The Ball Lobbed by Samjeong 2
The ball lobbed by Samjeong. Everything clicked into place. Even the reason Baal smashed the Hell Dimension Management Bureau to bits and destroyed the Dimensional Creation Module.
I'd poured my blood and sweat into crafting those goddamn delicious recipes, only for him to copy them and sell them for profit. No... not just sell— he straight-up franchised the shit out of it.
Human progress, bought on the backs of their short lifespans. Progress and science born from the deaths of his own creations. If you just copy-paste that into another hell dimension with a simple "environment settings" option... shit, even I'd be fucking pissed.
I could guess the purpose behind ZeroSimul Lacra. Wrap the Dimensional Creation Module's mechanics and hell dimension theories in a game shell? He believed humans would eventually crack the secret, patch the module's weaknesses, and spark new innovations.
The humans of T-12 were his creations. From Baal's perspective, he could control them at will. He was plotting a framed narrative where T-12 humans would eventually rebuild a new Hell Dimension Management Bureau and craft a new Dimensional Creation Module.
Progress is the greatest weapon...
Baal probably wanted to analyze that data and find a way to fight the System.
Gulp.
These days, even villains in movies have their own backstories and badass philosophies... I scratched my chin.
Baal, that bastard... the heretic of the hell dimensions? A revolutionary? Nah. Fuck that. Don't overhype it. This is a fight to protect what's mine. For daring to fuck with me.
Baal, you fucked up by keeping Shin Serin as your subordinate.
Shin Serin... fuck. Rage boiled up out of nowhere.
Shin Serin's mind control ability was something she'd always had. Looking back... I'd pushed through marriage with a tenpro whore despite everyone opposing it. Back then, I believed I could heal her wounded soul.
And that last phone call with Shin Serin. Her final words echoed in my head.
"...Weren't you supposed to die from pancreatic cancer complications?"
Was my pancreatic cancer her doing too? Back then, she used me—a chef gaining fame on TV shows—to lay the foundation for her kingdom. Once my usefulness ran out, she took out a life insurance policy and drove me to death. That wicked bitch.
Fuck. That goddamn slut.
My rage was my biggest motivator, and it still burned strong. I'd gnaw away at her kingdom bit by bit until it crumbled. The grand finale? Her death.
No matter how pretty Shin Serin was or how fuckable her body, I had zero plans to turn her into a cumdump. After toppling her kingdom and killing her sole pillar, Baal... I'd claim T-12 as my own.
Then kill her last. And... scour every hell dimension, slaughtering every version of Shin Serin there. Even the original in the real world that birthed all these dimensions—I'd erase her existence completely.
"Heh heh heh heh."
Just thinking about that sweet revenge sent shivers down my spine. Seeing my grinning reflection in the mirror eased my mind.
And... you shitty System fuck. Dare to use me? There's gotta be a reason you kept my Lucifer power a secret. Once all my revenge is done, you'd be next on the list.
System... you motherfucker. I'll smash you too.
"Hoo..."
I took a deep breath. For now, I had to pretend I didn't know. No need to act like I did... Of course, this could all just be speculation from my genius brain.
Easy way to confirm: Prove Shin Bomi is Baal's subordinate. Intimidating Baal's underlings is my specialty, right?
Plus, hit 'em with, "Hey! Me and your boss hit the sauna together!" and they'll roll over easy.
While Baal's busy unifying hell dimensions... his home base will be burning to the ground.
No need to share with Jejeop yet. Nothing solid.
"Nah... Gotta confirm if Manager Shin Bomi's Baal's subordinate first. Then I'll worry."
"They here to kill Shin Bomi?"
"Hold up... Time to use Shan."
Shan was my summon, the "Shagai Insects" from T-28. Normally a ridiculous tentacle fly buzzing around, but its true nature was a parasitic lifeform. An upper demon that once puppeteered Jiwon Young's body. Also a weapon that merged into a black liquid armor suit.
I activated Soul Sharing to control Shan's body.
Flying through the sky at breakneck speed felt exhilarating. Manipulating the tentacles? Not so much.
I flapped Shan's wings as fast as possible.
Me, controlling three bodies at once via Soul Sharing. Even a demon king would shit himself at this level.
Oh right. Back in T-16, I'm in the middle of a 48-hour fivesome fuckfest. Nailed Shin Bomi (shell)'s weakness perfectly.

Mystic River and Ben Haylon found the assassination order from HQ weird. An order issued to a couple on vacation in Japan.
"No matter how ya look, she's just a normal chick and a developer... Do we need to be here for this?"
Ben Haylon passed the photo to his wife.
"Mystic, check her out. Prettier than you?"
"Bullshit. What's pretty about that slant-eyed Asian bitch?"
Mystic River licked her dagger and glared at Ben Haylon.
