The Dean's Office Has Good Soundproofing
Bella gazed out the carriage window the next morning as they returned to the academy, marveling at the lake shimmering under the sunlight. "It would be amazing to live here. The fish was so delicious too. What did you think, Mom?"
"I loved it too," Isabel replied with a gentle smile, stroking her daughter's hair.
Bella suddenly looked up, staring intently at her mother's face before her eyes widened in surprise. "Whoa... Mom, why does your face look so radiant today? It's like your skin is actually glowing!"
A faint blush colored Isabel's cheeks. The memory of last night's fierce lovemaking with Logan flashed through her mind. The emotional fulfillment and physical ecstasy she'd experienced from taking in every bit of his burning heat had left her skin lustrous and supple.
Isabel gently caressed Bella's cheek. "My daughter's face looks incredibly beautiful too. Your skin has become so clear and luminous. It seems the hot spring water was perfect for both of us."
"Hehe, really? We should go again next time!" Bella looked at her with sparkling, hopeful eyes. Isabel smiled and glanced over at Logan sitting across from them. For the briefest moment, her gaze took on a seductive gleam.
"Well... we can go again if the Dean gives us permission, I suppose?"
That sultry look and soft voice sent a heavy throb through Logan's lower abdomen. The memory of her slick, clinging inner walls gripping his cock last night made his groin begin to swell. He quickly cleared his throat and turned his gaze out the window.
"The lake really is beautiful."
Logan forced himself to think about the mountain of work waiting for him at the academy.
By the time the carriage arrived at the academy, it was already past lunchtime. Logan stepped out first and offered his hand to Isabel.
"Careful getting down."
Isabel took his hand and gracefully descended from the carriage. From a distance, Molga's eyes narrowed as she watched. She'd already been jealous knowing Logan had spent the weekend traveling with Isabel and her daughter, but seeing them holding hands like this pushed her beyond jealousy into outright anger.
Bella followed behind Isabel, stepping up to the carriage door with a bright expression. "Dean, me too!"
Bella grabbed Logan's hand tightly and hopped lightly as she jumped down from the carriage. The three of them looked like a harmonious little family, radiating warmth and closeness.
The sight made Molga stop in her tracks just as she was about to storm over and confront them. Getting worked up and angry in front of her own student, Bella, would only damage her dignity.
Molga waited until Isabel and Bella had parted from Logan. After they offered him polite farewells and walked away, she approached him while radiating a chilly aura.
Isabel and Bella said their goodbyes to Logan.
"Dean, thank you so much for this trip. Thanks to you... it became a memory I'll never forget for the rest of my life."
Bella squeezed Logan's hand tightly before letting go, flashing him a wide smile. "Dean! Let's go again next time!"
"Alright. Get home safely."
Logan returned the greeting and turned to leave, only to be startled by a sharp, pouty voice cutting through the air.
"Sounds like the trip was quite enjoyable, Dean? Your face is positively blooming."
Molga stood there with her arms crossed and lips pushed out in a pout. She looked exactly like a cat that had been waiting for its owner all weekend and was now thoroughly sulking.
"Where exactly did you go, abandoning the academy like that?"
Logan told her the truth. "We stopped by the Lunaria Hot Spring Village after watching the Vihenna Festival."
"Hot springs? Did you just say hot springs?"
Molga's voice rose an entire octave. Her hair trembled faintly with rage.
"You went somewhere you never took me with that woman? Don't tell me... you didn't sleep with her, did you? Just the two of you getting all hot and steamy in the hot springs!"
Logan waved his hands in denial. "Bella went with us. The mother and daughter looked like they needed a break, so I gave them some time off. They said traveling alone as two women felt a bit scary, so I went along as their escort. That's all."
She pushed her lips out even further and grumbled. "You could've just hired a bodyguard! Is it because you don't have money? Or no connections? The Dean himself playing escort—how very kind of you."
Molga clenched her fists, huffing with indignation. In the past, calming her down would have been a real chore, but now that their relationship had deepened, her tantrum just looked adorably cute.
Logan watched her for a moment before reaching deep into his travel bag and pulling out a small box.
"Molga, take this."
"What is it?"
"Open it."
Even while grumbling, Molga took the neatly wrapped box and opened it. Inside was a cloak brooch set with an emerald that glowed with an ethereal green light, as if it had captured the essence of the forest itself.
"I saw it at the festival market and thought it would suit you, so I bought it."
