Summoning the Queen Bee
Call Han Seoyeon. That pair of bitches.
Time had slipped away without him noticing.
When the screams and the crack of the whip in the room finally fell silent, and Dongwoo's rough breathing stopped, he was drenched in sweat.
The door to the secret space opened, and he slowly walked out. On his face was a languid satisfaction after a vigorous workout.
In the room, Yoo Jimin lay in a state far more pitiful than before.
A hard ball gag was stuffed in her mouth to keep the drool from spilling, and her limbs were locked in shackles fixed to the floor.
Her entire body was bound by leather belts, leaving her unable to move at all. Red whip marks were clearly etched on her back and thighs.
Dongwoo gazed at his 'work' for a moment, as if admiring it. Several small camera lenses installed in a corner of the room were glowing red.
He checked the videos recorded on his smartphone.
The scenes of her screaming and writhing in pain, her pleading eyes, and the moment she finally gave up and slumped.
Everything was captured vividly.
"I've captured quite a few satisfying videos..."
He muttered to himself with a satisfied smile.
These weren't just records. They would be excellent audiovisual materials to tame the new 'trainees' joining soon.
He closed the door with a light step and walked out.
Click. The door closed and locked. It was the sound that severed even the last hope left for her.
Yoo Jimin blinked weakly. She couldn't swallow properly because of the ball gag in her mouth.
The saliva dripping from the corner of her mouth felt cold.
Her body couldn't move. Her voice couldn't be heard. Pain bound her entire body.
She could only stare at the door where Dongwoo had disappeared, with her empty, desolate eyes.
Her black desire for revenge against her friends, and her survival instinct, had all faded.
Left was only this horrific pain and the despair without end.
In the darkness, she was quietly abandoned like a broken doll.
Meanwhile, Dongwoo, who had come out from the secret space, stretched his stiff shoulders and let out a long yawn.
His wet shirt clung to his body, but his mind was clearer than ever. It was similar to the refreshment after a satisfying workout.
Now, who should he bring next? He walked slowly down the corridor, recalling the next prey in his mind.
Lee Jihyun, Han Seoyeon, Kim Yumin. The last pieces to complete his 'collection'.
But how? Kidnapping them at random could leave loose ends. The best way was to make them come to this place themselves.
For that, he had no choice but to rely on Yoo Jimin, the broken bitch.
Dongwoo hesitated for a moment, clicked his tongue irritably, and turned his steps.
Click. The door opened again.
A ray of light seeped into the space filled only with darkness and despair. Yoo Jimin barely lifted her eyelids.
The demon had returned. Her heart sank in fear.
Dongwoo approached her with an indifferent expression, as if looking down on a crawling bug on the floor.
He squatted down and firmly grabbed her chin. Then, he removed the buckle of the ball gag dripping with saliva and roughly pulled out the wet silicone ball.
"Ugh... Haa, haa..."
With her mouth now open, she felt the pain in her jaw and neck and breathed roughly.
"Don't ask again."
His voice had no warmth at all.
"How can you help?"
Yoo Jimin's brain spun rapidly. She thought she was abandoned, but she was still useful.
This was an opportunity. She barely asked in a cracked voice.
"Who... who should I bring first...?"
"Lee Jihyun that bitch already found a way."
Dongwoo lifted the corner of his mouth as if amused.
"The problem is the other two bitches."
Han Seoyeon and Kim Yumin. When their names came out, a deadly poison filled Yoo Jimin's empty pupils.
She forgot the pain in her body, panted, and said almost pleadingly.
"Han Seoyeon... that bitch first...!"
Her voice was like a beast's growl.
"That one first... please... bring that one first..."
That cry like a beast's growl shook the air in the room heavily.
Dongwoo, squatting, quietly looked at Yoo Jimin's face lying on the floor. The eyes that had been empty of pain and despair just moments ago.
Now, a deadly hatred burned in them.
Han Seoyeon. That name was special to Dongwoo too. The ringleaders who had pushed his life into the abyss during school days.
Among them, the woman who was the most cunning and cruelly trampled on him.
Using her solid background as the daughter of a National Assembly member as a shield, she made even teachers, the school, and any adults not side with him.
She was the protagonist who should have been the most splendidly concluded in his revenge play.
