Pegasus Sesiah (3): Plunge from the Heavens
Slapping its butt must have enraged it. Suddenly, it shot upward into the unknown realm that no living creature should enter bare-handed—the edge of space. It began flying toward the cosmos.
Is it trying to kill me?
Piercing through the clouds at breakneck speed. Breathing grew harder by the second. Dangerous. An insane velocity. The howling wind made it impossible to even keep my eyes open. Sesiah was dead set on punching through the atmosphere at full throttle. You want to kill me that badly? Heartless beast. I'll crush that ruthlessness with raw power.
I seized the frantically flapping wing membranes. The muscles felt like solid concrete—even a sword slash wouldn't leave a scratch. But between downward pressure from above and upward lift from below, the advantage was obviously mine. No matter how insanely developed Sesiah's wing muscles were, I was a muscle-bound beast too. If I bore down with every ounce of strength from my nursing days, I could pin those wings and stop the flapping, no matter how strong you were...!
"Gaaaaahhh!"
I gritted my teeth and crushed down from above, refusing to let it lift its wings.
"Grrrrh...!"
The wings folded bit by bit. And finally, they did. We'd lost all propulsion. Hitting the apex high in the sky, we shuddered through turbulence and plummeted at terrifying speed.
"Puhiiiing!"
Sesiah neighed in fury, straining to unfurl its wings—but fat chance. I poured every shred of effort into sealing those flaps. If I'd gotten my usual daily dose of sex, I could've dominated it even harder, but right now my arms were trembling like leaves. This is brutal. Even amid the chaos, I mapped out the next phase. Once we crash, how do I handle Sesiah? It won't listen to a word I say. Hit the ground, and it'll bolt again. Gotta wear it out completely. How? Ah. That'll work.
I bellowed at the top of my lungs from the heavens.
"Aquiiiinaaaa!"
The entire camp was in an uproar.
"It's falling!"
"Aren't they both gonna die like that?"
"Best show I've ever seen!"
The onlookers were mesmerized. Kang Naru—at first, everyone pegged him as a bumbling hero tumbling down the mountain, but he was fighting with more ferocity than anyone they'd witnessed.
"What's the hero planning to do with that thing once he catches it?"
"Beats me... anyone heard of it?"
"Nope."
"Never heard the name."
"Hasn't even swung by camp before."
"Speaking of, check that out. Isla and the dwarves are still going at it."
Hearing the commotion outside, Grand Mage Glenn gripped his staff and hustled out of the tent. The priests had patched up his Sesiah-inflicted wounds enough for him to move. Limping wearily, he headed straight for the crystal orb.
No... not my Sesiah...
He was desperate. En route, he accidentally bumped into a petite girl wafting a delightful fragrance. She had rare, snow-white hair. Her skin was flawlessly smooth, almost blindingly so. In the shadows, it took on a soft flesh tone; in the sunlight, it gleamed milky white.
"My apologies."
"……"
The girl merely nodded slowly and walked away. Glenn watched her retreating figure for a moment before pressing on.
"A girl of such beauty and nobility."
The thought slipped from his mind. Glenn peered blankly into the crystal orb. Hero Kang Naru was locked in a desperate tussle with Pegasus Sesiah, plummeting earthward. The dominator versus the divine beast fighting to break free. Their motions looked frozen on-screen, but the fierce power struggle was palpable. The hero held the edge for now—straddled atop Sesiah's back, pinning the wings shut perfectly. Impressive so far. Glenn praised him silently. But what came next? Could he tame that savage brute? As long as they didn't splatter on impact first. At that velocity, even if Sesiah took the brunt, the hero would absorb massive shock on the ground.
No matter how superhuman the hero, he's still flesh and blood. To survive, he'll have no choice but to release the wings.
Glenn decided he needed to head to the scene himself. Injuries be damned—he couldn't abandon Sesiah. For his dying wife's wish, this pain was nothing.
Since you can't catch it anyway, just buy me time till I arrive, young man.
As he unwound his head bandage and turned—
The crowd erupted.
"Oh!"
"Huh?"
"No way."
"Hm?"
"That's magic! Didn't know he could do that!"
"Instant Move...?"
"Whoa! Centaurs! The centaurs are jumping in to help!"
"They his party or what?"
"……?"
Glenn whipped around. His eyes bulged.
