High School Reunion (Chapter 84)
“Hic... sob... huuuh... eek...”
“Yujin-ah, it's okay... it's okay...”
No, fuck. What the hell is this? I'm the victim here, all around. These bitches are acting like they're the victims, groveling, flipping out, letting it go. Ah, this feels like something from Han Siun... some outdated slang from way back?
“You guys were fine back in school... what the hell are you doing? Hey, Han Siun. Don't you get why things ended up like this when you started it in the first place?”
Lips clenched tight, she glared at me while I fucked her. She really had no clue.
“It's because you swung at me first, that's why it came to this from the start.”
“That was my mistake...”
“And all the shit you pulled back in school on everyone is just coming back around now.”
I hadn't planned on going this far from the beginning. Sure, I intended to fuck the girls, but not just them—I figured I'd fuck around more broadly and then regress it all. But this mess started with Han Siun, ultimately.
Fuck.
“Don't you get it?”
After fucking up, they act like they don't know what to do. How the hell do I wrap this up? I pondered. With their personalities, just letting them go felt iffy.
In the midst of it, my eyes drifted to the door. Why's that bodyguard ajusshi rushing in so frantically, glaring like that?
Hmm...? Did he think I was about to get hit? No way, he's not even someone I hired. The girls are putting on one hell of an act.
“So, what should I do with you all?”
“Hic... We won't tell anyone... please just let us live...”
“Ah, you—keep your promise about your little sister.”
I dug up her phone number, current address, and even her family home address for good measure. Changing apartments is easy enough, and swapping phone numbers too, but moving the family home? Not so simple.
“Please... just stop now...”
“Why act like victims? Back in school, you treated everyone—even the girls—like total shit.”
Real piece of work, flipping skirts daily as routine, even forcing one girl into a strip show. Focused on the outsider chicks so they couldn't fight back properly. Finding guys he didn't bully would be quicker.
“Give up on the big corp job, promise not to show your face around here anymore. Do that, and I stop here.”
That was the plan. Doesn't matter if they don't listen—I can force it. Call it giving them one last chance to reflect and reform.
“Yujin-ah...”
“I can't give up the big corp...”
“Even if you won't, I'll make sure you can't, you dumb bitch.”
I poked her solar plexus lightly with my fist as I spoke.
“Kuh...”
She was still sore from all the beating, groaning like that.
I'd stopped at this point and said I'd forgive them— they should be grateful. What? Can't give it up?
“If you can't give it up... well, guess I'll have to make you suffer so bad you'll wish you were dead.”
I grinned.
“I was wrong...! Please forgive me...! I'll apologize for all the stupid shit I did when I was young... eek...”
Calling it “when I was young” proved she hadn't reflected at all. Young? What youth? We're practically the same age.
“Enough, hey. Let's drop it. Anyway, figure it out yourself. If you don't quit the big corp, your life's fucked. Hey, better than everything else going to shit just because you're broke.”
I patted his shoulder and sat back down where I was.
If I released the power now, Han Siun's fist would definitely fly at me. Then I'd be the victim.
Time Manipulation deactivated.
‘Time Manipulation’ has been deactivated.
The moment the power released—thwack! Just as I'd foreseen, the fist flew straight into my face.
“Guhhh...!”
Of course, the one who actually took the damage and collapsed wasn't me—it was Han Siun.
“Are you alright, sir?!”
The bodyguard rushed in, checking on me. But despite the sound, I wasn't hurt much. His body was so battered, he couldn't put real force behind it.
“Kyaa! Y-Yujin-ah, why are you naked?!”
Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that side in the heat.
“Whoa, fuck... L-Lee Yujin, why's she naked?”
“When'd she strip?”
“Exhibitionist?”
“Crazy bitch.”
The girls' screams mixed with the guys' chatter, getting noisy.
“D-don't look...”
Lee Yujin hurriedly dressed, while Han Siun rolled on the floor.
“Why're you the one rolling when he got hit?”
The others chimed in, baffled. Classic public opinion sway.
I rubbed the spot, gestured to the bodyguard that I was fine, and stood from my seat.
“I'm out. No point sticking around here. I'll hit you up later.”
Usik, Heisu, and Hanseok awkwardly rose too, following me out.
“Yo, what the hell was that?”
“Dunno, let's just go drink.”
“You got hit, you good?”
“Yeah, but—”
