After a few seconds, Sua's lips suddenly parted.
"Serin... the ring options are actually insane!"
With that, Sua shared her ring options, and Serin shared hers as well.
And just like that, the fact that the ring had been placed on her ring finger became nothing more than a passing detail that no one paid any mind to.
Their attention was entirely consumed by the options that had been confirmed through the hidden option.
As they each checked the other's shared ring options, Sua's mouth fell open in a daze.
'What kind of options are these?'
She had thought her own options were quite decent, but the options on Serin's ring that Sua now saw were just as astonishing.
The Strength increase wasn't an option with 100% efficiency for a Dancer, but since Strength was a stat directly tied to Attack Power, it was a useful option for any class except the Wizard Class—and the additional effect seemed practically tailor-made for the Dancer Class.

Even if it was conditional, this wasn't even a Mythic-grade accessory, yet the Attack Power increase was absurdly high.
Judging purely by the efficiency of the Strength and Attack Power increases, it was on par with—or just slightly below—a low-rated Mythic-grade ring.
Compared to other Legendary rings, it was undeniably excellent.

Sua kept exclaiming in admiration, and though Serin didn't show it outwardly, her feelings weren't much different from Sua's.
Because when she saw Sua's ring options, Serin was just as shocked.

She knew that having a skill attached to a ring was the kind of 'special option' only Mythic items could possess, yet here it was on a Legendary-grade ring.
The base effect was certainly lacking compared to a Mythic accessory, but considering it was a Legendary item, it was still surprising.
And on top of that, the skill's effect was one she had experienced just yesterday.
One of the traits possessed by the Orc Lord she had first encountered in the Cave of Trials—the way it had evaded an attack she thought was unavoidable with an inexplicable movement was still vividly etched in her memory.
If that option activated even once against an opponent of equal skill, it would be a technique carrying enormous potential to shift the tide.

It was probably disabled for balance reasons, but I still couldn't help feeling a little disappointed. If the option had applied, it would've been an incredible gift for Sua.

"No. Other Legendary rings never have skills attached. It's only possible because of the gambling nature of the Grianne and Jeremian rings. Since the options are completely random... And as far as I know, skills actually get attached fairly often, but most of the time they're not useful skills that a player actually needs."
So skills were attached more often than she'd thought. Nodding at the answer, Serin smiled with a hint of relief.
"Really? Still, I'm glad a useful skill option came up. Honestly, even when I gave you that ring as a gift, I was worried about what would happen if bad options rolled."
That was exactly why she hadn't given the Grianne ring to anyone even though quite a bit of time had passed since she'd obtained it.
Even if she gave it to someone as a gift, she felt it would be meaningless if the options didn't turn out well.
Seeing Serin's faintly worried expression, Sua fiddled with the ruby ring and let out a small laugh.
"You're really something... A gift is a gift, you know. And besides, I know exactly how ring options work—so what if bad options had rolled? What matters is the thought behind giving it to me."
Despite Sua's initially exaggerated reaction, the truth was that for Sua, who had already equipped herself with gear equivalent to a full endgame setup, an item with a 'Does Not Apply in PvP' option wasn't something she could call useful.
No matter how good the options were, PvP was Sua's main focus right now.
But even so, the reason Sua had reacted so strongly was because she wanted to show some kind of response to the fact that Serin had given her a ring.

"That's right. I received a huge donation as thanks for the Jeremian ring. Honestly, it was so generous that I was a bit taken aback."
Hearing Serin's answer, Sua couldn't help tilting her head for a moment.
'What exactly happened?'
The Jeremian ring that she herself had just personally placed on Serin's finger was sitting right there on Serin's ring finger, plain as day.
So Serin's claim that she had given the Jeremian ring to Jeanne d'Arc made no sense to her.
"You gave... the Jeremian ring to Jeanne d'Arc as a gift?"
She ended up asking before she could stop herself, and Serin calmly revealed a simple fact.
"I bought another Jeremian ring from the Auction House."

When Sua asked again, clearly still unable to understand, Serin awkwardly swept back her white hair.
"Why do you think... I just wanted to give a gift to both of you. I'd actually mentioned both you and Jeanne d'Arc on stream. And I'd already said I was going to gamble on it, so in that situation, if I didn't give a ring to one of you, I thought they'd feel really hurt."
As she explained calmly, Serin felt embarrassed.
Sua's question was so reasonable that she couldn't just brush it off, so she'd ended up explaining the whole sequence of events—but they were both very much live on stream right now, and it felt like she was making herself look good.
Sua, who had been quietly watching Serin, parted her lips slightly.

That was all she said. Sua chewed on her lip, unable to bring herself to speak.

She felt so pathetic that she thought a sigh might escape right in front of Serin.

It was funny, in hindsight—she hadn't even managed to take out the ring she should have naturally produced after receiving the Grianne ring.
The Grianne ring Serin had given her had been that much of an exception.

Sua spoke casually, her gaze moving past the Jeremian ring in her inventory to something else.
