The World Is Not Equal
I let out a soft whistle of awe.
From a lowly foot soldier to the leader of the Martial Alliance, I had sprinted forward without a single moment’s rest. Then one day, a miracle came to me.
She’s… genuinely beautiful.
Radiant black hair that seemed to drink in the light. Skin so flawless it looked translucent. Eyes half-lidded in languid elegance. A perfectly straight nose. Lips that carried an almost sinful allure. If someone were to sculpt the very idea of beauty, this would be it.
“Still, today is a day worth celebrating, so I’ll forgive you this once.”
She lifted her chin with an arrogant tilt and fixed her gaze on me. My heart began to thunder in my chest.
“...”
But I was the leader of the Martial Alliance. I could not lose my dignity. I absolutely could not.
Yet—
“Hmph…”
The breath she exhaled brushed against me like a caress, sending heat rushing across my face. I circulated my inner energy to keep it from showing.
Then those captivating lips moved again.
“Will you become my concubine?”
The joy I felt when the very thought that had lived in my head became reality was beyond comparison with anything else in the world.
“Yes!”
So I answered.
“Alliance Leader!!”
The elders roared in outrage, but I paid them no mind. If they were so upset, they could take the damn seat themselves.
