First Taste of Jealousy
“Just now.”
“You said you had an urgent matter to attend to. Did it go well?”
Urgent matter. That must have been the excuse Cact had given her. And in a way, it had been urgent. Tezman possessed no patience to sit quietly in his study while Sua met alone with Taein. The moment she left the room, he had followed right behind her.
“It should be resolved soon.”
Tezman rose from the stool where he had been sitting and brushed stray strands of hair from her shoulder. His fingertips, after touching her hair, felt damp.
“You’ll catch a cold, Sua.”
Still holding her in his arms, he reached out and picked up the hair dryer from the vanity right in front of them. Sua quickly snatched it from his hand and smiled up at him.
“Go wash up. I’ll dry my hair while I wait.”
When he refused to move, stubbornly staying in place, Sua added with gentle insistence,
“You need to shower quickly so we can go eat. I’m hungry.”
Her adorable little complaint finally made him relent. As he nodded and headed for the bathroom, a shadow of worry crossed Sua’s face. It was the layered darkness that had settled over his expression.
“So it isn’t resolved yet…”
Judging from his words that it would be “soon,” the matter still lingered. If it was urgent enough to make him rush out, it had to be important.
The hair dryer hummed to life, sending a stream of lukewarm air through her wet strands. She could feel her damp hair drying rapidly beneath her fingers.
In the midst of Tezman’s clearly foul mood, Sua debated whether she should tell him what had happened today. The dryer, which had been humming as it blew warm air, suddenly stopped.
She didn’t want to burden his already troubled heart any further. I’ll tell him next time, she thought, setting the dryer back on the vanity. At that exact moment, the bathroom door opened. He had washed quickly; his hair was now as wet as hers had been moments ago. Sua stared at him blankly for a second before picking up the dryer again.
“Tezman, come here. I’ll dry your hair for you.”
At her words, a small laugh escaped him.
“It’s fine. It’s short, so it’ll dry quickly. Besides, there’s something more important.”
He took her hand and led her forward.
“We should go have dinner, Sua. Weren’t you the one saying you were hungry?”
The place he guided her to was the dining room on the first floor of the estate. It was where Tezman always shared meals with her. A long oval table large enough to seat about ten people. An abundance of dishes had been laid out across it—far more than two people could possibly finish. Sua let out a soft gasp at the spread, then looked around with puzzled eyes.
“Oh, where did everyone go?”
“I sent them away. I thought it would be nice for just the two of us to eat tonight.”
She knew the estate staff often worked late into the night. That was why she had hoped days like this would become more frequent.
“I think it would be wonderful if days like this happened more often.”
“That might be a little dangerous.”
Dangerous? Sua looked at him with a face full of confusion. He gave her a languid smile.
“Eat up. There’s something I want to talk about after we finish.”
Tezman seated her at the table and personally served food onto her plate. He himself didn’t touch a single fork, merely sipping at the wine that had been prepared for him.
“Hm? Aren’t you going to eat, Tezman?”
“I’ll eat later.”
“You should eat now.”
“If I eat now, you won’t be able to finish your meal.”
“…What?”
Was it her imagination, or was the smile on his lips strangely twisted as he spoke those cryptic words?
“Go on, eat.”
Though something felt off, she decided to eat first. Whenever she felt his gaze on her, Sua would spear a piece of food with her fork and offer it to him. At first he refused, but eventually he accepted each time she persistently held it out.
Time passed like that, and just as Sua, feeling full, was about to finish her meal, Tezman pushed aside the half-empty wine bottle and began to speak.
“It was an emotion I had never felt before.”
Sua brought the wine glass he offered to her lips and listened carefully.
“Just imagining you with another man made my stomach churn so violently I thought I’d go insane.”
It wasn’t just nausea. The only thought that filled his mind was the urge to put a bullet through the head of any man standing beside her.
“But seeing it in person… it nearly drove me mad.”
Gulp. Startled, Sua took a large swallow of wine before setting the glass down.
“And it happened three times.”
Only then did Sua realize that Tezman had been watching her meetings with Taein all along.
“Then today… when you suddenly had an urgent matter…”
“Today he even confessed to you. Quite passionately, I might add.”
When Taein had grabbed Sua’s hand, Tezman had nearly leaped out of the car. His hand had unconsciously slipped inside his jacket, but remembering that he had left his revolver behind helped him regain the sanity that had been slipping away.
“Tezman…”
“Cact told me this is what they call jealousy.”
