Show Me Your Breasts
"M-My breasts...? You want me to show you my breasts?"
Keeping my smile firmly in place, I gave her a slow, deep nod. Carmel trembled with rage, her voice leaking through gritted teeth.
"Humiliation... You dare try to humiliate me? You think exposing my flesh to shame me will give you some twisted sense of superiority?"
As expected, Carmel understood the weight of my demand better than anyone. After all, in the original novel, this was exactly the kind of torment she used to inflict on Princess Sera.
But my motives were slightly different. I wasn't doing this to feed some dark, petty urge for superiority. I simply wanted to see a pair of beautiful breasts. If I had to put it into words, it was closer to an admiration for fine art. The eager anticipation of a fan wanting to see their favorite artist's latest masterpiece.
Well, watching Carmel's face flush with shame and humiliation would certainly be a delightful bonus.
"Oh, no. I've just been curious ever since the banquet. I had a feeling you'd have a truly exquisite chest."
"What a filthy, degenerate taste you have... hiding behind such an innocent face."
"Is it? As your future stepdaughter, I believe I have every right to inspect my future mother's assets beforehand."
At my shameless reply, Carmel clenched her fists tightly and stared down at the table in silence. On it lay the remnants of her failed spell. She had only one option left: to get her hands on royal blood. Carmel herself knew this better than anyone.
"...You will truly only look?"
Since she had gone this far, she was as good as mine. I cheered inwardly.
"Of course. I won't lay a single finger on you. I will merely observe."
"Fine."
The moment the word left her lips, Carmel began undoing her buttons with a haste that bordered on violent. Through the gaps of her straining blouse, a glimpse of her breasts—plump and enticing as ripe fruit—began to emerge. Soon, all the buttons were undone, proudly revealing her breasts encased in black lace lingerie.
Pausing for a moment as if to brace herself, Carmel reached behind her back, unclasped her bra, and bared her breasts completely.
Whoa... If I could, I would have let out a low whistle.
Their size, their shape—everything about them was absolutely flawless. Breasts as stunning as her face swayed gently with every breath she took. At their peaks, pink buds peeked out, still modest in size. Unlike her dark black hair, Carmel's skin was exceptionally fair. Perhaps because of that, her nipples were a delicate, pale pink.
Exquisite. Truly magnificent. They far exceeded whatever I had imagined while reading the novel. Feeling a thrill of excitement course through me from head to toe, I leaned in closer.
"Ngh...!"
Carmel looked as though she wanted nothing more than to shut her eyes. Yet, she didn't. Instead, she glared at me with burning eyes as I admired her chest.
I will remember this humiliation, this crushing of my pride, and I will repay you tenfold. She was probably making some vow like that.
I was sorry to break it to her, but that vow would never come to fruition. From this moment on, only greater shame and deeper humiliation awaited her. The Sacred Ritual was merely the beginning.
"They are magnificent, Mother. I almost couldn't stop myself from touching them."
Did the word 'Mother' sound like sarcasm to her? Carmel's glare grew even fiercer. But I wasn't mocking her. It was my absolute, genuine truth. A burning desire to squeeze them was swelling inside me.
But I had to restrain myself. Carmel hadn't stepped fully into my swamp yet. If I pushed too hard right now, she might pull back and flee. Any further progress would have to wait until after she became Queen. Once I held enough leverage to keep her completely trapped. Promising myself that future, I could only lick my lips in regret.
"How much longer do you intend to stare...? Surely that is enough..."
Her voice trembled, unable to hide her shame. In moments like this, she sounded like an innocent maiden. Though, of course, I knew very well she was anything but.
"No, not yet. Stay just like that until I am satisfied."
Yes, I fully intended to devour her eventually, but no one knew exactly when that day would come. It might take quite some time. Therefore, I needed to engrave this captivating body deeply into my memory. I feasted my eyes on Carmel's breasts from a distance so close our breaths almost mingled. And then, I noticed a subtle change.
"Oh? They're hardening. My, my, fufu."
There was no mistake. The tips of those pink buds, once modest, had grown slightly larger and firmer.
"...It is only because of the cold air..."
"Mmhmm..."
