Chapter 185: Tournament 1
Chapter 185: Tournament 1
His heat cycle was rabbit-grade, but his stamina was more like a snake's.
His outer form was canine, yet the sheer menace of what hung below could rival a horse or a bull.
And the fact that a gentle touch brought him psychological comfort—
I had no idea what other beast they'd spliced in there, or whether the elf druid's power was to blame.
'Never expected a side effect like this.'
Pure fantasy from some nameless furry-obsessed Incarnation.
Even in a gender-reversed world, apparently, desire stayed the same.
What she craved was a pretty-boy beastman who was perpetually in heat for her alone.
Really, it was no different from an otaku lusting after a peerless virgin-bitch beauty.
The only twist was the added specificity of wanting a furry one.
When I was an elf or a human, I'd still kept my lust on a leash.
True to a gender-reversed world, gorgeous women walked around half-dressed.
Even when I was right in front of beauties doing personal livestreams in cropped leggings and tops that barely covered their chests—
exposing shoulders, cleavage, navels, waists, thighs—
sure, a little blood might have rushed downward, but I never lost my head and lunged.
"Haaah— A-are you okay?"
"...Shouldn't I be the one asking you that?"
But the wreck I'd become now was unmistakably bestial.
The hand brushing off skin, the waist quivering with ripples of pleasure,
the nape of the neck revealed as damp hair was swept aside—
I'd rutted over every little thing, pouncing again and again.
And somewhere in the middle, I'd apparently blacked out; I'd lost count of how many times.
'This has to be the fifth. Or the seventh.'
Thanks to a Constellation's innate magic power, my body was absurdly robust,
and yet pleasure had my hips and legs quivering like jelly.
Which was why we were still tangled up, rolling across the garden lawn.
We'd rolled over and over through the puddle we'd made, shifting sideways to find a dry patch of ground, and that was when my head finally cleared.
The heat-fueled lust was bad enough, but I had to wonder if I'd developed an outright semen fetish.
I'd come so many times it felt like every drop of moisture had been wrung out of my body.
"Want some more water?"
"Yeah...."
As I lay sprawled on my stomach, a blue vine crept toward me like a snake.
I just gave a tiny nod and bit lightly into the vine, and cold water gushed down my throat.
That piercingly crisp sensation brought energy flooding back into my exhausted body all at once.
Call it animal stamina—my drooping tail began to sway gently again.
At the same time, things down below tried to recover instantly too, but I channeled magic power to shut that down.
Even for a horny dog bastard in full rut, doing any more here was a bit much.
The whole reason I'd come was to check out what it felt like to be a beastman.
And only now I muster this shred of self-control. Impressive.
"God, you really are exactly like taking care of a dog."
While I drank slack-jawed, tail swaying absently,
she finished cleaning herself off and pointed another vine my way.
Cold water came blasting out, like a rubber hose gushing from a tap.
When I bit it, I had to gnaw and chew to get water like a filter pitcher,
but with the elf holding the vine, it poured like a fire hydrant.
"...You didn't have to make that part identical."
Cold water cascaded down my nape and ran along my sticky back.
At the sensation of her holding the back of my neck and briskly washing my hair like a hairdresser,
my head and tail shuddered before I knew it, flinging off the moisture.
"Guess this is instinct, huh."
Which, naturally, meant she—freshly cleaned with leaves—caught a face full of spray.
She gave my butt a playful smack-smack with her wet palm, so I kissed her, pouring every last apology into it.

"So, you came to show me that form?"
"Something like that?"
After washing off with cold water from the vine, I'd shaken myself dry like a dog,
so we headed back to the bath, boiled ourselves again in hot water, and then settled in with warm honey tea.
Semen depleted and body thoroughly parboiled, drowsiness was unavoidable.
"It wasn't pressing, I take it."
"Just curiosity... I was studying a Dream Demon's Origin and things got a little tangled."
"Ah, so that's why you looked so bizarre."
'I was gawking at some degenerate's paraphilia and I caught it~'—
even if I put it like that, the still-innocent Unfading Giant Tree probably wouldn't get it.
Anyway, bizarre? What did that mean?
"My beastman form. What's weird about it?"
"To be precise, it's more like you're not fully a beastman? As if the transformation stopped partway, so you look like you're in a clumsy costume."
