I am CookieKekes, the author of The Disaster Dragon Eating a Hamburger!
Wow...! It's finished...! It's finally complete!
It feels so surreal and fresh to realize this is already my fifth completed work...!
I still feel a bit sentimental... I can't quite grasp the reality that I've reached the end... Hehe....
Without further ado, I'd like to share the inspiration behind this story...!
It all started with the simple thought: "Wouldn't it be incredibly cute to have a dragon girl who eats hamburgers?"
And that is how Irua, the Disaster Dragon who eats hamburgers, came to be!
When I first conceived the idea, the protagonist Irua was originally going to be a "fixer" who took on requests in exchange for hamburgers...!
A world-line where a Disaster Dragon, capable of destroying the Earth with a flick of her finger, works for nothing more than a single burger...! That was the starting point, and it evolved into the story you see today!
The core keyword that pierces through the entire narrative is... family!
Well, hamburgers are a keyword too! Hamburgers are the best! I've found that handmade burgers are so delicious lately.
While eating a burger alone brings happiness, family provides a warmth that goes even beyond that..!
There were many twists and turns while writing this work, and I think I struggled with the typical indecisiveness of a first-year rookie author..
But because of you, the readers who stayed with me, I was able to run all the way to the finish line!
As for my next work, it will probably be... a "raising the protagonist" story? Or perhaps a dark, obsessive harem piece...!
There is still so much I want to say, but... I will bring this afterword to a close here!