But it was strange. The hatred in this broken woman's eyes was deeper than his own, or perhaps even deeper.
"Ho-oh..."
Dongwoo let out a low sound as if amused. He loosened his grip on Yoo Jimin's chin slightly.
"Why do you hate that woman so much?"
At his question, Yoo Jimin's body trembled. It was like a blade digging into the forgotten wound of that name.
The face that automatically came to mind. The angelic face that always smiled kindly.
But Yoo Jimin knew the demon's true nature hidden behind that mask better than anyone.
"That woman..."
Her voice came out split with anger.
"...was always like that."
Yoo Jimin's gaze drifted into the void. As if watching some scene from the past.
"She always smiled, pretending to be kind... and behind her back, she took everything from other people. She took mine too... like that."
She clenched her teeth. It wasn't just because she was a member of the group that harassed Dongwoo.
Between her and Han Seoyeon, there was a much deeper, slimy grudge.
Han Seoyeon was just a friend under that name, but she was the closest one who explored, envied, and ultimately destroyed everything about Yoo Jimin. A venomous snake.
"Like how Master was treated, that woman believed in her dad's connections and did whatever she wanted. The other kids... among us, she subtly slandered, and she was a crazy woman who only felt relieved when she got what she wanted."
Poisonous tears flowed from Yoo Jimin's eyes. These tears were not of sadness but the essence of pure hatred.
Dongwoo listened silently to her words. He could tell her anger was genuine.
A thick, satisfied smile bloomed on his lips. Perfect. There couldn't be a better accomplice than this.
He slowly stood up. Then, he began to untie the restraints binding her limbs.
"I don't know what happened, but you two must have been quite noisy among yourselves."
Dongwoo untied the restraints and chuckled. Jealousy and hatred among women. Nothing was easier to handle or more fun to watch.
He removed the last leather belt and looked down at her, now completely free.
"Good. For once, I'll move as you wish."
He declared like a merciful master.
"So, do you have any plan?"
Though her body burned with whip marks, she had forgotten the pain.
Her freed body, and the chance for revenge within reach. She barely raised her upper body and pointed at her fallen phone on the floor.
"I have something."
Her voice was cracked, but it held a chilling certainty.
"That woman will have no choice but to jump out like a dog... something like that."
Yoo Jimin's eyes flashed like a snake. She looked up at Dongwoo as if seeking his permission.
"First... let me make a call. Right now."
She somehow moved her body and picked up her phone. The screen was shattered, but luckily, it was still on.
With familiar movements, she unlocked it and opened the phonebook.
Then, without hesitation, she pressed 'Han Seoyeon''s name.
Ring... ring...
The ringtone continued long. Early morning, she might not pick up.
But Yoo Jimin wasn't anxious. She knew. Han Seoyeon would never ignore her call.
"...Hello?"
A moment later, a voice that was still sleepy but still kind and gentle came from the phone.
"Seoyeon-ah, it's me."
Yoo Jimin imitated her usual voice as casually as possible. But she couldn't help the slight tremor in her voice.
"Can you... talk for a moment?"
Han Seoyeon's voice on the other end froze for a moment. As if her sleepy mind had snapped awake at the sudden call.
"Me? Why?"
A questioning tone mixed with irritation and caution. In it was clear arrogance, like 'who do you think you are to call me?'
But Yoo Jimin cut her words without mercy. She wasn't the Yoo Jimin who had been fawning before her.
"If you don't come, you'll regret it."
Her voice was hoarse and cracked, but the poison in it was cold and eerie like a snake's.
"You have a lot to be afraid of."
Static. No sound from the phone.
In that short silence, Han Seoyeon must have been calculating dozens, hundreds of possibilities in her head.
The minor flaws in her perfect daily life. And the fact that this insignificant Yoo Jimin knew about them.
After a while, Han Seoyeon's voice returned, stripped of both the previous kindness and irritation. Only a cold, business-like voice remained.
"Where should I go?"
A faint, triumphant smile graced Yoo Jimin's lips. She had baited her.
She glanced at Dongwoo watching everything from the side and slowly recited her home address.
"And... come alone."
After hanging up, Yoo Jimin panted heavily.
The pain in her body rushed back, but her heart was hot. Revenge had only just begun.
