Chapter 57: In Nepal (6)
Chapter 57: In Nepal (6)
“Good work today, both of you.”
Just like yesterday, Kang Yujin was there to greet Han Shin and Grace upon their return.
As Han Shin’s skills had improved, he was barely splattered with monster fluids or blood, and since he hadn't been injured, he didn't track much mess into the house.
“I’ve drawn the bath like I did yesterday. You can go wash up right away.”
Ah... It looks like Noona and Grace coordinated things beforehand yesterday...
Even though Yujin hadn't specifically told him to come straight back after finishing the Dungeon today, seeing everything prepared in advance made Han Shin suspect that his Noona and Grace had shared a private conversation while he was asleep the previous night.
“Yeah. Thanks, Noona. I’ll go wash up now.”
Cleaning up was the priority.
Han Shin and Grace immediately headed into the bathroom Yujin had prepared.
Following almost the same routine as the day before, Han Shin washed away the day’s fatigue, came out clean, and sat down for the dinner Yujin had prepared.
They ate in a warm, harmonious atmosphere, chatting about which monsters they had fought in the Dungeon and whether it had been dangerous.
Han Shin truly enjoyed eating in such an environment.
However, a thought he’d had earlier weighed on him.
It bothered him that he was deceiving these two people who were currently smiling at him, showing him kindness and affection.
When should I tell them...?
He had been pondering this earlier, but he was still torn over the timing.
Han Shin didn't want to be hated by these beautiful women who were always so good to him.
He knew he was being selfish.
Han Shin was the type whose thoughts ran deep and whose emotions were easily read on his face.
Even though Han Shin was acting as if nothing was wrong while talking to them, Kang Yujin and Grace could see the traces of anxiety and the dilemma he was grappling with.
What’s wrong with Shin...?
Han Shin-nim... Is something troubling him?
At first, it was only natural for them to find his reaction strange, given how pleasant the current atmosphere was.
After a moment of thought, however, the two of them quickly realized why Han Shin was acting that way.
While Kang Yujin and Grace had already acknowledged each other's relationship with Han Shin and had even formed their own secret Agreement, Han Shin had yet to reveal to either of them that he was involved with both.
They realized he was feeling guilty, knowing that the secret he was keeping was something that could normally cause offense or a sense of betrayal.
Neither Yujin nor Grace felt the slightest bit offended, but seeing Han Shin so conscious of their feelings only made them more fond of him.
Both women had already reached a point where choosing a man other than Han Shin was unthinkable—it wasn't even a consideration.
The fact that Han Shin cared for them so much and felt so sorry toward them only served to deepen their love.
Since they were sitting across from each other, Kang Yujin and Grace exchanged a brief, secret glance.
Perhaps because they had already accepted each other and opened up the day before, they had grown closer, and they seemed to have an inkling of what the other was thinking.
This was especially true when it came to matters concerning Han Shin.
Realizing they were on the same page regarding him, the two decided to stick to the plan they had already made for today. Since there was no reason to change anything, they proceeded as intended.
And so, dinner ended without any particular incident.
In the end, Han Shin couldn't bring himself to speak up despite his inner turmoil, and the worry continued to linger in his mind.
Since Grace hadn't said anything specific, he wondered if he should go to bed early like yesterday. Even as he brushed his teeth and washed his face in his own bathroom, his mind was racing.
Wiping the water from his face with a towel, Han Shin let out a long sigh.
“Huu...”
Right. It’s better to just tell them instead of hiding it any longer.
The more he thought about it, the more he realized that hiding it wasn't the answer.
Believing that the guilt would only grow and the sense of betrayal they would feel would only worsen the longer he waited, Han Shin resolved to bring them together and speak honestly.
Having made up his mind, Han Shin took action immediately.
He went to Kang Yujin’s room first and knocked.
“Noona. Can I come in?”
“A-ah, no! I’m in the middle of changing!”
Kang Yujin’s voice sounded urgent from inside the room.
“Okay, Noona. Then please come out to the living room once you’re dressed. I have something to say.”
“Sure, I got it.”