As someone who'd looked after beastkin children as a minor chieftain in her own world,
and as a senior Constellation in this one who'd spent a long time as a beastman herself,
she gave me a rough explanation about beastmen.
But the parts she pointed out were things I could guess the reason for.
It came down to me not being an actual beastman, but a beastman made of dreams.
"Beastmen all differ a little, but for the most part, a person's instincts are set by their species. You, though—."
It was like having someone explain how utterly different a 2D anime girl cobbled together by weebs is
from a real woman.
If there was a problem, it was her faintly naive reaction and the concern she felt for me.
Because my beastman form was strange and my behavior had been unusually rough,
she looked worried, as if I'd suffered internal damage while training my magic power.
"Any idea what it might be? You're not hurt anywhere, are you?"
"Yeah. It's probably because I didn't really transform into a beastman—I transformed by following someone else's dream."
I couldn't quite bring myself to explain that I'd been a little contaminated by someone's paraphilia, so I deflected.
The elf understood, when a loving man and woman got sticky and tangled together,
but laying bare the sexual tastes of that female Incarnation—
the one who wanted to be drenched in the semen of a furry beastman in heat 24/7—left me a bit uncomfortable.
Fortunately, she was perceptive. She saw I was uneasy and let it slide.
Because the topic that came out of her mouth next wasn't my strange body, but the tournament.
"So, is this transformation connected to the upcoming competition?"
'Can I count this as a connection?'
On the surface, she was a delicate elf girl,
but true to a woman of this world, she seemed deeply interested in martial tournaments.
From what I'd seen, Han Ye-ji, Lee Ha-rin, and my other Incarnations would do the same—pitting martial artists against knights, espers against mages, like some VS game from my past life.
Watching them reminded me of the old days, arguing with friends over drinks back in my old world.
We'd get a little alcohol in us and immediately throw Pokémon and Digimon into an arena,
then pit stretchy cartoon men against ninjas, ranting until our mouths went dry.
"It does have a connection. Talk about beastmen came up because of the tournament prizes."
"When we meet, you turn into an elf, so you tried turning into a beastman since you happened to be meeting one?"
"Yeah. As a Dream Demon, I was a little curious about the beastman Origin."
The truth was, it was a furry's Origin, not a beastman's.
But this topic was still better than discussing paraphilia.
Listening to the Unfading Giant Tree, who knew so much,
would give me plenty of material for later conversations with my Incarnations.
Her pleasant voice chattered away, explaining the various species.
Even lumped together as martial artists, knights, mages, sorcerers, druids, and espers,
each Constellation came from a different world of origin, so the stories were rich with inevitable little differences.
One Constellation's druid was more like a sorcerer;
by contrast, an elf druid leaned on racial traits—
that sort of thing.
being a woman in the full flush of her hot-blooded prime,
the Unfading Giant Tree's real interest lay elsewhere.
"So what I'm most looking forward to in this tournament is the fight between those two."
Maybe it was because she was the last daughter of the warrior band that once protected the World Tree.
She'd hold forth passionately on the short spear and bola throwing techniques of some Southern Constellation's bog-something Incarnation,
and then the conversation would flow so naturally into talk of the Western sharpshooter Constellation's Incarnation.
She spoke of bows and short spears, throwing nets and bolas, jungles and swamps, highlands and plains,
her eyes sparkling like a little girl telling a story about a fairy-tale princess.
I'd never seen her get this worked up even when she talked about garden flowers.
"Ah, have I just been talking about myself this whole time...?"
When I stared openly at her as the tips of her ears flushed red from the excitement of her tales,
she reacted sheepishly, like a guy at a bar who'd been rambling about his military days and just caught himself.
Hmm. Since I was a male Constellation who just lounged around lazily and scavenged snacks,
she must have assumed, like a man of this world, that I had no interest in talk of battle and struggle.
Seeing her eyes slide away furtively, as if she'd just realized her mistake,
I told her to keep going and then shifted my body sideways off the low table,
resting my cheek once more on her soft, yielding thigh, lying there in a lap-pillow position.
"Nah, it's interesting. Keep talking. I still don't know much about the Constellations of this world."
"Oh, really?"
She seemed to wonder if I was just paying her lip service to be considerate,
but then she saw my tail slowly swaying as I lay on my side, took a sip of tea, and opened her mouth again.
Yeah, well, a tail can't lie.