Jealousy. A new emotion born because of her. The boiling feeling inside him was impossible to contain. In his usually calm, amber eyes, a red heat finally flickered to life.
He lifted her into his arms in one swift motion and sat her down on the opposite side of the table, away from the clutter of dishes.
“W-wait…”
Suddenly perched on the table, Sua trembled faintly, as if she already knew what was about to happen. Tezman seemed to like that reaction; he smiled at her wide, rabbit-like eyes as she looked up at him.
“I was jealous.”
“Mmph…”
His fingers slid into her mouth. His long, elegant index and middle fingers thoroughly ravaged the inside of her mouth. They pressed down hard on her warm, slick tongue, then rubbed against it. Saliva dripped down the back of his hand. Once he deemed it wet enough, he withdrew his glistening fingers.
“I kept wondering what you might do alone with that so-called friend of yours.”
He stripped off the nightgown she wore over her slip and spread her legs apart. Between her parted thighs, white lace came into view. The underwear that tried to hide her most intimate place irritated him. His hands gripped both sides of the panties blocking his path and tore them with force.
“Tezman…!”
Riiip. The thin lace, starting from the part covering her damp entrance, tore cleanly in half in his hands. What remained of Sua’s underwear was tossed aside like a scrap of cloth onto a food dish on the other side of the table.
“I need to make sure he didn’t touch you here.”
Tezman’s fingers traced a slow circle around her entrance. The hole, suddenly exposed to the air, clenched tightly.
“He d-didn’t… haa.”
“If he had, I wouldn’t have let it slide.”
His eyes grew chillingly cold. He brought the fingers that had just been inside her mouth to his own lips. Keeping his gaze fixed on her, he licked his unusually long fingers with his tongue. After thoroughly wetting his index and middle fingers, he brought them to her entrance.
“This place should only ever take me inside it.”
Two fingers pushed into her narrow opening at once.
“Hah…”
Even though it was only two fingers, her tightly stretched hole twitched and clung to them. Her originally pink entrance looked as if a red rose had been crushed. Entranced by the slick grip around his fingers, he began to move them.
Each time he thrust them in to the knuckle and pulled them out, wet, obscene sounds filled Sua’s ears. His fingers moved faster, stroking the soft inner walls that clung to them, stretching her impatient little hole. The urgency had risen all the way to his throat. He felt as if he could devour every part of her right then and there.
“I really should plug this up. You’re dripping so much I’m worried about letting you go outside like this.”
“S-stop…”
After drawing wide circles inside her to stretch her further, he finally withdrew his fingers. The moment they left, the arousal he had scraped out gushed forth.
“See? Don’t you think it really needs a plug?”
Though he spoke as if he had all the time in the world, Tezman had reached his limit. Even so, he had no intention of rushing. He wanted to carve his existence into her as deeply as possible. He swept up the dripping fluid with his fingers as if it were too precious to waste, then licked it slowly—deliberately—for her to see.
“We can’t let something this sweet go to waste.”
Only after licking every drop that had run down to the back of his hand did his hands move again. He peeled off the slip that had already ridden up to her stomach and unhooked the bra she wore.
No matter how many times he saw it, the sight still took his breath away. That innocent face paired with a body that was anything but. His eyes burned as they took in the extreme contrast that was Sua. Her slender neck, porcelain skin, breasts that couldn’t possibly fit in one of his hands, and at their peaks, nipples as red as her entrance stood stiffly erect.
“Sua.”
His voice was gentle, but his hands were not. He pinched a nipple that had hardened from the cool air, pressing it firmly with his thumb before catching it between his thumb and index finger. Every time he toyed with the buds caught in his hands, a sweet cry burst from her lips.
“Te-Tezman…!”
He twisted and tugged them between his fingers until tears gathered in Sua’s eyes. Then he lowered his head. His tongue gently licked the reddened peaks as if to soothe them. A strange, intoxicating pleasure swept through her entire body. So intense she could barely think straight.
Her swollen, crimson nipples were enveloped by his tongue. After licking them several times, he bit down with his teeth. He took one fully into his mouth and sank his teeth into it. When he did, the clear imprint of his bite remained around her areola.
Even the mere exposure to air made her nipples tingle sharply. With eyes brimming with physiological tears, Sua looked up at him and pleaded.
“Hic… stop…”
There was no mercy. He slid his saliva-coated fingers over her nipples again, twisting them as the corners of his mouth lifted.
“What should I do? I haven’t even done anything yet.”