After speaking to Yujin, Han Shin went to Grace’s room and knocked as well.
“Grace, can I come in for a moment?”
“I am currently changing my clothes; could you please give me a moment?”
When Grace declined in a similar fashion, Han Shin belatedly realized it was only natural that they were both preparing for bed after washing up, just like he was.
“Oh. Take your time, and then could you come out to the living room? I have something to tell you...”
“Yes, I understand.”
After informing both Kang Yujin and Grace to meet him in the living room, Han Shin sat on the armchair and waited for them.
A short while later, Han Shin saw Kang Yujin and Grace emerge, wearing light blue and ivory Pajamas, respectively.
They were standard pajamas of a similar design, just different colors, and they looked slightly oversized on both of them.
Han Shin watched as Kang Yujin and Grace sat on either side of the sofa he was facing, and then he cautiously opened his mouth.
“I called you both here because I have something to confess.”
Though Kang Yujin and Grace knew exactly what he was going to say, they feigned ignorance.
Seeing their faces gazing at him in silence, Han Shin couldn't maintain eye contact. He lowered his head and spoke.
“I’m sorry to both of you. I’ve been two-timing you.”
“Shin-a. We already knew.”
When an answer he never expected came out of Kang Yujin’s mouth, Han Shin’s eyes widened slightly as he snapped his head up.
Neither Kang Yujin nor Grace looked surprised, nor did they show any sign of disappointment in him.
For a moment, Han Shin’s brain stalled.
What is going on...?
He had agonized over this countless times, imagining they would react sharply or with disappointment, and he had rehearsed how he would apologize.
But to have them both say they already knew—he didn't know how to react.
How did Noona and Grace know...?
And if they knew, why didn't they say anything until now?
And even so, they don't hate me or feel disappointed?
Questions followed one after another in a never-ending chain.
Even by his own standards, he had been cowardly and was clearly in the wrong, yet they had known and hadn't said a word.
Moreover, the fact that their affection for him hadn't changed at all was completely unexpected.
Grace, who had been quiet, resolved his confusion.
“Han Shin-nim. Neither Yujin nor I could give you up, so we decided to accept one another.”
Grace spoke to Han Shin calmly and gently.
In contrast to Grace’s composure, Kang Yujin spoke with a bright, beaming smile and a slightly playful tone.
“That’s right, Shin-a. So you don't need to feel so guilty. I also know that you and Grace ‘have no choice’ but to have relations because of the Level Up process.”
“What do you mean, no choice...? Regardless of that, I do it because I like Han Shin-nim.”
Grace knew Yujin was teasing on purpose, so she didn't react sensitively and played along.
She understood that the goal was to show Han Shin how close they were, so he would stop feeling guilty and naturally accept the two of them together.
Their intention worked perfectly on Han Shin.
While he felt a bit foolish for agonizing over it alone all this time...
What hit him even harder was the overwhelming sense of relief and peace that followed.
Just as Kang Yujin and Grace couldn't give him up, Han Shin couldn't give up either of them.
“Noona, Grace... thank you both so much. I like you both so much that... it was greedy of me, but I couldn't give up either one of you.”
Kang Yujin and Grace were moved by Han Shin’s simple, honest outburst of emotion.
He had directly expressed his strong attachment and affection for them, confirming to both women that they were truly loved by their man.
Unable to hold back any longer, the two of them stood up, approached Han Shin from both sides, and pulled him to his feet.
Naturally, their soft bodies rubbed against him through the thin fabric of their clothes.
Both of their voices turned sultry as they whispered to Han Shin.
“Shin-a. Let’s go to the room.”
“Han Shin-nim. I am sorry for pretending not to know earlier. Please hold me together with Yujin today.”
The two of them had already promised each other yesterday that they would be held by Han Shin together today.
Originally, they had planned to sneak into Han Shin’s room while he was sleeping, tell him they both knew about his relationships, and spend the night with him.
That was why they hadn't let Han Shin into their rooms earlier.
They had both been busy making their own preparations to seduce Han Shin when they went to him tonight.
