Normalizing the Chon-Ggae
See this nasty black hesitation-mark on my left wrist? Yeah. That thing.
It's the one only Daina Church muggles could see.
The part about vitality and mana going up by 1.1x is something I'll have to check before I know for sure.
But at the very least, with this, muggles aren't going to mistake me for a witch's follower over nothing — and the claim that you can become a Daina believer looks real too?
I asked the church muggles how you even become a believer and they absolutely would not tell me, so I just gave up. Didn't think it'd be this easy.

"Haa…."
Heavenly Archer Cho Yejin left a comment on the Possessor Gallery and let out a long sigh.
Who in the world is it?
She lined up every ranker who had climbed past Floor 30. Not one of them was the sort of person who would write a post like that.
If any of them had known something this important in the first place…
They never would have put it on the gallery and spread it to every possessor alive. They'd have sold it one-on-one instead. Ten contracts seasoned with a confidentiality clause, and you'd clear at least ten million gold. To rankers who had already finished every last piece of their build, a blessing of 1.1 times vitality and mana was worth that much.
And the method isn't even difficult.
These were people who had put their necks on the line and scaled cliffs dozens of times just to raise vitality by 1 and mana by 1. Ten percent more mana and stamina from a single prayer? She couldn't even begin to guess how high that information would be priced.
And it isn't only the rankers…
A blessing that multiplied vitality and mana by 1.1 was a massive number for everyone else, too. The average floor possessors managed to clear would rise by one, and the number of people breaking through the infamous Floor 10 would more than double. Climbing the Tower was, more often than not, a fight over inches — and this blessing was an arrangement that handed you that extra inch.
Maybe, just like that comment said…
The thought slipped through Yejin's mind: someone who could scatter information like this without a second thought might truly be on the verge of conquering the Tower.
…No. That's absurd. Ten years. Only ten years.
This was the moment when rankers capable of breaking Floor 30 were only just starting to appear, one by one — and someone was already looking at Floor 100? Cho Yejin had walked the road to Floor 30 herself. She knew exactly how insane that sounded.
But at the very least… they're standing somewhere far above us.
Whoever wrote the post was on a much higher floor than the other rankers. Of that much, she was certain. Which was why they could release information like this so casually.
"Huh? Why is Seongji-unnie…."
"…What's she about to say?"
From the perspective of an unnie who had been preaching the Parona Church nonstop, a little disappointment would only be natural.
For some reason, Yejin felt like she was walking on eggshells.
"…But why is she looking for that person?"
The question surfaced out of nowhere.
"…."
Something was off.
"…Yes. Free intel. Jackpot."
Yejin had never been to Floor 34.
"…Hm?"
Did this unnie even have anyone worth contacting besides her?
"…Hmm."
After I got up and gave the gallery a rough skim, the picture came together. Chon-Ggae, Cheonhwa, whatever they called themselves — a guild of qigong practitioners had seized that weepy, unhinged whore of a statue and was currently wrecking the place.
This is a bit much.
The plan going sideways if this kept up was the lesser problem. This was the old story: the bear jumps through the hoop, and a human walks off with the money.
Fuckers. If they at least cut me in, I might let it slide.
I was someone who used to fire off dozens of public-shaming posts the moment a celebrity or an influencer so much as slipped. There was no way I could sit and watch something this infuriating.
I'm the one who just wrote the info post about the Floor 1 statue.
Chon-Ggae, or whatever you are — quit occupying the statue.
I warned you. Clearly.
"Mm."
That ought to be clear enough.

The moment the post went up, the reactions came in.
"…Hm?"
Following that reply, I actually swept the gallery once.
"These little shits."
So this was why IP addresses mattered. Write under anonymous, and there was no way to tell who anyone was.
Then I'll just write it as a comment on the original post.
That would show up as the author, which ought to shut down the impersonators' bullshit.
"…Wait. The upvotes already jumped by another two hundred."
Picturing the points about to pile up in the shop, I added a warning to the comments.

"Holy shit."
In what felt like ten seconds, close to ten notifications had stacked up.
…The hell. It's all shitposts.
Right as I started thinking I should just close it and go beg for change, a familiar Chinese-character nick snagged my eye.
"…."
So they wanted to see a bloodbath. That was what this was.
"Hah…."
I looked over the comment section. There was definitely one I'd thought I ought to put to use at some point.
Found it.
Anyone who had cleared Floor 30 with zero prior information was the kind of talent who would earn more than praise on the Story of Top gallery — they'd earn respect. A holy knight class would have Paladin unlocked at the very least.
Of course, I had no intention of actually meeting the person who wrote that comment — no, the woman — and collecting a reward in person. Why risk getting kidnapped the moment we met in real life? The reward I was after was a little different.
…Hmm.
I thought it over one more time. Was this too far? It was basically dragging in a professional fighter to discipline a bunch of elementary schoolers and beat them into pulp.
I warned them. They're the ones who didn't listen.