It was a natural physiological response, of course. But it seemed to double Carmel's shame. She scowled even harder to mask her flushing cheeks, but it did nothing to diminish her vulnerability.
Delightful. This was easily the most valuable moment of my life so far. Wearing a satisfied smile, I handed Carmel the glass vial. The instant she snatched it, Carmel yanked her blouse shut, shielding her chest.
As I left the room with a light, airy step, her venomous voice echoed behind me.
"I will make you regret this... Just you wait, Sera...! I swear it!"
Of course you will. Feeling immensely pleased, I returned to my chambers.
Warm sunlight filtered through the pale blue curtains, casting a soft glow across the room. I leaned back lazily in my chair, gazing down at the palace gardens. Today was the day of Carmel's Sacred Ritual. As an exceptionally skilled witch, there was no way she could have failed Shimasa's Spell using royal blood. Passing the ritual and becoming Queen was practically a foregone conclusion now.
I had gained valuable insights from this ordeal. First, Carmel's abilities and mindset aligned perfectly with her counterpart in the novel. The world I had transmigrated into seemed to match the novel almost exactly—characters, proper nouns, world-building, and all. Still, I couldn't rashly assume that nothing had changed. Deviating from the original plot was my way of testing the waters. I had thrown the obstacle of the Sacred Ritual in her path to see how she would react, and her response matched my knowledge of the novel almost perfectly. No unforeseen variables had cropped up yet.
Of course, the novel I read was unfinished. There might be other abilities or backstories of Carmel's that had yet to be revealed. But considering the Sacred Ritual was a massive hurdle that threatened to ruin her plans before they even began, the fact that she didn't use any other hidden trump card suggested she didn't have one that could help here.
And the other harvest... was, of course, seeing Carmel's breasts with my own eyes. They were truly magnificent. Mmm. Recalling their perfect shape and soft texture made a pleasant warmth pool in my lower abdomen.
As I smiled to myself, lost in the memory of their touch, a maid's voice called out from the door.
"Princess Sera. It is almost time for the Sacred Ritual to begin."
"Ah, yes. I will be right there."
The Rustier Underground Royal Tombs. A sacred resting place where past kings and countless members of the royal family lay in eternal sleep. Guarding the entrance stood a sacred monument known as the Stone of Trial. A crowd had gathered for the Sacred Ritual: Carmel herself, the King, the royal mages, priests, and even the court historians.
Dressed in traditional Rustier attire, Carmel stood before the Stone of Trial, her face taut with tension.
"Now then... we shall begin the Sacred Ritual for Carmel Lastia. You may begin, Monas."
"Yes, Your Majesty."
The royal mage stepped behind the monument. As he activated the mechanism, the Stone of Trial began to vibrate subtly, emitting an aurora-like green light.
"O traveler standing before the Stone of Trial. We shall test your soul to judge if you are worthy of walking alongside Rustier."
Tendrils of green mana descended toward Carmel. She stared at them, frozen in place, so still I wondered if she was even breathing. The green tendrils slowly caressed her head. Carmel's lips were visibly parched from sheer anxiety. The judgment did not take long.
"Your soul... is worthy!"
The green mana that had descended so slowly retracted in an instant. It was the fastest judgment I had ever witnessed. Well, of course it was. Right now, Carmel's soul was bound to a royal one—my very own soul, Sera's.
Carmel let out a long, shuddering breath, clutching her chest. I couldn't tell if the tears welling in her eyes were pure acting or genuine relief. Pehart, looking immensely relieved, cried out.
"The Sacred Ritual is a success! She has passed! Come, everyone, let us applaud Carmel!"
Clap, clap, clap, clap. A thunderous round of applause erupted from the gathered crowd. Now that she had passed the Sacred Ritual, Carmel's ascension to Queen was only a matter of time. Fearing they might fall out of favor if they hesitated, the nobles clapped enthusiastically. Mingling with the crowd, I joined in, clapping with genuine enthusiasm. So hard my palms began to tingle.
Congratulations, Carmel. Welcome to the Rustier royal family... and straight into my grasp.
Carmel stared right back at me, her gaze burning with intensity as she watched me clap with a look of pure, unadulterated bliss.