Molga's lips twitched. She looked like she wanted to say thank you, that she loved it, but was too embarrassed to admit it.
Logan naturally stepped closer, unfastened the brooch she was already wearing, and replaced it with the new one.
"...Hmph. How did you know my taste so well?"
Once the new brooch was pinned on, Molga seemed somewhat appeased. She pressed her lips together tightly and adjusted the fabric around the brooch. The green gem made for a perfect accent that complemented her beautifully.
"It looks good on you. Well, I should get going. I left the academy empty all weekend, so the work must be piled up like a mountain."
Logan gave her shoulder a light pat and headed straight for the Dean's Office.
"Hey! Logan! How can you just leave like that? We still have more to talk about...!"
Molga called after him, but Logan had already walked off with his bag. She stood there fiddling with the new brooch on her chest, watching him disappear, before finally heading back to the Magic Department.
As soon as Logan opened the door to the Dean's Office and stepped inside, he tossed his bag into the corner and took off his coat. Calculating how much work had piled up over the weekend, he glanced at his desk and pondered.
I should handle the work after a nap.
Logan walked into the bedroom located inside the Dean's Office. The moment he lay down on the bed and rested his head on the pillow, his eyes closed, and he fell fast asleep.
How much time had passed? He woke to a steady knocking sound.
Knock, knock, knock.
It came again. Knock, knock, knock.
Rubbing his still-sleepy eyes, he got up, roughly ran his fingers through his messy hair to tidy it, and headed for the door. When he opened it, an unexpected person was standing there.
"...Instructor Vesper?"
She was wearing a neat white blouse and a long navy skirt that reached her ankles. The outfit gave her a much more feminine and pure appearance than usual.
"I'm sorry for disturbing you, Dean. I hope I didn't interrupt your sleep."
"No, it's fine. What brings you here?"
"I wanted to ask for treatment. I've actually been waiting all weekend. When I heard you'd gone on a trip, I simply waited for your return."
Only then did Logan recall their meeting from a few days ago. "Ah, that's right. I must have forgotten for a moment. Shall we head to the storage room now?"
At his question, Vesper hesitated briefly before lowering her gaze slightly and whispering in a small voice.
"If... if it's not too much trouble, since we're already here, I'd like to receive it in the Dean's Office."
"In the Dean's Office?"
"The storage room is dusty and the air is stale... I tend to prefer very clean environments. Most of all, I've heard rumors that the storage room can have visitors, while the Dean's Office is clean and has excellent soundproofing."
There's a rumor like that going around?
He chuckled softly and opened the door wider. "Alright, come in. I'm not sure about the clean part, but the soundproofing is as good as the rumors say."
Vesper cautiously stepped inside and looked around the Dean's Office. Logan pointed to the leather sofa in the center.
"Lie down comfortably on that sofa."
She carefully lay down on the sofa and lifted the hem of her skirt with her hand, exposing her thighs. Glancing up at Logan, she said firmly,
"Today... I made sure to wear underwear, so there won't be any incidents like last time."
Logan let out a small laugh and nodded. He sat down beside her leg and slowly reached out. The moment his palm touched the inside of her thigh, Vesper's leg twitched slightly in surprise. Ignoring it, Logan placed his hand on her thigh and began to massage.
Logan's control was incredibly precise. He moved the stagnant mana that had nowhere to go, guiding it bit by bit to different areas. Vesper gradually felt her body growing warmer. The muscles that had been stiff with tension slowly relaxed, the nagging pain disappeared, and a languid, comfortable sensation took its place.
"Haa..."
She let out a small sigh without realizing it. Finally, Logan delicately pressed and circulated the mana near the joint with his fingers. Once the inner mana began to flow smoothly, he withdrew his hand.
"...How is it? Feeling any better?"
Snapped out of her daze by Logan's voice, Vesper suppressed the faint sense of disappointment she felt and slowly moved her leg to test it.
"Ah... it's definitely much better. Thank you so much, Dean."
She was genuinely impressed by how light her body felt now. She straightened her clothes and stood up.
"I'm glad it helped. If something like this happens again, don't hold it in—come straight to the Dean's Office."
At Logan's considerate words, Vesper gave a polite nod. But deep down, she made a firm resolution: I need to be careful so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.
"Then, excuse me."
Vesper gave a crisp bow and left the Dean's Office. Logan realized it had already gotten quite late. He sat down at his desk, worked through his tasks, and brought the day to a close.