"I'll handle this solo. If her tits are bigger, I'll carve 'em out."
"Do your thing."
Mystic River smirked bitterly and approached the door. Her dagger gleamed faintly. Just as she tried picking the door lock with custom wire—
The front door flew open, and someone charged out.
Sensing the fierce wind pressure, Mystic River dodged back.
BAM!!
The wall where Mystic River stood crumbled from the impact. Her eyes widened in shock.
Through the dust, a woman in pajamas stood tall. Sleepy expression, wild bedhead.
"Gonna carve out my tits? Which arrogant group's after me?"
Mystic River and Ben Haylon exchanged baffled looks. No intel said the target was a hunter.
The mana radiating from her felt at least S-rank potent.
"Ah... yeah. Gotta be at least S-rank hunter for us to bother. You Shin Bomi, right?"
Ben Haylon blocked the wall debris with a semicircular gravity field.
Mystic River licked her dagger again, lips twitching.
"Fuck, this is gettin' me hot? Been ages since I killed an S-rank..."
At the same time, Ben Haylon's gravity field silently hurtled toward Shin Bomi.
"Daring to target me? Nova Catholic trash."

The moment Ben Haylon's gravity field squeezed her, a translucent biomembrane spread from Shin Bomi's body. The chitin-like shell over her skin glistened like wet vinyl, hugging her sensual curves transparently.
As the gravity pressed, her body flowed like water, deflecting the pressure.
"This ain't cuttin' it."
Ben Haylon muttered, ramping up the gravity intensity.
Mystic River seized the chance, slashing her dagger.
Shiiik!
The sharp blade aimed for Shin Bomi's side, but the membrane hardened instantly, repelling it.
"What the hell's this weird power?"
Mystic clicked her tongue, unleashing a flurry. Same result every time. The membrane's elasticity neutralized each strike.
"Intriguing. Bio-shield?"
Ben Haylon shifted the gravity, shoving Shin Bomi toward the wall.
Her body hit, the membrane absorbed the shock and spread wall-like. But Mystic's dagger flew again, targeting her neck.
Shin Bomi barely twisted away, avoiding a fatal hit, but part of the membrane tore, red blood spraying.
"Ow!"
Shin Bomi clutched the gash, retreating. The membrane regenerated fast, but the wound from the penetrating blade didn't.
The duo's combo attacks grew sharper.
The instant Ben Haylon's gravity clamped down, Shin Bomi instinctively grabbed a nearby metal planter stand. The force dragged it with her toward the wall.
Thud!
Her back slammed concrete; she gritted her teeth. The translucent membrane spread, but the stand's sharp edge pierced her side, tearing it.
"Grrgh!"
Mystic didn't miss, slashing. Shin Bomi raised the stand as a shield; the blade clanged off metal.
But Mystic's strength gouged deep scratches.
"Think this trash'll block me?"
Mystic sneered, pressing relentlessly. Scraaape. Sparks flew as the dagger ground metal; Shin Bomi kept getting pushed back.
Confidence faded from Shin Bomi's face. These assassins were no joke.
Ben Haylon redirected gravity; pebbles at her feet pelted her. The membrane deflected, but the barrage unbalanced her.
"Damn it!"
Shin Bomi hurled the stand at Mystic, but Ben's gravity warped its path. It smashed the neighbor's gate instead.
Mystic closed in, stabbing at her thigh. Shin Bomi hardened the membrane, blocking, but reeled into a trash bin.
Plastic crumpled, food scraps scattered.
Ben amped the gravity; scraps and cans flew at her. She curled up, shielding her face. Rotten onion peels and coffee grounds stuck to the membrane; a can thudded her shoulder.
"Gross!"
Then, flea flies swarmed the air. Shin Bomi's chance.
She hardened the membrane into spikes.
"Raaah!!"
She bodyslammed Mystic. Blinded by flies, Mystic panicked. Ben's gravity shield mitigated major damage.
"This bitch got moves! Time to end it."
She dual-wielded daggers, charging ferociously.
Shin Bomi grabbed a bike as shield, but Ben's gravity launched it skyward. The pedals smashed her back; she faceplanted.
Mystic's dagger plunged for her back, but the membrane's bounce flung it away. The impact knocked Shin Bomi out cold on the ground.
"It's over!"
Mystic raised her dagger high.
Right then—CRASHCRACK!!
The officetel hallway's reinforced glass spiderwebbed and shattered. Amid shards, something blacker than pitch darkness bullet-shot in.
"What?!"
Ben Haylon recoiled in horror. Mystic reflexively slashed, but its speed dwarfed human vision.
"Gahk!"
Ben's scream—his body lifted. The black mass pierced his solar plexus at blinding speed. No resistance; his chest caved, tumbling dead.
