Author's Note
I have a confession to make.
I love writing serious, heavy novels.
Just kidding.
I wanted to start with a little prank from the very first line.
The Tyrant Likes Me Too Much has finally come to an end….
This author’s note feels a bit like the principal giving a solemn speech at a school assembly, doesn’t it?
I’ll keep this as short as possible, saying only what needs to be said.
First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all my readers.
If my story managed to bring even a small smile to your face—whether on the subway, in the car, during your break, while resting, or right before bed—then as an author, there is no greater joy I could ask for.
There is one small regret I have about the latter half of the story.
Once winter arrived, my invincible cheat code of “plotting while taking a walk” was completely sealed away.
That’s why, as the story progressed toward the end, the atmosphere shifted a bit… in a rather noticeable way.
It’s such a shame. If only I could have kept taking those walks…! (This is purely an excuse, of course.)
I’d also like to thank my friends Taejin and Kyungsoo, who helped me so much throughout the writing process.
And to the wonderful team at Novelpia, along with PD-nim, who provided so much support and consideration—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
