Of course it isn’t my real voice, but… at least for the streamer named Lene, we can treat this as the real one, right? The viewers probably want that too….

What the…? This reaction is completely different from what I imagined.

I’d expected comments like “Finally ditched that shitty voice changer.” Instead the chat was flooded with demands to turn it back on immediately. If it had been just one or two people I might have brushed it off with a “Well, tastes differ,” but out of the thirteen viewers—now up from twelve—ten of them were spamming for the voice changer.

It was supposed to be a perfect plan. How did it come to this…?

If I just keep streaming like this there won’t be any immediate problems. Every single one of my current viewers wants it. But if I follow their wishes and stop using the voice changer—using my real voice—new viewers won’t join. On the other hand, if I turn the voice changer back on and speak with a male voice, the people watching right now will get angry.
