The Execution of the Vermin
I was sinking endlessly into the abyss of self-loathing and regret when—thwack…!
"Gah…!"
A sharp pain like my forehead splitting open yanked the frayed thread of my consciousness back to life. The pitch-black darkness blinding me lifted, and blinding midday sunlight stabbed into my retinas.
"You piece of trash! Drop dead!"
"Worse than an animal!"
The murmuring crowd and their razor-sharp curses battered my eardrums. As my blurry vision sharpened, I faced a reality far more horrific than the hellish unconsciousness I'd just wandered.
I was bound naked to a rough wooden frame conjured by magic in the center of the Slum Village Square. Ropes bit deep into my limbs, and stones rained down from every direction like hail.
Thud! Thwack!
"Gaaah…!"
Every stone that hit my shoulders or chest tore a throat-shredding scream from me. Whatever that demonic bastard Izakar had done while forcibly reattaching my severed limbs, my grotesquely regenerated body was hypersensitive to every sensation. Even a pebble that would normally just bruise now felt like a hammer smashing bone and a saw ripping nerves—pure agony searing into my brain. My skin split open, blood streaming down to stain my wretched nakedness red.
The people pelting me with stones—filling the square—were my neighbors, the ones I'd exchanged greetings with in the forest just yesterday. But now their bloodshot eyes burned only with venomous hatred and murderous intent toward me.
Amid the barrage of stones with no idea why, my body—and the last scraps of my sanity—began to shatter completely.
"You animal worse than a beast!! How dare you!!"
The Village Chief charged across the square and slapped my cheek with all his might. My head snapped back, lips splitting, the metallic tang of blood flooding my mouth. My bound body thudded against the frame.
Panting, he grabbed my collar and spat in my face. "Not content with killing Kain, you dared lay hands on Cecilia too…! Are you even human? You're the village's shame, a trash heap worse than livestock!"
"Guh… N-no… Village Chief, this is…!"
I spat blood-mixed saliva and forced my mouth open. I had to tell the truth. I didn't kill Kyle; the monster standing behind him defiled Cecilia. But before I could finish—
Thud…!
"Mmph…!"
The chief's sturdy boot slammed into my solar plexus. Air exploded from my lungs, pain too intense for even a scream dominating my body. My vision flashed white, and I dangled from the ropes, gasping, unable to straighten my bent waist.
Then, parting the noisy crowd, Izakar strolled out leisurely. With a mournful expression, he dabbed his eyes with a white handkerchief and spoke in that loathsome voice.
"Ah, poor Saintess… If only I'd arrived sooner, I could have prevented this tragedy. When I reached the forest, she had already lost her virginity to this vermin, defiled beyond repair. A grave sin unforgivable even by royal law."
His words made no sense. How could mana-less me kill Kyle and rape Cecilia? But no one in the square questioned it. No magical illusions here. In their eyes burned not a search for truth, but the madness of the oppressed finding a legal "sacrifice" to vent lifetimes of discrimination, incompetence, and scorn.
They sympathized wildly with Izakar's blatant lies, eagerly manipulated. No—they craved manipulation.
"Kill him! Castrate the bastard first!"
"Daring to touch Cecilia… ruining our village's only hope!"
Their rage at me wasn't justice. Just perverse catharsis from trampling someone weaker and more pathetic than them.
I glared at Izakar, smirking smugly from afar, blood-tears streaming from my eyes, head bowed.
"Ah, villagers. Calm yourselves."
Izakar raised a slender hand, hiding his oily smile. The frenzied crowd fell silent as one, awed by the royal mage's noble bearing, gazing up with reverence.
"Though this vermin defiled the Saintess's body, fortunately I arrived in time to save her life. But the mental trauma is far worse than any physical wound."
He pretended to wipe tears, pointing to the carriage. Inside lay Cecilia, soul-shattered from the violation, discarded like luggage.
