It's Lily Punch!
It's Lily Punch!
Magical Girl White Lily.
She was the magical girl who played the protagonist in the 10th installment of the Prism Fantasia series, or "Puripan" for short.
She was the first magical girl since the original, Citrine Iris-nim, not to use weapons.
From the moment her design was first revealed, she drew attention with her all-white look that matched her name, and because she admired Citrine Iris-nim and claimed she wouldn't use weapons just like her, she became a huge topic of conversation in the community.
Of course, once the anime started airing, that buzz took a turn for the worse.
Simply put, she was weak. Of course, it's not like the magical girls from previous series were strong from the very beginning.
They face hardships and predicaments, yet they never give up and win in the end. That was the unchanging progression of Puripan.
However... White Lily was a different story. She always struggled to defeat even the villains that other protagonists had managed to take down with relative ease.
Most people considered her the weakest protagonist in history, and comments like "If you're going to be like this, just use a weapon" or "Aren't you making a mockery of Citrine Iris-nim?" were rampant in the community.
But White Lily still had her own charm: she smiled in any situation.
No matter how difficult the situation, a magical girl must never lose her smile.
From the moment I saw that smile, I fell head over heels for White Lily.
"Kwooo?"
The Goblin Great's cry sounded bewildered. That makes sense. It must have thought that just hitting me with its axe would be enough, but it had been blocked.
That aside... this feels different from when I transformed at home. I can feel magical energy circulating through my whole body that is different from my own.
"Is this... White Lily's magical energy?"
【 The magical girl currently being replicated is White Lily. 】
【 The replicable duration is 10 seconds. 】
No sooner had I thought that than a series of status windows appeared in the corner of my vision.
"I don't even need 10 seconds."
I can tell now. No matter how weak White Lily is said to be, that's only relative to other magical girls. She isn't absolutely weak. And in the first place, they all end up being similar by the end.
I put strength into my right hand and clenched it tight.
Wuuung-
Along with the vibration, I can feel White Lily's magical energy concentrating in my right hand.
Every time the vibration rings, a ring of pure white light forms around my right hand.
I raise my right hand just like that.
Kwa-kwang-!
"Lily Punch!"
I slammed my fist into the Goblin Great.
White Lily's unique, simplest skill. Was it said to amplify the power of a normal punch by utilizing her own magical energy?
......Isn't this too strong?
【 Skill replication rate: 70% 】
This is 70%? Seriously?
Just by landing a single punch, the massive Goblin Great was sent flying far away.
Of course, I naturally thought it would be one hit. The moment I touched White Lily's magical energy, I knew that this Goblin would be no match for me.
Even so, I didn't think the shockwave from this single blow would leave the entire area in shambles.
"There's no one around anyway... it shouldn't matter."
Even if someone were watching this scene right now, they wouldn't think it was me.
At that moment, I felt the strength leave my legs again.
"Ah."
I should have deactivated my transformation.
【 All magical energy has been consumed. Transformation deactivated. 】
"An unfamiliar ceiling."
As soon as I opened my eyes, I felt like I had to say that line upon seeing a ceiling I didn't recognize.
Actually, I'd wanted to try saying that at least once.
"You're finally awake."
I was startled by the voice coming from beside me and sat up in bed.
"Wh-who are you...?"
The woman I was seeing for the first time was sitting in a chair, watching me quietly.
"A kidnapper?"
"I-I don't taste good..."
F-first, let's calm down. What should I do? Is there a way to escape from here? Should I transform and use force to push through?
I was frantically racking my brain when the woman's laughter broke the silence.
"Ahahaha! Just kidding, just kidding. Why are you making such a serious face?"
"Y-you're not going to eat me?"
"Well? Maybe it wasn't a joke?"
As she said that, she held something out in front of me.
"Ah! A drone?!"
The familiar drone I had kept seeing in the Goblin Dungeon. That means... the Overtime Magical Girl? She was a woman?!
"I'm Han Seol-ah. Do you want to call me Seol-ah-unnie comfortably? Cherry Blossom?"
"I-I'm Choi Ah-hyun. Please just call me that usually..."
It's so embarrassing to be called by that name by someone else...
"Do you remember what happened?"
"Umm... so..."
As I barely managed to get a grip on myself amidst the continuous chaotic situation, I remembered what had happened.
