Going to School
Teaching a virgin and driving her hard was a pleasure.
I found myself just as excited as when I'd first played with Lee Soyeon. Maybe that was why I threw myself into it so eagerly — filling that pure white canvas with my own colors until nothing of the original remained.
When the thought of rest finally crossed my mind, I too was panting, staring up at the ceiling. As I recalled it, we'd started somewhere around two in the morning. Now, with dawn breaking, Seol-hwa lay completely wrecked, sleeping soundly. Me? My days and nights had simply swapped places. I was fine.
I opened the door of the room where we'd consummated things. Cool air drifted in, and the marks I'd left all over her body stood out clearly. Now then — had the video turned out well?
I checked my phone. Fortunately, while it wasn't daytime quality, the recording was more than good enough to enjoy. I turned the camera on Seol-hwa, still covered in my traces. Her clothes were thrown on in a mess; the blanket barely covered her as she sprawled out. Well — it had been too much for her.
I took a solid proof shot, then settled in for some rest of my own.
Today's agenda: finally take her to the school and let them confirm she was alive. Those bastards needed Seol-hwa — that was their demand. Not that I cared. She was already mine. Showing her face would be enough. If they objected, I'd just kill them.
That would leave me with two strongholds — the place with Lee Soyeon, and the place with Seol-hwa. And if I ran into any tasty finds while out and about, I'd take those too.
What a fine world this was. Granted, the whole zombie-clearing prerequisite put a damper on things, but it was still plenty appealing. Best of all, the spaces I'd set up beforehand were still fully operational.
Why two years had passed without anyone remembering anything — that still needed figuring out. And then there was that leader of the auditorium bunch, Min Doyoon or whatever his name was. I'd already made trouble with him, so that needed checking too. Was it a problem of two years' worth of memory, or something about how memory itself worked on people?
Everything about this was fascinating.
As for a working theory on objects: even after two years left alone, there wasn't a single sign of use. Why were they still exactly as I'd left them? Lee Soyeon had said she'd never seen any of it before. No memory of it at all — she spoke as if she were learning of it for the first time. Were people's perceptions being adjusted? Or had something that genuinely didn't exist suddenly appeared, leaving them bewildered? Had they been unable to touch it for two years — or had it simply not been there to touch?
All of that was something I'd have to work out as I went.
"Hmm."
If, even two years later, no one had laid a hand on any of it… a much more convenient way of getting around was already forming in my head. But just like last time, I needed to confirm it a few more times first. I couldn't go throwing money around carelessly.
In any case, I tasted the cool air and watched Seol-hwa sleeping soundly in the room — half-naked, thoroughly wrecked, sprawled out after what I'd done to her.
"Yeah… she might have trouble walking when she wakes up."
Like any hard workout, the real aftermath hit the next day harder than during the act itself. When she got up, she'd probably put on a full display of a virgin's morning-after reactions. Just thinking about it got a response out of my body again.
Even so, I ought to let her sleep a bit longer… no. I could just leave her sleeping, couldn't I? Like with Lee Soyeon — I could just do it while she slept…
No. This girl had been a virgin. At least until a few hours ago. If I put it in carelessly, the pain might wake her. I could force it, sure, but unlike Lee Soyeon, this was her first time — her reactions would be different. And there was always the chance of a fight breaking out later. If I wanted her able to run properly, her body needed some recovery first.
"Talk about a pie in the sky."
Not that I had any right to say that, having thoroughly eaten said pie just a short while ago.
What would happen when I brought this girl with me? The auditorium side had told me to take her, so no real problem there — if anything, I needed to ask them about the incident from two years ago. The school side just wanted Seol-hwa returned, so showing her face and bringing her back would be enough.
"Hah. Whether things go my way is another question."
The naked body of the girl still sleeping soundly caught my eye. Nothing for it. I'd settle for this, then.
I pressed my cock against her and satisfied myself alone. Honestly, I wanted to bury it all the way in — but I held back. There'd be places that needed my strength later.
It was a morning that brought the word restraint to mind. Having suppressed the impulse and settled for a bit of self-relief, I got to preparing.
First priority: move everything I'd brought on the cart into this place. Then, my own private breakfast. What I could eat here was all sterilized products, of course — but even that was something.
I stowed the cargo inside, then heated a hamburger steak in water.
"Portable burners really are convenient."
I ate one lightly, then added an energy bar for good measure. Rushed as it was, that was enough for a morning's worth. I could feel the stamina I'd burned through last night starting to come back.
But in a world with no phone Wi-Fi and no mobile games, waiting until lunch was a deeply boring affair. Times like these, I had to kill time with my spoils.
On my phone were the clips of Lee Soyeon in the bathroom, plus the ones I'd taken any number of times after that.
"Should've recorded Lee Soyeon the first time too. Need to be more careful about that going forward."
Still, the videos that captured angles I hadn't even seen myself provided plenty of visual satisfaction.
"She's definitely obedient."
After about an hour of watching, I switched over to Seol-hwa's footage, and the difference was immediate. Where Lee Soyeon endured and held still through it, Seol-hwa's thrashing and cursing came through loud and clear. Not that it mattered — in the end she was moaning and feeling it all the same.
Seol-hwa's recording had captured everything from start to finish, so it was the longest of the lot. I watched on fast-forward, and before I knew it, it was past eleven.
Noise came from inside. The door opened, and the girl who had been a virgin emerged — face hollow, still covered in what I'd sprayed all over her.
"Sleep well?"
"…Fuck off. Ah—!"
Seol-hwa took a step, then suddenly curled in on herself.
"Nngh…"
Her expression flooded with pure pain. That. Exactly that. A sight only I got to enjoy — though it probably hurt her some.