"I'll escort the Saintess to the palace myself. With the essence of a mage, I'll heal her thoroughly and care for her until she forgets this wound. Rest easy, villagers."
"Ooh…! As expected of our merciful mage!"
"Saving our Saintess from that trash—we'll never forget this grace for generations!"
Led by the chief, they bowed low, heads to the ground. "Safe travels!" "May the palace bless you!" Praise poured out.
They showered the true violator and butcher with savior's accolades.
Just before closing the carriage door, Izakar turned to me on the frame. Not grief, but a victor's arrogant sneer curled his lips. He mouthed silently: 'Thanks for the fun. Enjoy your time.'
"Ah… guh! No…! Cecilia! Don't go! That bastard… that demon…!!"
I thrashed against the ropes, screaming blood-choked pleas. But my voice drowned in the crowd's cheers and the carriage wheels' rumble.
I could only watch with bloodshot eyes as Izakar's ornate carriage kicked up dust and vanished into the forest.
The only light in my life was carried off in the hands of the monster who raped me, gone forever.
Head wrenched back, I unleashed a beastly howl. The moment the carriage left my sight, my world collapsed with it.
Once the carriage fully vanished, the square's air turned to murderous mockery.
With Izakar's towering authority gone, villagers treated my flesh like a toy without restraint.
"Hey, you dog. Did you cry like that while raping Cecilia?"
Jack, one of the village youths, approached with bloodshot eyes and lifted my chin with his boot. The guy who'd called me brother and learned hunting from me.
Grinning vilely, he kicked full-force at my bound groin.
"Gaaaaah!! Guh, heuk…!"
A dull impact and exploding agony pierced my brain. Guts twisting, shudders racing up my spine, my body arched like a bow.
Jack spat phlegm on my face in satisfaction, and other youths swarmed, hacking at my body.
"Look at this—mana-less cripple with a huge dick? And he dared use it on the Saintess…!"
The youths who'd envied Cecilia's warm smiles—just for me—now bared their true colors. They spewed unspeakable filth, stomping and crushing my manhood.
Amid the pathetic pain from my groin, even my last shred of human dignity sank into black filth.
Naked, not a thread on, dangling from the frame—my wretched form became the square's spectacle.
They watched me groan under beastly beatings with festival-mad eyes.
The tragedy didn't end there. Adults prattling about children's education shoved stones into their kids' hands.
"Throw it! A demon like that deserves death!"
Each child-flung stone ripping my brow and shoulders drew frenzied cheers from the adults.
Beneath the stone rain and spit showers, I realized bone-deep: the village I'd devoted my life to was a den of ugly monsters.
The peace I'd protected built on such revolting hypocrisy stabbed deeper than flesh wounds.
As pain blurred my focus—
"Stop it! Please, stop!"
A small figure burst from the mad crowd, screaming. Rina, the neighbor girl who'd always beamed brightest at the sweet forest fruits I shared, who adored me most.
Her tiny body blocking me halted the stones momentarily.
Through blood-tears, her frail back wrenched my heart harder.
"Big brother Kain wouldn't do that!! Why are you all doing this!!"
Rina wailed, trying to shield me. But her brave cry was too frail against the wave of madness.
Slap…!
"You crazy bitch! Defending that trash?!"
Her father charged, slapping her hard. She tumbled, sobbing in terror, reaching for me.
But dragged by her hair, her scream-sobs faded.
"Big brooo…!! No! Big brooo…!!"
The last light believing in me vanished into darkness, and something fatal shattered inside.
Physical pain vanished.
'Ah… everything's wrong.'
My last sanity crumbled to dust. Betrayed by trusted neighbors, sole witness slain, the child's trusting scream—all swirled into a vortex. I stared blankly at the blood-red sky, mind slipping.
Left in me: not human heart, but blood-red hatred for the world.
As night deepened, the square's mad roars ebbed like tide.
People returned to warm homes, locking doors. Cold night air flayed my naked, hanging flesh.
