Hing Hing Hing! Chicken Snatched by the Max-Level Tree
Hing hing hing. My chicken got captured by the max-level tree. That vile, cowardly max-level tree swung its roots like tentacles and kidnapped the poor chicken. I chased after it to save my chicken, but it was impossible. No matter how hard I ran, I couldn't catch up to the max-level tree. What could I do? Maybe I should give up. I've tried my best, so the chicken will understand.
Kikikiki. The moment I thought about giving up, the max-level tree opened its mouth wide and shoved the chicken inside. Yum, that must taste good. I'm jealous. But just as those feelings welled up, the max-level tree spat out the half-chewed chicken. Why? Wasn't it tasty? No way. My chicken couldn't possibly taste bad. Unforgivable. I poured every ounce of my energy into my hand blade and unleashed a crescent slash of pure qi.
Kieeeek! The slash tore through the tree and kept going endlessly. I failed to control my power and ended up splitting the sky itself. Sorry, sky. I didn't mean to. Are the Constellations okay? Good, they are. As expected, the Constellations are amazing. I'll take that as inspiration and work even harder.
"I'll become a master maid..." Flexible wake-up. Even though I'd just rolled out of bed, my body and clothes were spotless—no dirt anywhere—and my skin and hair still brimmed with vibrant energy.
- Mental resistance greatly increased.
- Resists all forms of pollution.
- Purifies surrounding environment.
- Maintains peak condition.
- Provides buffs to most actions.
No matter how I look at it, this is a cheat skill. Especially for everyday life. Washing up was such a hassle, but now... I'm definitely lucky.
"Constellations. Did you sleep well?" I sent my morning greeting to the sky, but no reply came. Everyone must be busy. I wonder what they do all day once they become Constellations? Whatever it is, it must be busier than I can imagine. Anyway, time for some revenge first. Standing before the max-level tree, I drove my Maid Hand Blade into it for the chicken's vengeance. Thwack! My hand throbbed and buzzed.
"Hing hing hing."
If I'm hurting this much, the tree's insides must be completely pulverized. That's the gap in our levels. Trees can't resist a maid. Oh, right—to learn swordsmanship from Guardian, I need a sword. Better make a wooden one too. Tree-caliber isn't suitable for training anyway. Using the fish bone from a Constellation, I cut off a thick branch. Then I shaped it into a wooden sword, and as a bonus, made a wooden staff.
"Hm."
The Constellations aren't coming. Maybe I should self-study a bit. Gripping the sword, I swung it through the air. Whoosh whoosh. Old memories started bubbling up. The hero party formed to defeat the Demon King. I was the hero, and this wooden sword was the holy sword. After lopping off the Demon King's head, I returned to Earth and ate chicken. Actually, I don't have any such memories. Of course not. I was just bored and making it up.
"Sword training complete."
Next, I gripped the staff. Adjusting my hold brought more memories. I was a sage whose wisdom no one in the world could deny. As a sage, I spread maid culture to the hero party members. When the symbol of humanity—the hero party—set off on their journey in maid outfits, a maid craze swept the world. Even the Demon King was so moved by maid culture that he surrendered in a maid outfit. I showed mercy to the surrendering Demon King and taught him the Maid Grace double V pose.
"VV."
Then my mission became spreading maid culture to alien civilizations somewhere in the universe. As an ambassador, my only weapons were two: a maid outfit and chicken. More than enough for universal peace—
Heavenly Power Star bestows a blessing upon you.
"Oh. Hello. I'm Han Yuyeon."
Meat falls from the sky.
Whoa, meat from the sky. I caught it just before it hit the ground with a thud. ...It's heavy? Crushed under the meat. My face poked out from under it like a pitiful scene.
But I, Han Yuyeon, authority on flexible adaptation. It's surprisingly cozy, so might as well nap a bit more.
"Perfect timing. I needed a blanket. Thank you."
Even with peak condition maintained, my body is 10 years old. I need 36 hours of sleep a day. To become a great maid, I need to grow taller. But not too tall, or communicating with people will be hard. 7 meters should do. Any taller and they'll fear me.
"Let's communicate..."
I fell asleep again.
Constellation Gallery. This place had maintained a fragile peace by respecting each other's boundaries, but now a massive storm raged.
Guardian of the Sword Realm. And Sage of the Star Library. Victims were piling up from the sudden brawl between these two Constellations. Annoyed by the absurdity, curiosity won out among the Constellations. Why were these usually quiet ones fighting like they wanted to kill each other? Even the collateral victims couldn't help wondering. Maybe they'd uncover juicy lore. With the parties too busy fighting, Constellations scoured for info everywhere until a new post dropped.
Explainer's summary was short but convincing, so most Constellations nodded along... until
Constellations started waking up after reading Spear Research Lab's post.
Even pointless shitposts popped up, but one post convinced everyone.
Han Yuyeon's destructive power was overwhelming. Short clips had Constellations looping them endlessly.
The lore creators arrived late, but the fire was long lit.
The Han Yuyeon Fondness Squad exploded, setting the Constellation Gallery ablaze at peak heat. Until a post quelled it all.
The Fondness Squad reeled in shock. Then the killing blow.
LikesFarming, usually a shitposter, dropped a video where Han Yuyeon sobbed "hing hing hing" in despair and sorrow. Tears streaking her doll-like face pierced Constellation hearts. The overwhelming blow silenced them all. Even the fierce fight halted.
