with activity as well. At a company the size of R&E Entertainment, top stars were hardly rare. But there was one entertainer they were pinning especially high hopes on. A star who was being mentioned even more than the names above.
Every form of support that could be thrown at her was being thrown — promotional articles, pictorial shoots, interviews, SNS marketing, variety shows, ads, sponsorships. All of it funneled toward one actress.
The lead of Ghost Story Company, the largest-scale Nexflis original drama ever produced in Korea.
Han Ahyoung.
She crossed her long legs and tilted her head. Glossy hair cascaded down like a spill of light. It was nothing special as far as gestures went — and yet the managers watching her flushed and lost themselves staring.
Only for a moment.
"Who brought this? You just hand things over without even checking properly. How annoying."
Her cold voice rang out, and the entire room froze solid.
