The Gallery's Heretic Uprising
The most shocking part was that this gallery actually belonged to that bastard…
There were actually black cows who never expected that someone who had been saying from the very beginning of their streaming career that they were doing it for money would run away after sucking up all the money at its peak?? lol Are there really no idiots who believed that "I'll be back in a month" line??? Surely not lol
A heretic had appeared among the Lene fans. Why? I thought there would be people who felt sorry because of the break, so I kept posting on the gallery every day. I don't know exactly how other streamers are, but I don't think there are many people who take care of their fans even while on break. Even the reason for the break isn't because I want to rest—it's all for the sake of streaming. Yet instead of feeling grateful, the Lene fans are doing this kind of thing. I really wish they would reflect on it.
…That aside, the atmosphere in the Lene Gallery was unusual. Most of the posts were Lene fans saying they were going to make heretic characters too, which was ridiculous. The heretic Lene fan I had killed earlier turned out to be the gallery's head mod, and it seemed like other Lene fans had been influenced by that. I could only feel sorry that something like this had happened.
“Haa…”
Was there no way to calm this situation down? Turning on the stream was out of the question. I had already declared that I would take about a month off, and that was a kind of promise to the Lene fans. I had already broken my word once by streaming after saying I would take a day off, which must have lowered their trust in me. I couldn't do it twice in such a short period. I knew that trust was important in relationships, even as a shut-in hikikomori like me. If I turned on the stream and they thought, “That streamer doesn't keep her word!” that would be bad. Of course, I might get criticized for not streaming right now, but in the long run, this was clearly the better choice.
“Hmm…”
The most obvious thing I could think of was to share more of my daily updates. After all, what they wanted was to communicate with me. If I posted more on the Lene Gallery and replied diligently to the comments, the Lene fans would probably be really happy.
“Hehe…”
Imagining them being happy made me smile for no reason. So this was why people dreamed of becoming streamers. Alright. Starting today, I'll divide the posts I used to write every evening into three times a day—morning, afternoon, and evening. After making that perfect plan and stretching, a Misscord notification rang in my ears.
[Tyuni: Lene, are you really not going to stream?]
[Inquisitor: No]
[Inquisitor: I don't want to break my promise to the viewers]
[Tyuni: Huh?]
Tyuni didn't say anything more after that, perhaps moved by my determination to keep my promise to the viewers.
