Chapter 19. The Virginity of Fiancée Rachel
The Virginity of Fiancée Rachel
Under the afternoon sun pouring over the castle gates,
A carriage adorned with an ornate crest came to a halt, and Baron Richard's daughter, Rachel, stepped out gracefully.
"Welcome, Lady Rachel."
She was indeed the famed beauty rumors spoke of.
Her honey-blonde hair cascaded down to her waist with a glossy sheen, and her emerald-green eyes held a dignified yet intelligent gleam.
Though wrapped in a conservative dress, the overflowing curves of her tightly corseted bust, slender waist, and the hourglass silhouette leading down to her hips proved she was naturally blessed with an alluring figure.
Yet, Rachel's brow furrowed slightly.
The maids lined up to greet her, but the faces of those in the front row were anything but ordinary.
"I am Maria, the head maid."
"I'm Nancy."
"Ari, at your service."
"My name is Ella."
"I-seo."
"And I am Sophia."
Sophia, as a guest, gave her greetings separately.
'Why are these maids introducing themselves one by one?'
Normally, the head maid would simply speak for everyone. It felt oddly deliberate, as if they were marking their presence before her.
What unsettled her most was their appearances.
Each one was a breathtaking beauty.
'Does Count Lucian choose his maids based on their looks?'
She had already been informed through Lucian's letter that Sophia, the guest among them, was a former priestess, but even as a woman, Rachel found her ethereal beauty almost suffocating.
Though she herself was considered one of the most beautiful women in high society, standing among these maids and the ex-priestess made her feel as though her own radiance dimmed in comparison.
And Ella, in particular, twisted her lips into a strange smirk as she looked at Rachel—a mix of jealousy and hostility from a fallen noblewoman.
Dinner was a quiet affair.
Rachel elegantly sliced her food before addressing Lucian.
"Why is Lady Sophia staying at this estate? Does she not have a home to return to?"
"As you know, I rescued her in a dire situation. She lost her divine abilities due to injuries and had nowhere else to go, so she sought refuge with me. It's also an opportunity to strengthen our family's influence with the royal court."
Lucian lied without batting an eye. Some of it was true, but... Rachel nodded.
"How kind of you."
"That aside, may I visit your chambers tonight? It's been a while, and I'd like to... catch up."
At Lucian's suggestive gaze, Rachel's cheeks flushed, but she shook her head firmly.
"I'm sorry. I'd rather not be alone with you late at night before our marriage. But if you insist... you may leave the door open and we can talk briefly."
A rigid, old-fashioned reply.
Yet Lucian only chuckled.
That night.
Rachel, waiting for Lucian, eventually succumbed to exhaustion and fell asleep.
In the moonlit silence of her room, Lucian slipped inside without a sound.
"Hmm..."
Her soft breathing made her look like a sleeping princess in the woods.
Without hesitation, Lucian pulled back the covers. The silk nightgown clung to her curves before sliding away as he lifted the hem. Slowly, carefully, he peeled down her lace panties.
"Nn..."
Rachel stirred but didn't wake.
As the white lace slipped off, the noble lady's most intimate secret was laid bare.
"Ha, just as I thought..."
Between her milky thighs, her delicate folds were tightly closed.
Rachel's body was different from the maids'.
Her plump labia majora, swollen like freshly baked bread, guarded her innermost sanctum like an impenetrable fortress.
When Lucian spread them apart with both hands, the hidden flesh beneath finally greeted him.
Though the outer petals were pale as jade, the inner folds were a ripe cherry-red.
Layered pink labia minora, crinkled like flower petals, and above them—a tiny, untouched clitoris, peeking shyly from its hood.
Her entrance was sealed tight by her hymen, not a needle's gap to be found. A true fortress of purity.
Unable to resist, Lucian buried his face between her thighs.
Lick.
Slurp, slurp.
Minutes passed.
"Nn...?"
A strange, wet sensation between her legs pulled Rachel from sleep.
Something hot and slick was lapping at her most sensitive place.