Then, carefully, she started toddling along in tiny, cautious steps.
"Want some help?"
"…!"
She shot me a look of pure contempt, but the pain flared again almost immediately, and she doubled over in front of the desk.
"The next day's always the worst. Want something to eat?"
"This is your fault. You pervert."
"Sex isn't perverted. Just sit down. I'll fix you something."
I wasn't particularly hungry myself, so I made do with an energy bar for lunch. For her, I heated some meat and instant rice in water, then used the generator to power up the microwave. The generator's noise and a faint smell of diesel leaked out, but the electricity came on. Just like with Lee Soyeon, the person watching found it utterly astonishing.
"No way…"
Seol-hwa was the same — staring at the generator in genuine amazement.
"Eat well, then we move."
"Where to?"
"School. Gotta show your face so they can stop worrying."
At the word school, her expression turned faintly strange. Or was that just my imagination, given it was morning?
"What? Don't want to go?"
"No. Going's fine. It's the auditorium guys I'm worried about."
"Min Doyoon? That guy…"
Well — he was a thug. He might well be after Seol-hwa. He'd gone so far as to tell me to take her, then bring her back. Which meant I was already accounting for a knife in the back. That was why I'd hidden an extra weapon up the sleeve of my stab-proof gear.
"Don't worry. I'll protect you."
"Protect me? After doing this to me?"
A defiant look came my way, but her half-dressed state only stoked my excitement further.
"First times are always a mess. But you enjoyed it by the end, didn't you? You reacted properly enough."
"Bullshit!"
"Sit down and eat. It's the first warm food you've had in a while. Refuse, and I'll force-feed you last night's leftovers."
At that threat, Seol-hwa grumbled and sat. And then came the expected reaction.
"Ah… ahh…"
Even sitting, she winced and squirmed, broadcasting her lost purity with every flinch. Truly the finest sight there was. I watched with deep satisfaction.
Min Doyoon was cursing out the negotiation results with his crew.
"Gang Haseong. I know what he's really like — and he's still playing the good guy?"
"Right? Acting all righteous to the bitter end!"
Last night's meeting had, of course, fallen apart. Gang Haseong had given them some model-student answer about joining forces. Min Doyoon had naturally refused. Why would they submit to anyone's control when they already had free run of the women and total freedom among themselves?
"Still, they've got the numbers. And that guy walks around with a crossbow. If we could just take that off him…"
"Can we even manage it ourselves? He'd have to show up first."
"He'll come. He said he cut through zombies to get this far."
Min Doyoon was practically praying for the man to appear. Of course, they also accounted for the possibility he'd run — so they sharpened their knives in the meantime. They mapped out the school's security situation and the usual days the school faction went on supply runs. And they stockpiled weapons with real enthusiasm, especially primitive but devastating attack tools like slings.
"Hey, practice faster. Just land a hit and it's jackpot."
"You think this is easy?"
Time passed that way — until Mira, the only girl on lookout, came running.
"That guy's here!"
"What?"
They all peered out of the auditorium at once. Sure enough, the man was climbing over the wall and heading toward the school gate.
"Why's he opening the gate?"
The gate swung open, and an electric bicycle rolled through. In the rear seat sat the school uniform they'd been waiting for.
"That's Seol-hwa!"
"He actually brought her? Wait — is her uniform different?"
In Min Doyoon's view, Seol-hwa looked almost pale and clean, as if she'd just bathed and purified herself.
"Why's she so clean, though? Did she shower somewhere?"
Even at a glance, her face looked strangely, unnaturally clean.
The moment the electric bike reached the front of the auditorium, Min Doyoon laid out the plan to the others.
"Get ready. We drop this bastard in one shot."
"Helmet's gonna make the head tough, right?"
"Just mess up his vision. That's enough."
Min Doyoon was grinning. He gathered the sling crew and the ones with weapons.
"Be careful! There's a war on right now."
Playing at caution for their clumsy scheme, he went out bare-handed to greet the man.
"How'd you find her?"
"Dug around hard enough."
"I see. Seol-hwa, you had people worried. You can't just go running off like that."
At that, Seol-hwa climbed down from the rear seat of the bike — with a small cry, of course.
"Ugh."
"What's wrong?"
"Get lost."
Min Doyoon licked his lips at that insolent attitude. Just you wait. Once I deal with this guy, you'll be bawling under me soon enough.
"We tried negotiating, but it didn't go well. It's dangerous out here — come inside. The school side's got their eyes on us."
He was trying to hurry them indoors when the man in the stab-proof gear suddenly looked straight at him.
"Have we met somewhere before? Two years ago?"
"Huh?"
He had no idea what nonsense that was. Nothing in his memory.
"What are you talking about?"
"Two years ago — maybe you got body-slammed by some guy using judo?"
Min Doyoon went blank for a moment. At that question, various memories stirred. There wasn't anything like that, was there?
He tilted his head. For just an instant, something like the sensation of being thrown flashed through his mind — then vanished just as fast. He had no such memory.
"No idea?"
"That so? Never mind. I've just been curious about a lot of things lately."
The man turned away again, and Min Doyoon sent the signal from behind.
Now!
On cue, stones rained down on the man.
"Hit him!"
Min Doyoon charged in and managed to tackle him down. They scrambled to snatch the crossbow.
"You bastards—!"
But in the scuffle, the crossbow went flying far out of reach.
"Just pile on! Somebody go grab it!"
They swarmed in a rush, boxing in the stab-proof gear.
"The crossbow! Aim the crossbow!"
In the middle of the chaotic brawl, another student lunged for the weapon. With that, they could beat not only this man but the school faction too.
That was the plan — but the crossbow never reached their outstretched hands.
Seol-hwa. She had gotten to it first.