"N-No... it can't be...!"
The ground loomed. Roughly ten seconds to impact. If we slammed down like this, I wouldn't walk away unscathed—head or body bursting in multiple spots. Pinning Sesiah underneath was no good either. A dead one was useless. I needed it alive, delivered to Vera without a single scratch. That was the value. Desperate, I improvised.
Tied the lasso taut around my wrist and burned mana fast to cushion the drop.
Instant Move
Dropped onto a towering tree branch to blunt the shock, then fired off another
Instant Move
to the opposite branch. Zigzagged downward in a frenzy of
Instant Move
blinks. Mana hemorrhaging wildly, my grip slackened—Sesiah lunged skyward. I clamped down desperately.
"Where do you think you're going!"
"Puhihihng!"
Pinned both wings flat and dropped.
"Urgh!"
Even with repeated shock absorption, slamming the ground jarred my body hard. I tumbled off Sesiah involuntarily, rolling solo. At least the lasso stayed bound to my wrist.
"Ah, damn it, my back... aaah..."
While I groaned, Sesiah sprang up, poised to fly off casually.
Gonna get dragged through the sky again, fuck.
Right then—our savior crashed the party.
"Lasso it!"
"Hiiiing!"
"Woooaaah!"
"Yayayayaa!"
Centaur women charged in, howling bizarre war cries. They hurled lassos at Sesiah's four legs and neck, binding every limb. Yanked the ropes hard, forcing it to the dirt.
"In payment for saving us, we'll help! Hurry—the ropes might snap!"
Centaur leader Lamora stood tall and commanding, urging me on. Bursting with vigor, no trace of her earlier pain. Come to think of it... creampie sealed the deal. My semen's full effect kicked in. Not just her.
"I could wrangle it barehanded!"
"Didn't do a thing, but energy's overflowing today!"
"My vision's sharper! I see for miles!"
"Look—Sesiah's powerless against us!"
The centaurs brimmed with uncontainable power, baffled by it themselves.
Yep. My seed's doing. Oral, anal, vaginal—they got the full load, multiplying their strength several-fold. They had Sesiah pinned perfectly.
Can't just lounge. Snap to it.
Shook my head and stood. Sesiah thrashed like it was being drawn and quartered, limbs yanked every which way. Wings battering to escape upward, but the centaurs held ironclad.
"Hero! It's yours! Knock Sesiah out now!"
Steadfast as ever—like they could hold all night—but the ropes were fraying under the strain.
"Whew."
Deep breath in, out. My compressed chest finally eased.
Sesiah, you ain't escaping me. Give it up.
Glanced aside. My party charging in.
"Kang Naru!"
"Oppa!"
"Assistant Professor!"
Aquina arrived gasping.
"Haa! Haa! You called me? From the sky!"
No time for chit-chat. Sesiah was shredding the centaurs' ropes, prepping liftoff. My Erkness Lasso was tough as nails, but hauling Sesiah solo? Impossible. I was strong, but not dam-smashing strong.
Wish my old party lizard prince Rock was here... that guy earned the monster strength rep. Could punch through a dam.
"Aquina. Perfect timing to test that thing."
"Huh?"
"Our Isle."
The Isle I'd scored post-sex with Aquina at the inn!
Grabbed her hand, chanted inwardly.
Tempest
My intent flowed to her; she nodded calmly.
"Tempest."
The moment she uttered it, we dove into Sesiah's psyche together.
Tempest manipulated episodic memory—tweaking the little details of yesterday: who you met, what you ate, where and when. Wipe, alter, implant—and twist the emotions tied to them. Fondness, loathing, love, hate, rage. Whatever we wanted. But only events from yesterday.
I planned to fake-plant a memory of Sesiah greatly aiding me yesterday.
At last, Aquina and I withdrew from Sesiah's mental realm. Mission incomplete.
Couldn't implant the memory. Or rather... wouldn't.
"...I see."
Nothing like I'd anticipated. My hunch was dead wrong. My expression turned frigid.
"You're an unnecessary existence."
Sword summoned. I cleaved straight for Sesiah's neck.
Splurt!
One stroke—head severed, blood geysering. Sesiah died pathetically.
"What the hell?!"
Every onlooker recoiled in horror. Even Vera.
Flutter!
An unidentified bird alighted on the branch overhead.