"Kyaaah! My Lord! What are you doing?!"
Her eyes flew open to see Lucian's face buried between her thighs.
She writhed in shock, but he gripped her hips, refusing to let go.
"Stay still for a moment."
Slurp!Suck!Schlllck!
"Ah! Aah! Stop!"
His tongue smoothed over the ruffled folds before sealing around her clit and sucking like a vacuum.
"Hhaaang! There! Like that—!"
Her back arched like a bow. But Lucian didn't stop—his pointed tongue thrust deep, as if trying to pierce through her sealed entrance.
"Aah!"
The rough ridges of his tongue scraping inside, the forced stretch of her walls—Rachel couldn't stop the moan that tore from her throat before bursting into tears.
"Uuuh... Uuung, sniff!"
Fear and humiliation outweighed any pleasure.
"Aaaah! Stop! Please!"
She thrashed wildly, shoving Lucian away—only to nearly roll off the bed herself. Clutching her clothes, she screamed:
"Count Lucian... How could you do this to me? Didn't you promise? To act like a gentleman until our wedding!"
Tears of betrayal streamed down her face.
Raised in a strict southern noble house, premarital chastity was as sacred as life itself. To her, abstaining until marriage was the highest form of respect and trust between partners.
A woman's virtue, the bonds of husband and wife, sibling and parent—these were principles worth dying for.
Lucian slumped onto the bed.
The excitement that had fueled his magic cooled into a sharp, heart-stabbing pain at her rejection.
He gazed down at her, his expression cold and sorrowful.
"I just... couldn't hold back because I love you. We're going to marry anyway.
Were you saving your virginity for someone else?"
Slap!
Rachel struck his cheek.
"How could you say such—" Her delicate fists trembled.
A bitter smile twisted Lucian's lips. Even as the kingdom's most dominant alpha male, he carried scars from the past.
Once, in his youth, he had another fiancée.
Like Rachel, she was a baron's daughter who prized purity.
For four years, Lucian had respected her wishes, enduring his urges.
Back then, the side effects of his Mana Overload Syndrome weren't as severe, and he had managed by holding Maria, his new maid at the time.
But then, his fiancée abruptly broke off their engagement and married a duke instead.
It was the first time a woman had ever rejected him.
In truth, she had discovered his nightly trysts with Maria and saw it as betrayal.
Unaware of the life-or-death necessity behind his "Mana Overload Syndrome," to her, Lucian was just another hypocrite—a gentleman in public, a rake in private.
All that remained for him was the sting of rejection.
He had tried to protect the purity of the woman he loved, only to be left behind.
After that, Lucian snapped.
Before sharing hearts... before waiting...
Mark her with your body first.
If you don't make her yours, she'll leave you someday.
That was the twisted love he had learned.
Now, silence stretched between them—two people who loved but could not understand each other.
Without another word, he turned and left.
"No..."
Rachel wanted to talk more, but she was left alone.
Ashamed, yet... his final words—"because I love you"—pierced her heart like a thorn.
Her mind in turmoil, she barely slept that night.
The next morning.
Rachel had spent the night wide-eyed, haunted by humiliation, disappointment, and Lucian's last words.

In a fit of anger, she packed her things. She wanted to leave this bizarre castle immediately.

"Load my luggage onto the carriage."
The maids whispered among themselves.

"They must've fought last night." "The Count never did like women who were too uptight."

Rachel bit her lip. Before leaving, she decided to give Lucian a piece of her mind.

She needed an apology for how he had treated his fiancée—only then would she feel vindicated.

Striding toward his office, she found the door slightly ajar.
A strange sound drifted out.

"Schlup, schlurp..."
"Hnn, yes. Deeper."
Rachel froze. The sound of... liquid? And Lucian's moans?

Drawn like a moth to flame, she peeked inside—and her breath caught in her throat.

"Gasp!"
Lucian sat arrogantly in his chair, and between his legs knelt a completely naked woman.

The former priestess—Sophia.