I thought sensation dead, but pain clung stubbornly.
Then, from darkness: stale booze and foul stench wafted.
"Heh heh heh, everyone gone…?"
Staggering steps: the village vagrant, spat on by all.
Seeing me bound, beastly lust gleamed. To him, I was no human—just smooth-skinned meat unable to resist, skin he'd never touched.
"Body like this after touching the Saintess? Let me have a taste, yeah?"
His grimy hands crawled my body. Each rough, filthy stroke over wounds churned vomit.
He cackled, circling behind. Soon, sickening, slimy violation began.
"Ah… aaah…."
No screams left. My shredded heart, thought numb from defilement, shattered soul-pieces with each lowly thrust.
More despairing: eyes watched this dawn atrocity.
Late-returning villagers paused, staring.
Through fading vision, I pleaded silently: Stop this hell, please.
But their eyes held no mercy.
"Look at those trashes fucking each other."
"Hmph, fitting end for the Saintess-defiler. Serves him right."
Pinching noses, sneering, they left leisurely. None scolded the vagrant or helped me.
The whole village, a giant perpetrator, pushed me to the brink.
Silent complicity carved my chest sharper than stones.
The warmth called "human" vanished from me. In its dry place rose venomous hatred to burn the world crimson.
Bathed in cold moonlight, I cursed the beast violating me and the village that abandoned me.
After the vagrant's base act ended—he spat and left—I dangled, dying in cold dawn dew.
My body caked in blood, semen, nameless filth, reeking. Regenerated limbs crushed numb; bloodshot, unfocused eyes.
Lips moved not in moans, but curses to shred all life.
'I'll kill them all… every last one….'
Vision blood-red, sinking to black—
In utter silence, all sounds gone, a cloying, sickly sweet scent pierced my nose. Thick, instinct-stirring aroma swallowing even my rotting stench.
"My, what a foul yet beautiful scent."
With a chilling voice, darkness twisted stickily. From it emerged a woman of overwhelming presence, impossible to call human.
She gazed down in barely-there clothes, dizzyingly exposed.
First: breasts swollen to bursting, barely hung by thin leather straps. They jiggled with each breath, casting lewd shadows; nipple ornaments glittered provocatively in moonlight.
Each seductive hip sway gripped eyes: impossibly slim waist flowing to captivating pelvic curves. Taut, bursting asscheeks wobbled heavily with fleshy bounce; scant fabric barely covering only fueled destructive eroticism.
"That bloodshot glare of one crawling the bottom, having lost everything… I like it."
Snake-like grace brought her close, kneeling. Her deep cleavage thrust bare before my nose; black leather wings unfurled behind, turning the hellish square into her bedroom.
Devil—no, Lust incarnate—gently lifted my chin with long nails. Her blazing red eyes pierced my soul's depths.
My dying cells throbbed madly to her dense, sultry mana.
Raising gaze to her breath, through raven-lush hair: two massive horns. Right sleek; left jaggedly severed, stump exposed.
Yet that violent scar only amplified the peril of her bursting breasts and dizzying hips' destructive allure, like exotic jewelry.
"Truly… astonishing."
A low, thick moan escaped her red lips. Face inches away, she deeply inhaled my blood-scent despair and murder-lust like fine wine.
Her massive breasts brushed perilously close to my chest.
"Not a scrap of mana. Just the world's weakest, easiest-to-trample crawling meat worm…."
Her cool, sharp nails caressed my wounded cheek.
"How can you hold such vast, pure darkness? This venomous murder-lust craving to devour the world whole, perfect hatred burned black to the marrow… In over a millennium, I've seen countless fallen archmages, but a mana-less human birthing this dizzying abyss? A first."
Enraptured, her smile under the broken horn glistened lethally sultry. She smeared blood from my chin on her finger, licked it sensually with her red tongue, then pressed lips to my ear.
"Ahh, such delectable, precious despair. Won't you… offer me that delicious hatred of yours?"