"What about the Goblin Dungeon?!"
"I brought you out. But I didn't know where your house was... so I brought you to my place for now."
I see. This is Seol-ah-unnie's room.
Only then did the scenery of the room come into view.
A pile of delivery boxes stacked in one corner.
Empty energy drink cans rolling around on the desk.
"Please clean up a bit..."
"Ugh... can't really argue with that."
This person is something else, too. How does she think of bringing someone into her house with this kind of mess?
Just then, Seol-ah-unnie held something out to me again.
It looks like some kind of long strap...
The moment I was about to ask, a status window popped up.
【 Goblin Great's Belt 】
【 Grade: Unique 】
【 A belt worn by the Goblin Great. Increases strength when worn. 】
"It's a drop item from the guy you caught. You caught it, so I kept it for you."
Gasp. My first drop item is a Unique? Isn't that super good? But I don't think strength is that important.
I remember most of my skills being related to magical energy.
Plus, the most important issue is.
"It looks creepy..."
The belt itself is black and looks like a normal belt, but the problem is the center.
It's not like some biker gang, but right in the middle of the belt, along with sharp spikes, the Goblin Great's face is embedded.
"If you don't like it, you can just sell it. It should fetch a decent price."
"Really? How much?"
"Well. Even so, it's a Unique, so I think you could get at least 20 million or more."
"......20 million won?!"
20 million won... how many zeros is that... since 1,000 has three... seven?!
After typing on the keyboard for a moment, Seol-ah-unnie turned the monitor screen toward me.
"Hmm... maybe it's because of how it looks? It's a Unique, but it's not worth much. It should sell for 10 million."
"10 million won?!"
Uh... my head is spinning from the large numbers being thrown at me in succession. Even if it's cut in half, 10 million won is still... money I'd have to work part-time for months and eat only ramen to save up.
"Come to think of it, Ah-hyun, you've never used this before, right? Do you want to take a look? This is a trading site where hunters trade. There are auctions and other places besides this... but I find this one the most convenient, so I use it."
As I peeked at the screen Seol-ah-unnie was showing me, my jaw dropped at the numbers I saw.
"I feel dizzy..."
"That's how it is at first. I'll help you with your first sale."
"Thank you..."
At that moment, my stomach let out a loud growl.
"You haven't eaten anything since you woke up, so you must be hungry. Want something to eat?"
"Th-thank you..."
I hung my head low, trying to hide my flushed face.
Why does my stomach have to be like this at a time like this?
A-rank Hunter, Han Seol-ah. Her class is Mechanic.
Han Seol-ah recalled the scene she had seen in the Goblin Dungeon earlier.
After Choi Ah-hyun left, Han Seol-ah immediately followed behind with her drone.
The Goblin Great is classified as a C-rank monster. There's no way Choi Ah-hyun, who is D-rank, could defeat it.
It would be one thing if the drone she sent was a combat drone, but it was for reconnaissance, so it didn't even have proper attack functions installed.
'Still, I couldn't just let her die for nothing!'
Thinking that if she piloted it well, she could at least buy some time to run away, she rushed to where the signal was picked up.
And what Han Seol-ah saw was a scene she couldn't possibly believe.
With one punch from Choi Ah-hyun, the Goblin Great was sent flying.
"That's D-rank?"
She had said she was D-rank herself, and Han Seol-ah had also verified Choi Ah-hyun's hunter ID through the drone's camera.
But that output just now was absolutely not D-rank, no matter how you looked at it.
At that moment, Choi Ah-hyun's body swayed and she collapsed to the floor.
She hurriedly checked with the drone, and fortunately, she had just fallen asleep from magical energy exhaustion.
So she brought her here for now, but...
"Aren't you eating?"
Choi Ah-hyun's voice brought Han Seol-ah, who had been lost in thought, back to reality.
"I'm fine. How is it? Is it good?"
"Yes! Potato pizza is the best, after all!"
Han Seol-ah looked at Choi Ah-hyun, who was eating pizza with a genuinely happy expression.
Looking at her like this, she's just a normal young girl... thinking about how she tried to sneak into the dungeon, it seems like she doesn't have any acquaintances either...
"Ah-hyun."
"Umm... why...?"
In the midst of that, the way her pronunciation was slurring because she was distracted by the pizza felt cute.
"Do you want to form a party together?"
